On 11/04/21, my package got scanned as delivered while I was at home waiting for it, so I immediately went out to pick it up, but I didnt see it. So, I called the post office, an extremely rude WOMAN answered my call and said they didnt do anything wrong while yelling, so I asked her supervisor, but she said she is the supervisor, and when I was speaking, she hung up phone on me. UNBELIEVABLE!!Thank you USPS for hiring such Liar, Rude and Shameless person.Just filed a complaint against the person.
