The facilities are good, but they’ve increased the monthly payment 3 times in two years (by at least $14/month and more than an extra payment each year) and they cut access hours. You can’t even go on a Sunday?! I wish my cost of living raises were that lucrative. It was great, but now we are searching elsewhere.Update: They’ve added Sunday hours back in, but it’s still not the 24/7 access that we originally got. It was nice not having to plan - now there are times where we need to make a drop off or pick up and can’t.Update - they raised the prices again, by an additional $10/month this time. Seriously, August 2019 we were paying $24/month less. Highway freaking robbery.Update - less than a year later, they upped the price again by another $11/month. We are putting in our notice finally - this is ridiculous.

Fabulous place 2 storm tapes

Called this place two separate times to confirm that they had a 5×5 storage unit for 2 sets of winter tires. They stated on the phone that the size would definitely fit tires. Once my Boyfriend goes there to actually get the storage unit, they tell him in person that he cant store tires! So frustrating!

They are really good with their returning customers. I will use them again in the future.

Would give 0 stars if possible, I called 3 seperate times to make sure I could store what I needed, after being told yes all 3 times, I I to the location and they tell me I cant store what I was looking to store. 0/5 definitely not recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience storing my items at Acorn Mini Storage in Blaine! The units were very clean AND they had the large capacity units I was in need of. Mark was both friendly and professional. An absolute delight to work with!!

It states that its 24 hour accessible. But be prepared to explain yourself if you need to go in and out for any reason. I had a lot of organizing I needed to get done and was there for quite a few hours. An employee came to my unit and informed of what time I had entered, obviously thinking I had been there too long....Another time I was visited by an employee who rudely opened the gate to my unit without knocking and asked me why I go in and out so many times...I asked her what else should I do when I have to use the bathroom since I dont see one here? She replied I could use the one in the office. Why do they care if I go in and out once or 100 times? Intrusive and rude.
