I have been here twice. One time my coffee tasted more like milk than coffee and the other I was distracted from that by the nice atmosphere if you are sat on the patio outside. Starbucks is a fake coffee shop but if you choose this one its lovely to hang out at and the baristas here are nice!

Many locations have not gotten fully stocked on products. Have to make sure your drink and all its ingredients are available.Why is the lines so long? Drinks are ordered and should be made in the way they are received. Not always the case. Starting to lose faith.

You can tell that this Starbucks is often frequented by rude entitled customers. Ive only been to this Starbucks location a few times because theres one a little closer to where I live, but every single time Ivevisited Ive witnessed someone in the drive thru line yelling at another customer (this happened today) or at the employees for the most pointless and obscure reasons. I feel for the employees because they have always been kind, accomodating and efficient with each of my visits despite being yelled at by others for no foam or too many ice cubes etc..BE NICE TO YOUR BARISTAS AND FELLOW COFFEE LOVERS! Love Starbucks and always have a great experience here! Keep up the great work!

The barista that was working was efficient and had a great work ethic. He made my drink and it was delicious. Service was fantastic on a Saturday morning. This was the Starbucks right next to the La Quinta in Bismarck.

Good place for a quick coffee

Slow service! Drip coffee doesnt take more than 2 seconds to pour. Dont put drip coffee orders in the queue after lattes and other more complicated drinks. Just pour them and serve them, then move on. Lots of people angry at this Starbucks this morning.

Placed a mobile order for a pink drink. Waited 20 mins in the store!! Watched a lady place a order at the counter for 3 drinks and left before me! At that point I had been there for 15 mins.

Order was perfect! Staff was great! Did not get my poi ya though. Weird! Thanks for the great coffee!

Today i went in and the person i was with didnt have a mask and physically cant wear one, the workers told her she needs one while there were 2 women without one just sitting there may i remind you they were not drinking or eating anything. They went on and told the person i was with that she needs one and wont serve her without one so i ordered for her and the only thing she wanted was 2 ice waters, when they were getting her drink they put there fingers in her water and got it everywhere ive never had such a bad experience.

Had to substitute cake pops for Danish but it was good.

If you like Luke warm coffee, this is your Starbucks. I returned it and the second cup was also like warm.

I ordered two drinks here for delivery yesterday, and only received one drink, and a cup of water, I was even charged full price for it, I couldnt call the company because the phones werent even on as soon at it hit 8. Not coming back, or ordering from this branch ever again.

So I walked in to order my drinks cause I had a trailer attached to my vehicle and couldnt go through the drive thru! When I walked in I was told they couldnt take my order in store and that I could only use the app or go through drive thru! So I stood in the lobby and downloaded the app and had to order my drinks!

Very kind staff, delicious craft beverages/food items. Sometimes the location is closed, so watch out for that.

I love Starbucks they have the greatest coffee friendliest people working there also they do really great job considering its been covid-19 its been crazy! But everybody like works as a team there and they help each other and then I love the app that I can just order my stuff with the Starbucks app and then I can just go pick it up I love that too I just love Starbucks.

Starbucks is becoming less of a neighborhood coffee shop and more of a political statement. It is disappointing.

Went in and asked if they could make a dairy free version of my favorite drink, was told they absolutely could make it. I got the drink and drank it, found out that it was NOT dairy free when my daughter, who is breastfed started throwing up all over because she is sensitive to dairy products. THANKS STARBUCKS, I will be cleaning up this one for a few days.

Good coffee but great employees

I am loving the Starbucks App. I just downloaded it finally after my daughter was home from college and showed me how it works.I order my drink via my phone in my driveway. I simply now drive to the store, walk in and grab my drink and get in my way. This is a huge time saver. I love that I can learn things from my children 😊.

I haven’t ever had a bad experience here but today I ordered a hot, venti, pumpkin spice latte and I got my drink and i didn’t notice until I drove away that it was a grande, and it was ice cold... it had a sticker on it that said 2 of 5 but my order was only 4 things. It seemed like it must’ve been sitting there awhile.. sad I have to go home and microwave my coffee ):

The coffee is always really great. However, every single time I come to this location on State Street in Bismarck my food order is forgotten. The same excuse is our sticker machine has been weird lately but for my food items to be forgotten/not made every time is getting old. This doesnt happen at other locations in town. Today I came in and literally all five employees were just standing there leaning up against counters and visiting. It was the last straw for me and I will be switching locations because of this.

When you want Starbucks, this is definitely Starbucks. No real complaints about quality of service or product. The drive thru line and parking lot can be rather cramped at peak times though - I dont personally frequent this location.

Coffee fraps should not be difficult, but for some Starbucks employees it is. This one didnt use enough ice and the drink was all liquid with no ice within 5 minutes.

Usually great. Left my Ladys drink barely.mixed and that turned a Smoked Buttercotch Latte into a bland latte with a Butterscotch syrup chaser... :/

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in Bismarck! The staff is great & friendly. Ive rarely had a drink go wrong & when it has theyve always been great about fixing it. Its a nice place to get cozy with a friend or loved one & visit... it with my current yarn project!

A little confusing to access it.

I have been here several times. Occasionally the wait is ridiculous (usually early in the morning) but not always. The workers are mostly nice but not so good at paying close attention to orders. I quite often do not get what I actually ordered and am unsatisfied with the alternative drink I receive. I would say 50% of the time my order is wrong. Overall, I do not recommend.

The staff is fairly friendly but with every starbucks, the pricing is mind boggling considering how small some of their cups are. I was surprised to see on multiple occasions that it would cost my girlfriend and I $20-25 for two small drinks and a small sandwich

Slowest Starbucks ever! Waited for 1 hour to get two travelers. I even ordered online and it said 15-20min, so I took my time at home so I didn’t have to wait there. When I raised a complaint they said they were short staffed, when I literally stood there for an hour and saw 7 people working at the same time. All they gave me was a $4 discount on my next order and not even a sorry for the delay or anything. Lack of management and bad customer service!

Awesome location! Plenty of space to spread out and study. The parking can be a little tricky around rush hours in the store. When I was studying a worker brought me a free strawberries and cream frapuccinno! Im guessing they made it extra.

Just picked up the drink and left. Limited seating inside is now open.

Visiting from Fargo and have been here twice. Both times they have been out of Strawberry Refreshers. I have gone to a second Bismarck Starbucks and they were out too. This time the guy was rude about it. I used my Starbucks app to pay and the app said I had more money on it than it truly did and he was not pleasant about that either. I have now restarted the app and it still says that amount.

Walked in at 9:55 pm. Staff were very patient and polite to me, despite it was 5 min before store closing. Very satisfied with the service. The coffee was very good too.

Drive through is often a long wait and backs up into the street. Mobile ordering is the way to go if a quick visit is desired. The most consistent Starbucks in Bismarck for correct custom orders.

A small Starbucks. The drive through line can be crazy long even when it is moving quickly. Ordering ahead with the Starbucks app an picking up inside can save you as much as 15 minutes some days.Otherwise it is what you would expect from a Starbucks.

Awesome coffee

The employees at this Starbucks are so sweet! I order my coffee in the app and then pick up. When i got there they were SO busy. This woman was screaming and hollering about not getting her coffee. She swore at the employees and the other customers there too. BUT the whole time every employee kept a smile on their face, and talked calmly and kindly to everyone including that woman. Y’all are great, don’t think we don’t notice!

Called around 7pm, asked what time they closed. Employee said 10:30pm. I get there at 8:50, all closed. Yall ruined my night

This location has a bit more seating than the 3rd Street location, so it is better to meet your friends here for some nice coffee and conversation.

Very dirty store inside and they have incredibly slow drove thru with increasingly poor customer service. My drinks are often incorrect and while they do compensate with a complimentary beverage, Id prefer to have it made correctly the first time. This used to be my go to Starbucks, I find myself going out of my way to have a more enjoyable experience downtown.

My favorite drink is the Violet. So refreshing.

Longest drive through line Ive ever witnessed - granted it was Thanksgiving day, but it was wrapped around the block. People parked in the bank lot next door and went inside to order - probably not a bad move.

Where did my Chai go?? I get the same drink every time. I frequent this store quite frequently. The last several times, my Venti Iced Chai Latte has become more of a large glass of $5 milk. Love you guys, but come on!

The afternoon staff have take an average of 8 minutes to get a simple Americano order to the customer. When I’ve asked the barista to remake an order, she rolls her eyes and stated; ...it’ll be a few minutes. As if it didn’t take long enough to get it wrong in the first place. By the way, all I asked for was extra room.

I went to the store on Sunday afternoon. It was the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. It was cold. There was trash on the floor. The atmosphere was uninviting. There was no creamer or half and half on the counter. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. However, I will not be returning to this particular store.

I love the Bucks! I am a Gold Member for 10+ years and dont plan on quitting! My fav Starbucks in Bismarck to go to for my iced Mocha Cinnamon Dolce Latte is the State St. (N 12 St.)! They get it right EVERYTIME!! The girls (and guys) are so friendly & helpful they put a smile on my face...its the best part of my day! These baristas know what their doing and have awesome Starbucks drinkology knowledge and WILL make any drink you ask for...literally! Awesome! AND they get it right everytime! EVERYTIME!! Anytime of the day or night!! What a winning team! And my fav barista there is RACHEL!!! Youre awesome girlfriend!

Staff knows how to make drinks, but dont seem to be super chatty. Light conversation otherwise might get irritated it seems. Clean store, ok drive thru; this location gets really busy. Small seating area.

No sugar free options except cinnamon and vanilla... Get with the times guys.. There are a lot of sugar free base items and monin syrup rocks.. Low carbs..
