Staying at the hotel down the street and was in need of some REAL coffee. Staff was very friendly and my cold brew was pretty good. On a side note: I’m not from the area so I’m not familiar with this chain. After I entered this place I thought I walked into a Starbucks. Same color scheme and they even use the same sizes as Starbucks. Everyone hates saying those goofy sizes. Just use small medium large! Anyway, I would still come back if I’m ever in ND again. 👊

I feel like I’m in a food court. The coffee and tea or acceptable but definitely nothing artisan.

I always make a point to stop by this spot on my way through town. Kind, friendly, warm service and excellent teas and coffees with thoughtful touches. Leaves me feeling energized and happy to have visited every time!

Best coffee in Bismarck ND. They did a great job of serving our large group during a busy time of morning.

Good but some issues.I really like the atmosphere here. The coffee is good and they also have some good pastries as well as a few breakfast sandwich options all at quite the reasonable price. The staff has always addressed me promptly and with kindness. The problem is that half the time I stop by there they are out of this and out that. I understand there are variables in life that nobody can control so sh*t will happen but at some point it is happening way to often and that isnt correct. Infact the time at which they seem to run out for the day of items I want to try or purchase just happens to be 10 min after open. Really you cant stay stocked for more than 10 min? The big problem I have with this place is when I get coffee through drive thru I always ask for room at the top to reduce the risk of spill while I travel but instead they always fill it right to the brim and dont use those stoppers at the mouth opening. I am finding myself frequent this establishment less and less. As of right now I would not recommend this place.

This is my favorite coffee shop in the area and I always make a point to stop here. The staff is amazing and accommodating, and the drinks are always made with love. No burnt espresso, quick wait times, and baristas who love their job make it a must stop in Bismarck.

They have THE best coffee! Get an iced caramel con panna. Its so yummy!

Ive never had a negative experience with the staff here. Theyre always kind and patient while answering my questions about drinks. I changed my review to 5 stars since the company added an option to tip when paying with a card, which was my only drawback. Their coffee is smooth and mild compared to Starbucks. Not bad at all. Please bring back the orange cream charger! :)

Can you say Starbucks wanna be!?? I dont think so! They have grandiose drinks on their menu but they dont taste anything like they suppose to. And we ordered coffee drinks but they tasted like flavored shakes! They dont listen to you when you order and weve had to go back on more than one occasion to fix a drink order. Their bakery items are always day old and dry. Not edible! Save your money and the headache, just go to Starbucks the first time!

Amazing! Well done! A great place to try anytime!! Specialty drinks are unique and dont taste too sweet. Environment of shop is quiet, perfect to do homework as a student.

Giant cookies ...5star pumpkin spice Latte!!! Inside open for seating and spaced out. excellent setting. Outside seating as well, drive through. Wifi. Very clean

Besides being close to my house, this place is great! The drinks are as good as any of the competition and reasonably priced. I really enjoy their teas (I am not much of a coffee person).The staff has always been friendly and helpful (and patient when I am looking for something to drink).I havent had much time to look at it, but it seems their royalty program is pretty good. We are at the point of getting free refills, cant wait to use that!

I ordered breakfast burrito there. With tax it was $4.57, so I was expecting a pretty big burrito. It was the saddest burrito I had ever seen. First, it wasn’t a burrito. It was barely a taco. Second, it was falling apart because the tortilla was so dry. Third, it tasted like nothing. I will definitely not be trying any of their other breakfast items after this disaster. I can get a really great breakfast burrito at Taco John’s for $1 less and it’s four times as big. I wanted to support the local coffee shop, but I won’t anymore. At least not for breakfast.

The coffee is as good or (my personal feeling) better than any of the chains. The sandwiches and bakery still have some catching up to do however. Overall, prices are good, atmosphere is great and the service is prompt and pleasant. For a person that travels for a living and spends an inordinate amount of time in coffee shops I give ot 2 thumbs up. Ill be back!

Great tables for studying/work, convenient location. The coffee drinks are nothing out of the ordinary, but get the job done. More creativity in the menu would be useful.

This coffee was surprisingly delicious. They were a bit understaffed but it was worth the wait.

Literally the only drive through coffee place in West Bismarck. Always super clean, great look, and usually has sitting space inside or out. Definitely convenient between Bismarck and Mandan.

Never been in there before. The manager was helpful enough in letting me know what they have and the interior is beautiful. Would go regularly maybe if it werent out of my way to work.

Absolutely amazing!!! Got a marble mocha way better than anything at Starbucks or Caribou. The atmosphere inside is awesome and quiet. Love it so much!!! Had a cookie that was amazing too will be back!

I went got a coffee that I was not a fan of went up and asked if I could get something different and the gal told me I could buy something different. Never have a gone somewhere and been turned down for something new when I got something I didn’t like. Very disappointed

Typically like this place but this time the mocha I got tasted just like warm milk. I think they forgot to put the espresso in. It was so bad I couldnt even drink it and typically Ill just suck it up.

Great coffee, my only quarrel with CB is the throw-away culture. Dining-in still lands you with loads of wasteful cups and plastics. Simply, its nice to have a less wasteful option, maybe thats too green of me to say.

Relaxing environment, generally quiet. The Glacier Chai offers a new flavored spice Chai with white Chocolate. Worth trying if you enjoy Chai tea.
