Happy to get a salmon and lox sandwich, but disappointed I couldnt choose my own bagel flavor (comes with plain only). Also not the same as it used to be years ago.Also decided to try a pumpkin spice beverage. Too heavy on the clove, even for my spice loving sister in law.

I used to be a very regular customer here but after receiving RAW bacon 3 times I wont be returning. Be aware if you have a sensitive stomach this place is NOT for you. Their cooks are not properly trained on food preparation and safety. I have spoken to the manager and still received raw bacon after that conversation. Id give 0 stars if I could 🤮

This morning my family ordered breakfast bagels with bacon, egg, etc…and we threw them away. The bacon was raw, the bagels burnt and reheated so they were like biting old shoe leather. The coffee drink my daughter got was so over sweetened it was undrinkable…we were passing thru Bismarck on vacation which we often do but we will never go back to this Caribou and are warning others to stay away. You want to know what a real Caribou is supposed to be like, visit the one in Duluth MN at 21st Ave. West.

I end up meeting someone here almost every week. The outside seating is nice and the wifi is reliable. Definitely get the rewards for discounts and free items.

The cream in my coffee was curdled and my daughters smoothie wasnt fresh and tasted off. That explains why the line at Starbucks across the street was long and Caribous was nonexistent. Bismarck folks must be aware of what theyre serving here.

It was two pieces of bagel and it was very filling!

We just went through the drive-through at this location. My mom and I ordered a small green smoothie and a small coffee with creamer. The green smoothie was labeled like it was possibly made a couple of days ago. They put creamer that appeared to have clumps in my moms coffee, very disappointing. Now we are heading to Starbucks!

They got rid of the french toast bagel very sad.

Unlike the other location, this one is always open according to their listed hours and you can taste the shmear on your bagels! Delicious!

Other than forgetting the cream in my Americano with cream, it was just as good a coffee shop as any other...

Cherry cheese danish was delicious. Coffee, excellent. 4 stars only due to the fact they were entirely out of forks and knives. Oops. (Napkin holder at the lid, sugar etc. station was empty--did not seem to be urgent need to refill it.) Atmosphere and visiting potential were great.

Wont be back. Was in the drive-thru at shortly before 10 am ... ordered a small hot drink and 2 sandwiches. Sat for almost 15 minutes waiting to get to the window. When I got there, my food was still not done - more waiting. I got to my office a few minutes later - cold coffee and cold (almost frozen) turkey sausage in my sandwich. Definitely not worth the wait.

My favorite here is a toasred Asiago Bagel with just a little butter. Delicious!

The bagel was fine but the breakfast sandwich was gross. Im not sure how you can screw up a scrambled egg but they did and the cheese was just kind of laying on their opaque in color... My iced tea was obviously run through a machine that had previously had coffee in it as it tastes more like coffee then tea.

I live close by so this is the most convenient location but every time I come here. They never make my iced drinks right. And it’s really upsetting and when it’s 6 am in the morning and I need coffee before work. Coming to this store specifically is a bad start to my morning. I just now put the extra time in to go across town instead. 👍🏻

First time there....Sadly the customer service is less than friendly. A bit busy but nowhere near pleasant. Asked for suggestions and got a blank stare. Yes I had asked, if you have suggestions Im open since this is my first time.....again a stare. I am a coffee junkie that isnt a fan of Starbucks....but at least they share pleasantries. A GOOD MORNING goes a long way first thing in the morning.

I could eat here every day engine coffee as well!! Their Farmhouse Bagel is one of the best! I like it with two eggs. Also there turtle mocha hot is amazing! Its sweet and chocolatey. Their employees are very nice and its a great experience all around.

I really did enjoy the white mocha coffee. The turkey and avocado was so amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Service is so ridiculously slow. I stopped going here forever a bit because Id wait at the register for 3 minutes before someone would come over to take my order. Ordering a coffee became a 10 minute ordeal. And there was nobody else inside ordering.Due to the traffic at Starbucks I stopped here and went thru the drive thru with one car in front of me. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. The whole process took over 10 minutes. I understand that they were short staffed and to the workers there thank you for doing your best.... But this is unacceptable from management. It is clear you are slow on a daily basis. Hire more employees or risk losing even more customers.

Lots of variety for both food and drinks. The staff is aways quite friendly and helpful. The only downside is the limited seating in the store.

Brandon was awesome even though we gave him a hard time about being out of eggnog.

I had the worst experience there and will never go back..I ordered one large carmal marcato with a extra shot of espresso, one small carmal marcato, one large hot chocolate and one small chocolate. Now what I got was a small cup 1/4 full of what I believe was coffee, brought it back in. Was given a second cup of coffee not what I ordered and by this time I was so frustrated I just left...the only thing that was right with my order was the hot chocolate...just not happy at all...

Bismarck 3 rd street location..got 1 coffee wrong 2x an one sandwich wrong 2 x in a row an I had to get going could not deal with thier constant arguing how Oh Im sorry I didnt make a mistake.yet I was charged full price for what was ordered.an again like every trip out of blueberry donuts an so many different excuses..some employees have told me alot of co workers just dont want to make them off thmenu.then take them off the menu..I Sked for a reciept

Waited 5 mins....no one at counter. All were helping drive through people. Wont visit for lunch again.

First time at this caribou and the cashier was completely rude. I asked about sugar free options and she said the northern lite. I asked what that consists of and she said its our sugar free. Then I asked if it was flavored, she named off a few flavors while rolling her eyes. I said ok Ill take that, then she snapped back what flavor. Felt very uncomfortable and after all that the coffee was burnt. Ill stick to local owned coffee shops from now on.

I feel like this was a combination made in heaven. Excellent coffee/lattes/etc. combined with delicious bagels. I dont think my stomach could ever leave here unhappy.

Today was not a good day to get coffee and bagels from today. not only was my coffee made wrong twice. my bagel was made incorrectly.

The coffee is bland and tastes watered down. You would think a dark chocolate iced mocha would have some nice rich chocolate flavor to it, but its just....Meh. Ive also tried the milk chocolate iced mocha and same thing - bland and watered down tasting. Cant really tell there is chocolate in it. Maybe I just need to ask for extra chocolate? I will say, outside of Starbucks, Caribou is the only coffee that doesnt taste completely burnt. We just moved here from Spokane WA, and have had one heck of a time finding comparable coffee (weve been to just about every coffee place here). Maybe were coffee snobs, but the coffee in WA is a million times better.

Caribou Coffee is the best coffee shop in Bismarck. Much more variety than Starbucks, and competitively priced as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some fantastic coffee.

The staff are nice and the food is good, but they screwed up our order. Seems to happen a bit too often based off the comments. Id come back though, unless it kept happening.

They were quick and friendly and accurate in making my order the way I wanted it and it was fresh and delicious.

My coffee was lukewarm. If they say it has a spread on your bagel ask for extra they are very very stingy on their spread. When I called to tell them coffee lukewarm and no spread again after multiple times happening the person who answered HUNG UP on me. I was polite when I called so that is just terrible customer service on top of poor coffee and stingy spread.

I would say they were as slow as molasses in January, but its only december... and 10:30 in the morning.

Service was very poor. Waited for two doughnuts that I ordered and never received them after 20 minutes of waiting. No employees offered to help me get them, replace the creamer that was empty that I tried to ask for, or help an elderly woman who was struggling with her large bag of day old bagels for the womens shelter get out to her car (who I helped).

Staff was super rude after they messed up my drink. When I asked for the right drink, the barista told me I picked up the wrong one when I was the only person with that name in the room. Then told me I had to wait for the “19 orders” that came after me. Not impressed. The barista was beyond rude.

Good drinks and breakfast food.

Very slow service (on average a 20 minute wait) and the handful of times Ive been there twice my order was skipped. Both times I ended up waiting for 40 minutes, Also; both visits werent at peak hours and I only ordered a single drink. When I finally got my coffee, this most recent visit, I was very disappointed with the taste. Needless to say I will not be visiting this caribou again.

Entered in to see a line of people that wasnt moving, at all after 3 minutes... The cashiers had no idea what they were doing, and a menu that was way over priced. I ended up leaving and never returned.

One word - slow. There were two people in line and I waited almost 10 minutes just to order. My food took even longer. People who ordered bagels after me got their order before I did. I will not be coming back.

I waited 15 minutes in line for them to tell me they were out of the tea and bagel I had wanted when I got to the window. The I had to wait another 5 for them to try to make me something close to it. Everytime I come here they seem to be out of stuff. At that point you may as well just go across the street to Starbucks.

They have messed up my order that last 3 times I’ve been there and food is always cold.
