My original review:Had oil change done and that went good. My last oil change before this one, I had asked the lady at the body shop desk about a piece of trim on my truck that was loose. She looked at it and said that it liked like it needed some new double stick tape and all would be good. I asked her a rough price and she said no more than $45. I told her at my next oil change I would have then see if they could complete it. I asked at this oil change and the gentleman said they could take care of it after the oil change was completed. They took it to body shop after and was done quickly. Got the bill and was charged $145. I was in shock. Lesson learned.....get it in writing because there is a good chance it will not be the same price.Update: Was contacted by Puklich Chevrolet today and they have taken care of my concerns. I have changed my review to 5 star.Thank you Puklich Chevrolet.

I purchased this vehicle and discovered the air conditioner did not work. I made an appointment and they were able to repair it in a day at no cost to me thanks to the salesman and staff. I highly recommend Puklich Chevrolet for sales and service.

Well here is the deal. When I went to pick the pickup up,I first opened the hood and the end gate. There was a mess of oil substrates under the hood on the radiator cover and lost of oil on and in the box of it. Looks like because its a older truck it wasnt respected . Ive had this truck sense 1998. Very frustrating. Respect for others is number one in my book

Drove in to look a a car and before the salesman would tell me about the vehicle I came to see he walked around my vehicle and started nitpicking every detail he thought was wrong in attempting to drastically lower trade in value. Told me he didnt know what the slight knock from the motor was. Its the way cruze motors sound. Was very condescending. Will not do business with a company that has employees with this kind of demeanor. Took my business elsewhere. Salesman was arrogant and not wanting to talk about the vehicle I was interested in until they were done cutting my vehicle down.

The service staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Everyone from the service manager, to the service assistant, courtesy driver, and clerical staff provided exceptional customer service. I would recommend the service team at Puklick to anyone.

I live in SD, found the car on facebook market place, called the dealership, made the deal over the phone and they delivered the car to my house. I would buy a car from them again in the future. Service is great, my complaint is carelessness when it comes to cleanliness. This is the third time technicians have gotten into my vehicle with greasy shoes or hands. I had grease or oil on the inside drivers door and drivers side floor mats. What happened to the days when they used to cover the seats and floors before they serviced a vehicle?

Came in for airbag recall. Needed my axle seal replaced too so I did that too since they were able to squeeze me in no problem. Ashley was a delight to work with and the technician who worked on on my vehicle did an excellent job and was able to get in and out pretty reasonably. Overall a good experience and I will be back.

The only complaint I have and really not a serious one but when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a very pleasant young man that directed me where to go. Than I got to the desk to check in there was 2 guys one was assisting a customer. The other one was messing around there I stood there a couple minutes the guy that was busy promptly addressed me and said it would be just minute. I was ok with that but the other guy still messing around than looks at me says nothing turns to a coworker and starts a conversation over a bolt or lug nut that was hard to remove comes back to me ask name and vehicle info takes my keys than says nothing turns and walks away to continue his conversation about the bolt issue. The coworker working with him slid over and finished my check in and advised me of the process he new his job and well at it. The other guy needs to have some customer in service classes!Overall Stan Pucklich is an awesome dealership there is just some bruised apples in the basket!

What dealership sells a used vehicle for 15950 over sticker price on a used Denali Puklich. I went in to look at a Suburban didn’t have any even though webpage showed two in stock. Looked at the Denali they want 92k and it’s the base Denali. Steer clear they are looking to gouge you.

My sales guy was Brandon Walz very friendly he was good at getting me all set up for my certified pre owned truck walked me through all the new controls i have never had before. There was a little hick up with my truck being cleaned but that wasnt Brandons fault.Jacob Schulz was my finance guy again very friendly walked me through different options in the finance department. I think that needs to be re looked at a little as they do ask what payments your comfortable with then in order to get things covered that should be covered your paying $100. More then what your comfortable with. So that was the only down fall there.My over all experience was okay, maybe a thing of the past but should consider filling the gas tank for someone who spends over a certain amount of money there Just my opinion .

I messaged Brooke today to inquire about the availability of a vehicle. I was notified promptly by Brooke that it was and set up a appointment for me to meet with a salesman that evening. Upon arriving no one could locate the salesman. When he did arrive he told that that vehicle wasnt available anymore. A simple phone call would have been nice.

They treat you based upon how you are dressed. Never mind the modern era of wealthy COVID work from home people - this place is operating in the 90’s.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and recall service. First, this is my second time getting my oil changed at Puklich and neither time did it seem like the receptionist who checked me in liked their job or were at all happy to be there. Second, I was told that my vehicle would be serviced and ready to go within 45 minutes due to my busy schedule that day. I waited for an hour and a half before I went to check on the status of the vehicle. When I got to the service desk, I noticed that my vehicle had been sitting at the service door for some time. I asked if the recall service had been completed and was informed that it was not even pulled into the service department yet. I picked up my keys and paid my bill and left. I have never received such horrendous service time after time after time ANYWHERE much less a car dealership. Not a single service rep or employee apologized for anything or offer to set another appointment to complete the recall service. This performance and lack of service has been a consistent show of how to not conduct business or customer service, especially when a customer walks in the door to spend tens of thousands of dollars at a time at this place. It is really hard to believe that GM lets this kind of poor performance continue at one of their larger dealerships in the area. Had it not been for the courtesy oil changes, I wouldnt have gone back to this dealership. I would absolutely NEVER recommend anyone to do business with this dealership or their service department.
