Following up on Zachary weinbergers review. We got our jeep back but of course it has a few more problems it didnt have before. The battery was shot because it sat for months there. Needed a new starter. The lift gate flipper glass randomly unlocks. The door ajar light pops on so thats a dead battery. I know they had my name correct but when I picked up my keys it read standing rock not sure if that was a joke or misunderstanding. The engine was also not bolted down completely.Haha they also banned Zach from updating his review. So new problems same dealership. Not buying from them again. Thanks for trying.

I dont have much experience buying new cars, so it can be a nerve wracking experience. These guys have been great throughout the whole process. From building the car and submitting the order, all the way through the arrival of the car and driving it the first time. I never felt pressured, and it was pretty easy.
Alex is the BEST!!! We had been negotiating with him and he answered all our questions with quick replies. He was kind and efficient. We were on the way to Eide Ford when our truck’s serpentine belt broke 10 miles away. He brought a new belt and tools from the mechanics and drove out to meet us to fix it! 😊 What other salesperson would have done that?? He helped make this a very positive experience and would recommend Alex and Eide Ford to everybody.

Was told my car was almost done. But it took over 2 hours to finish. Wreaked all my plans being at the dealership for over 4 hours. Chad called back and asked questions about my satisfaction, after telling him what I had been told he did reimburse me for the cost of parts and part of labor as I as told they would cover from the beginning. I will still be using their service in the future just asking more questions before any work is started
The overall experience was great. The only thing I would ask for a sales staff or management to recognize is what kind of key is with the vehicle. I bought the vehicle never owning a Ford before, and notice some features on the dash that didn’t make sense to me. The volume control and and speed limit notification and Mykey activated. It was not explained to me. We’ll long story short, used car, one key, mykey information on the dash states 2 Admin keys one standard key. I got the standard key and they didn’t investigate what key the vehicle had when the vehicle had admin lock. Now I have to get a admin key and vehicle programmed. That was frustrating. But I do like the vehicle and the salesman was great.
My salesman Alex Dowhaniuk was professional, responsive and just plain nice. Mike in finance was also professional and respectful. This was my first time dealing with with dealership, but would be happy to use them in the future. I live in South Dakota and it was worth the drive. Someone is going to get a VERY nice pickup that I traded in for a new Ford Escape SE. I am very happy with my new car. The technology is amazing.

Great service. Wasnt pressured to buy today like a lot of places. Nice to be able to do a test drive without having a salesperson along so you can talk freely. They worked with the bank and got me a great rate. Will shop there again.
New vehicles are fantastic. Service is great when youre buying. Used vehicles however. . .each used vehicle we got in the past has had camshaft issues. Our last one we also purchased the warranty for the engine. Good thing too. We found out the previous owner did practically no maintenance. And go figure, cam shaft issues. Our vehicle has been in the shop for roughly two weeks. My girlfriend has an upcoming appointment in Fargo for cancer treatment (mind you, this is our only vehicle now), and each time we call (five X on 6-15-21, between 3pm and 6pm), we get hung up on. When we actually DO speak to someone, they tell us they havent gotten to it yet. Or well get an actual answer, and as soon as we mention our vehicle, once again we get hung up on. Weve been extremely patient but with her appointment nearing and them simply hanging up on us each time weve been trying to check the status of our vehicle, our patience has grown thin. They offered us no vehicle to use in the mean time, weve had to rely on friends and family.In conclusion, will never purchase another vehicle from again. Will never recommend to any ever again, and will happily recommend friends and family go elsewhere. As far away as possible.Update 7-2, was suppose to receive an update phone call yesterday, no one called. Once again no one received our messages we left nor called us back. Today we left to see how our car coming along, we are told it was supposedly transferred to Chrysler for repairs. We went there and Chrysler said that Ford has it. So, right now, both places are claiming the other has our jeep.Third update - vehicle was placed under Eide Fords name, thats why theyre having issues finding it.Fourth update - the engine was suppose to be put in on the first, the second or third of July was the estimated time for our Jeep To return to us. Theyve had it for a good month and a half now. We finally got a call back, the jeep is at Chrysler for sure, however the guy fixing it is apparently on vacation until Tuesday. My girlfriend has had to reschedule her cancer treatment appointments because of them (this was our primary concern which we stated from the beginning, why we really NEED this vehicle back ASAP).7-6 update - we called the manager as he requested in the response to my review. The phone call went nowhere. Once again the story was changed about what is going on with the Jeep, and when it will be finished, because once again an insurance adjuster has to be scheduled to look at it to ensure its under warranty (this already happened and was already approved, soooo. . .). Now once again, the jeep has just been sitting there, no work done, and we were told its going to be another two weeks until we actually get it back. If even. At this point my money is on September, and thats if were lucky.No solution was offered, no rental vehicle was offered, and more and more at this point, we are wondering if this is some sort of race issue with my fiance. When she went to personally ask for an update at the actual location, she was waiting in the lobby patiently for 45 minutes, while people were being helped. New people would come in, sit and wait, and she would again be ignored while they were helped. 45 minutes of this. Cant tell me it doesnt sound like a race issue. Only reason she was helped was because she was getting tired of seeing everyone helped but her and she spoke up.Absolutely worst experience ever. Avoid them at all costs.
Buying a new car can be a hassle that takes all day. When we arrived at the Eide dealership they were very busy. Our salesperson was working 5 deals at the same time. Even though they were busy, we managed to get our car traded and out the door with a new car in a timely manner. We were quite pleased. We drove to Eide Chrysler and bought one there also. Again, same professionalism. Took us a total of 5 hours to buy both cars. Very pleased with the deals too. We will be back when its time to trade again. Thank you Jesse S, Nate and Jaden,.

Great guys. Only issue to date was cracked windshield when we went to pick it up. Dealer said he will mail a check for its replacement (since we came from out of the area).

The experience of a first time car buyer from a car lot can be very intimidating. However, Dakota made the interaction welcoming and easy. I was in and out in 2.5 hrs! Absolutely loved the non pressure sales interaction. I was able to get a much better vehicle than I originally was looking at to purchase. Dakota knew what I was needing and made the perfect fit! I was very impressed with the website. It was so simple to do the pre-approval and get the specs on the vehicles. The communication via text and email with the pictures of the finance and sale team made it more personal. I will definitely recommend going to Ride Ford Lincoln.

I originally made a 5 star review but after only a month and a half after doing business here, I’m less than impressed. I was supposed to have some minor work done to my vehicle as agreed upon when purchasing it but I waited and waited and never got a call. When I called, the salesman who sold my car was “no longer with the company anymore” or so I was told by a manager and never “let anyone know” about my car. They got it fixed that week which is fine. But now I’m almost 2 months past buying my vehicle and still no registration or plates. Called the DOT and they have no record of my vehicle being sold and it’s still under the previous owner. Called Eide twice and was told someone would call me. Which they never do. Second time I was told this actually so I’ll call again in a week like I did last time to see who didn’t do their job this time. Super disappointed.
We were driving east bound on I94 about 100 miles from Bismarck when we started having warning lights turning on. We luckily made it to Eide before it died. They immediately took us in and discovered the belt had gone bad and repaired it in little over an hour and we were back on the road. Thanks for taking great care of us!!

Lowballed my trade in I sold my trade in to another guy they then cut him a check for 6k more than what I was offered many times talk about greedy.They were not 7 months apart I was there a month ago I don’t care what your records show. I was offered 26k trade in and you cut a check for 32 with no trade in. I will not recommend to do business here until you put your customers in front of profit
On a limb I asked for the availability on a pickup that they had on the lot, within minutes Ryan H was calling me asking when would be a good time to come and see it, we got that squared away and then mike in finance got me in and out incredibly fast! I could not be any more impressed with these two gentleman and would recommend them too every single person I know!!

Now I’m having a difficult time setting up an appointment for them to fix what was already broken, (eco boost and 2 other pertaining to the same thing! I’m so impressed with the service department at Eide Ford. The service manager Lee, has gone above and beyond in every way, for me. I bought a vehicle from Eide Chrysler down the road, and started having brake problems the very next day. Their service department wouldn’t even look at the car without charging $120 for a diagnosis. They insisted the car was fine when they sold it to me. Lee and his service department looked at my car, and fixed the problem for free. A month later I started having even more serious problems with the car. Lee got it right in to diagnose, determined it needed a new motor, and didn’t quit until he got approved a brand new one for my car, for absolutely no charge. Lee also arranged for a beautiful vehicle to drive until my car is fixed. I’ve never experienced such commitment, diligence, and advocacy for the customer, as I have with Lee at Eide Ford. I’ll never go anywhere else! Thanks Lee!!

They worked well with getting my vehicle dropped off during off hours while I was out of town and communicated options and repairs. So far have no issues since picking vehicle up.
Sales person was really nice. I took a truck for a short test drive. The truck was a diesel. I wanted to see what type of milage this truck would get before buying it. The test drive wasnt long enough to find out. I suggested that I could drive it to my mechanic which is approx 80 miles away to have them give a independent inspection. It would also let me see what the mileage would be, but the manager refused request.I had 10,000 cash for down payment also preapproved for a loan from my credit union. I guess they didnt need to make the sale.Some other Co.will get my money.I will not recommend this Co. to anybody else.

We purchased an 08 Ford F350 in April of 2019. We also purchased the High Mileage warranty along with the truck, given the age of the truck, and miles. Within a month we had to replace the drive shaft assembly, outer tie rod end, and upper ball joint. 2,000 dollars. We called Eide, they were no help, neither was our warranty. No big deal right? Two months later, our truck shuts down in the middle of a busy highway with myself and my two small children inside. The engine shut off, a warning sign stated reduced engine power, and from there it would not start. We had the truck towed in to a local mechanic (Southwest Ford in TX), and their findings determined we needed a whole new engine. We still owe $20k plus on this vehicle that we can not even drive. The warranty would not pay for more diagnostic tests or the tear down of our engine either. I have asked Eide to make this right since we put less that 3k miles on the vehicle, and they said it is out of there hands. I have recently reached out again in hopes they will make it right.

The vehicle we bought is beautiful and exactly what my son wanted. Hence, why we bought it. Alex with sales and Chris in financing were both great to work with. I especially liked Chris and my son enjoyed talking dirt bikes with Alex which kept him entertained while we waited. With that said - I’ll never use this dealership again. The sale took forever when it should have been quick and painless. We booked an appointment and Alex was right on time and ready for us. However, he repeatedly had to wait for his manager to give him the amount of our trade and track him down to get this number. The trade wasn’t a great price but understandable with the issues his manager who appraised it found. I could deal with this. However, on top of waiting far too long to get this low “gift” of a number his manager was the most unbudging, nonnegotiable person I have ever found in my entire life of buying vehicles. Unable to go down $200 whole dollars on a vehicle I’m paying $14,500 for and not getting much of a trade value at all? That’s honestly ridiculous. Especially after waiting over an hour just for him to give the sheet of paper for the trade value. When questioning Alex he said there was no way his manager was doing anything additional and he apologized. He did go ask for the $200 for me after saying $500 was a definite no and came back with a definite no. We’ve bought 2 brand new vehicles in the last 3 years and 2 used (before this one). Everyone negotiated something, even if it was only $200-$500. Something. And all these sales took much less time even on a crazy busy day, with far less time to provide a simple trade-in value. (Especially if you aren’t giving much of anything for it.) So, yes, I bought the car as I had driven 3 hours one way for this specific vehicle. Lesson learned. It’s my own fault, I’m well aware of this. We’ve got one vehicle left to swap out this year and I have a much different game plan as I have learn some important lessons and will be going somewhere where that managers/owners are far more friendly/customer service oriented, negotiable and WAY faster. So, kudos to Chris and Alex but they were the only good part of the deal.

The application process was easy enough. But after that I had nothing but issues. I gave a price range I could afford to pay per month but the finance person would not return my calls to tell me how much it was going to be. When I paid my deposit and signed everything is when they let me know everything, which was higher then I said I could afford. The day I picked up my car there was a lot of confusion about keys and where they were or if I had more then one. I spent about 2 hours sitting around the dealership with no idea of what was going on. Within 2 hours of finally driving it my check engine light came on. I brought it back the following day to get looked at and have a spare key made, after a few hours they called to say it was ready. I came to get it and the salesman refused to tell me what was wrong with my car. Just that I needed a whole new engine. But good news I dont have to pay a dime for anything! Weird that they wouldnt have noticed the engine issues before since it is a used vehicle.... On monday I was told my parts were in and to bring the car in on Tuesday. On Tuesday they said Friday works better for them and to come back. On Friday they didnt have the loaner car they promised me available but said I would have it within an hour. Also would not give me any idea of how long the repairs would take or answer generic questions about what was being done. 3 hours later they show up with it at my house and still dont answer any questions. The car is nice but the way the company as a whole has handled everything is beyond ridiculous.UPDATE: They have had my car for two weeks now. They have had to extend the time they have it twice. They have now been working on my car for over half the time Ive owned it.

I’m pleased with the vehicle and I was told I would love the service I received and I really did. I will be back to deal with Eide and especially Ryan for future vehicle purchases.

The salesman was amazing, dalton is they best salesman I’ve worked with, answered all of my questions and never pressured me into buying, and he is the only reason I am giving 5 stars will definitely work with him again but dont know about eide. but they biggest crooks are the sales managers they tell you everything thing that is wrong with your vehicle and deduct it from your trade in value and than they give you a low ball insulting offer and will post it for sale without fixing anything that they said they had to and at double the price they gave you for it it by far the most insulting experience unless your pay straight cash wouldn’t recommend trading your vehicle here they will rip u off. I get it everybody needs to make money but to double your money and rip off a guy that you want to come back for there future vehicles this is a horrible way to show your appreciation. And to do it to a guy that bought a 2021 ford is a little irritating. salesperson gets 5 stars managers get 0 stars.
