I had visited a handful of car website awhile I was searching for a new vehicle. I came across these cars & their prices were what caught my eye the most.I called asking for some information because I was trying across state to look at vehicles. I called & explain everything about my situation to Jacob. He said he was newer in the car business but he knew his stuff & was SO HELPFUL. Even sent me a video of the vehicle I was looking at, a full run down video. Something most car business won’t do.When it came to the financial part: they gave me the best rate because not only do they use local banks but nationals too. So you end up getting the best rate/term price out of 8 banks. Jeff in the financial office was super helpful at explaining everything to me being a first time car buyer.Being a first time vehicle buyer I had so many questions & they answered everyone of them & then some! Super helpful in every aspect they can be from looking online to signing the papers!If I need another vehicle some day, I will be back!

I went in with my cousin a few days ago so he could look at a car they had for sale. It was around 5k. We were treated just as great as I am when I purchase a brand new vehicle. There was no pressure. The salesman was Noah and he was very forthcoming about the vehicle, did a test drive, offered a warranty and was concerned with us as people and not just a buyer. Chad was the finance guy and he is super experienced and got us in and right out. This is a 5 star business and it really does show. I will look there first for any vehicle from now on!

My girlfriend and I inquired about a vehicle that was posted for sell. Noah reached out to my girlfriend and we started chatting about the vehicle. We had decided we would buy the vehicle so we let them run our credit. The next morning she gave the finance department the down payment and they were suppose to let a 3rd party company come get the vehicle to tint windows. The guy shows up and the truck is out on a test drive. They tell the guys boss its a first come first serve. We allowed them to run the credit, gave them a down payment and yet we still werent first!! These people do horrible business and I would never recommend them or do business with them.

I was very pleased with my experience. Trace, my salesman, was very knowledgable about the vehicles we looked at. He figured out my needs and budget and gave me recommendations based on that. He took the time to demonstrate all features on the vehicles we looked at, and made sure I knew how to use those features.There was a small issue with one of the lights that was discovered as I was almost going to take the car off the lot. The team took care of the issue and delivered the vehicle to me free of charge. I was impressed with this integrity!The financing experience was painless. As this was my first time financing a vehicle, I was not familiar with the process. Chad, the finance manager, explained everything to me clearly. From the moment I got to the lot, my experience with all staff was very warm and welcoming, even those that I did not work with directly. Veracity is a smaller dealership compared to some, and with that comes attention that you do not get at all dealerships. My experience could not have been better, and I highly recommend Veracity.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and wished to trade in my 2014 Dodge Charger. I was extremely impressed with the trade appraisal they gave to me for my Charger. After test driving a few vehicles, I ended up seeing a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee listed on their website. Although it was listed, it needed to be shipped in from Minnesota. While waiting for the vehicle to arrive, I ended up contracting COVID. The salesperson I worked with, Trace Fuchs, was extremely helpful when arranging all of the paperwork to purchase the vehicle when I was under quarantine. After I completed all of the paperwork, they even dropped off the car at my house! I would highly recommend working with the staff at Veracity and wouldnt hesitate to send others their way.

I was in need of a replacement car quick and I saw these guys had what I wanted for a decent price. Nothing fancy, a 2005 Dodge Caravan. I read the mixed reviews on this place but went to see them anyway and Im glad I did! Nice place, friendly, professional people. I bought the car a few weeks ago now and its running great. It was also very clean inside and out. Virginia was our sales person and she was great. No pressure, just like hanging out with a friend and then buying a car from them. I would highly recommend Veracity Motors to anyone looking to buy a car. All staff was very helpful and friendly. There’s tons of dealerships that say they work with people who have bad credit, but from my experience Veracity is the only place that actually does! I have bad credit and needed a co-signer at all the other places I looked but Veracity actually helped me and was willing to work with me. I’m so grateful for everyone at Veracity for giving my kids and I the opportunity to get this new car. They even delivered my new car to me, and we live way out in the middle of nowhere. After getting the car I still have Veracity staff calling to see how the car is doing and if we like it. They have gone above and beyond in customer satisfaction.

I bought a 2015 BMW X3 from JP at Veracity Motors and was very impressed by the amount of knowledge he had about not only the car I purchased, but also the other cars that I was considering. I went to 6 dealerships in Minnesota before going to Veracity Motors and none of them knew any more about cars than I did! JP showed me all of the different features to the car and even optimized my audio balancing.Another thing he promised me throughout the buying process was that Veracity Motors takes care of their customers even after a vehicle purchase where all sales are final. Knowing this, I bought the car. Two weeks later a fuse blew, and I put that promise to the test. They are for real! I got reimbursed for my repair as well as the rental car I needed while it was in the shop in Minnesota. I would absolutely buy from them again, what more could you want from a car dealership?

They do not inspect vehicles closely, or they just decide not to tell the customers. Try taking a used car to a mechanic dont believe them......

I had a terrible experience!. I was sold a vehicle with a defective remote starter. Each time I contacted them they would give me a ridiculous way to start it. They told me to rub the starter under my chin. By the 3rd time of it still not working I decided to do some research. They had repeatedly told me it was fine but according to paperwork on it I was right. They wouldnt respond to messages and e-mails. I would not recommend them to anyone. The only reason I gave one star its the only way I could leave a response.

Its like having an extended family. Love my Terrain. Id recommend checking this place out if you need a vehicle. If they dont have it, theyll find it for you. Thanks Veracity Motors for being so great.

I would definitely recommend Veracity Motors. The vehicle I bought had a few issues, but they arranged to pick it up and give me a loaner while things were corrected. They REALLY treated me like family, unlike some other dealers in town! They went out of their way to get my 2016 Acadias issues fixed and got me an extra key too! I got a surprisingly fair trade in amount over the phone and drove from Fargo to work a deal. They didnt take advantage of me knowing I came that far and we closed the deal in a short time and I even got a better deal while there. Sean is a great guy and I recommend him. We purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade Limited for around 20k at 17,000 miles from Veracity Motors Jan. 2nd of 2019. When we took it home that day and backed out of our parking spot we noticed a lag in acceleration when we took it out of reverse. Didnt think too much of it, not long after we began noticing a lag in acceleration and stalling. Just 2 months and 1,500 miles later, as we were driving the car it threw a Service Engine - Throttle Control fault. Its been two days since it popped up and it hasnt went away.Looking into this fault, I found that it has a high severity rating and is dangerous. It can cause your car to stall out or sporadically start speeding up while youre driving. NOT COOL, especially since we have a 2-year-old boy. Its going to be 2 weeks before we can get the car into the shop under warranty. Until then its simply too risky to being driving it with a toddler.I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a vehicle from Veracity Motors, theres no reason why we should be dealing with this issue with how much weve paid for the car and the brief period weve had it.

Odd, memorable experience. Definitely go for the cheesy used car salesman motif. The salesman kept nervously touching me and the car (certain substances will make you feel a need for being grounded to something, and dude was Cruising). Add in random guy vaping (Profesh) the car they showed me had a bad knock and they were firmly asking over $3000. The salesman kept in touch with me for weeks via email despite me never responding so kudos for tenacity.Overall, dudes being uncomfortably high on uppers trying to take my money kinda weirds me out. Pass.

We have bought many many vehicles and from many different dealerships. This place tops the cake for being the worst we have dealt with. They are so sneaky and try to pull things over on you. Went there to trade in a vehicle and we needed X amount to do the deal. They wouldnt budge so we started to walk away. They came back and said if we come up $700 on the trade will you take the deal. He wanted to shake on it. He came back after a few minutes and said okay you got the car! While looking over the paperwork, they raised the asking price of the vehicle I was looking at buying to make up the $700 on the trade. What a bunch of CROOKS!! Never again. Please avoid dealing with this so called dealership!

Bought a nice SUV/Crossover, very nice people no pressure.

Veracity sold me a pickup three years ago for 30,000.00. The truck had 23000 miles on it when i purchased it. I found out a week ago when I traded it off that it was involved in TWO major crashes as reported by carfax. Veracity did not bother to disclose that carfax info to me before the purchase. I had no idea it had been nearly totaled twice. Veracity is not a dealership, a couple of crooks who buy vehicles at the auction and try to dump them on YOU. DONT be as foolish as I was to trust them.

The people were awesoms ... but the trust is gone now . bought a vehicle was told by two dealerships members and there mechanic that the code that pulled up were o2 sensors come to find out the mechanic told the boss it was the crank/cam and the boss told us and the guy that was helping us it was 02 sensors. Untrustworthy head man At veracity. So disappointed. Told us it was 02 sensors when he knew it was crank/cam just so we would buy it.

This dealership will lie right to your face and sell you a lemon. Bought a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek with 62,000 miles on it. After inspecting the car there was a noise from the motor that they insured me that they got it inspected by the Subaru dealership and there was nothing to worry about as it was normal. Turns out after I purchased and traded in that it was in need of a new short block.This place is crooked with their selling techniques and their previous customers will attack you on facebook if you give them a bad rating on there. They did buy the car back but would not reimburse me for my trade in. I left with no car and no transportation from them. This place would be better opening a lemon stand with all the lemons on their lot!

I purchased a car here 2.5 years ago, why I am waiting this long to write a review, I have no idea. Well for beginner this place is horrible, they sell crap for cars and they dont car all they want is for you to get out the door with a car. Thier financial group has no idea what they are doing. I got a loan on the car and they never put a lien holder on the title so I recieved the title. The car I purchased after having it for about a week I could feel the transmission start to knock or slip. Called them and they were like well sorry nothing we can do. They tires blew up on me after not even a month. I had a horrible experience with this place and never will go back. I just recently traded the car in for a better more reliable car at a different dealership that was amazing to work with. PLEASE PEOPLE NEVER GO HERE< DONT EVEN ENTER THIER LOT!!!
