Had an oil change. Guy comes out and tells me my front and rear brakes are worn completely out. Imagine my shock since I had just replaced the rear brakes last spring and the front ones scored just fine at my last oil change in July. The guy ended up rechecking them and finding out they are perfectly fine. Im so happy I didnt pay an extra $225 for front and $225 for rear brakes if I would have taken their word for it.

I received a quote from another dealer that I felt was overpriced. I gave Damon a call and he said it was no problem to check into it for me. It turns out that the part I needed replaced was actually covered under warranty. Not only that but they had the part in stock and were able to get me in to have my pickup repaired 2 days later. I drive 180 miles one way because of the way I am treated and the service that I always receive from the crew at Bismarck Motor Company. I consider Damon my 1 trusted advisor when it comes to work that needs to be completed on my pickup. He is always fair and honest and goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I have not purchased a vehicle from Bismarck Motor Company but they will be the first place I check when it is time to replace either of our vehicles because of the way we have been treated by the service department.

Salesman really want out of his way to get everything done for me, especially since it was a different situation! After he called me and told me what they had for inventory and explained the difference between the 2 models I choose one model over the phone! From there he got right into get the information about my trade in from the other dealership where the vehicle was at because I refused to except that dealerships answer about that vehicle issue I was having that they said was normal and I wasnt about to drive that vehicle again with the safety issue the vehicle has!Salesman had all the numbers put together from my sales lady finance personat that dealership along with everything we had talked about for the Nissan, so once I got off work and got to dealership all we had to finish up was the financing for the new vehicle! My 2007 Quest with over 210K mikes on it happen to call it quits in Bismarck. Service wasn’t really sure if we would not go down an electrical rabbit hole if we tried to fix it. So, Instead of being 3 hours from home and in a tough spot, BMG turned it into another nice buying experience.

Dreaded buying a new car--had to do it unexpectedly. Was nervous that because we were on a tight timeline, we might be taken advantage of. Instead, we were greeted with good cheer and an informative, low-pressure sales approach. Apparently, the value of the sold car is decoupled from the the salespersons commission, so we were never pushed. Even so, we got a price that was really fair--doubled checked when I got home, and even had I pushed and negotiated, I doubt they would have been able to come down much lower. Great experience.

Recently bought 2019 Nissan Sentra from Bismarck Motor Co and am well satisfied, both with the sales person and the product.
When I brought my Murano in there were no sensors warning lights on and when I picked it up several are on! I called the service department and they want to run another diagnostics at 150.00 charge to me! They also forgot to put a plug back and broke a belt not replacing either! They also told me I needed 2400 of work done on Murano. I took it to another mechanic and was told the total cost would be 400!I won’t be back!
