Everytine I use this location, there is 1 staff available and 5 people in line. So definitely more than a 15 minute wait that is posted. Service is good, just expect to spend at least 30 min inside, if you need staff assistance.Ramona was wonderful help and very patient with customers.

Terrible service. Dont bother going here if you need to print anything. The self-serve machines wont accept your card. The employees are rude, easily annoyed by basic requests, and refuse to help unless you have cash. Use a different location nearby, as this is the only Fedex Office location Ive ever had problems with.

When shipping a package and you don’t have a shipping account with them be prepared to give them a driver’s license state ID passport stool and blood sample. Guess I’m glad I have an account. Also be prepared to answer a million and one questions about what your shipping u at taped and ready to go. Not all locations are like this there Troy location which is now closed was my go to. Now I’m stuck with dealing with this ridiculous place. If your able go elsewhere.

The girl working behind the counter kept emphasizing how smashed up the packages get once they reach the final destination and that’s why I needed to use their packing services. That honestly makes me hesitant to use FedEx if I have to worry that they’re going to smash my package through gross negligence.

Had a very unpleasant experience here trying to get things printed. Mr Tom was excessively rude and denigrating from the get go, making me feel like I was annoying him. If you don’t want to do a job, better to politely decline or straight up say no. I gave him benefit of doubt that maybe he was having a bad day but seems like other people have had the same experience. I will definitely not be returning to this location and have already advised my friends not to go here either.

J (dk hair caucasian) She was the BEST last Wed 11/18/20 she stopped So friendly came over & showed me how to work the copy machine let me knw 1 set of papers were similar to vard stock so couldnt feed them! She Ooozed Customer Service & provided Satisfaction!! Must go back to pickup a Black Detroit Day Planner they carry! You were great!

Most shady company Ive ever known. Couldnt deliver my package back to a store, and caused me to lose all the money, but still unwilling to compensate. Whats the reason to build a claim department to do nothing just decline claims when there are sufficient reason to compensate a customer??????? Shady!

My FedEx envelope that I shipped out arrived empty. Birmingham employee sealed and sent without including contents. I called the location 5 times and was disconnected when I did speak to a female she said they would watch video of my transaction. I then went to the store to speak directly to manager, Jim Dahl, who was so incredibly rude and told me he watched the video but when I asked what color my envelope was that was to be put in fedex package, he couldn’t tell me and told me it was private information and caused me of lying and that I would just have to file a claim.Why any company would hire or keep Jim Dahl, and his demeaning attitude is incomprehensible!I only wish I would have read this locations reviews prior to using their services.I do not recommend this location and would give them a rating of 0 if I could.Go elsewhere !!!!

I went in after 10:30pm (try to not be the late guy like I was, people have lives and families to attend to) because my printer was not working properly and I needed three sets of a 58 page document printed and each bound together for tomorrow morning. Tom was the only one working and after he finished with a previous customer, helped me right away and got me on my way with everything accomplished in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate it very much and I will be back to this location, but next time it will be not so close to closing time. Thank you again and Tom is awesome.

Ramona was great! I had given up on finding a place to print my project. The other locations told me it wasn’t possible. When I walked in she was friendly and confident that she could make my request work. She is very dedicated to her work, and sadly that’s hard to find. Go see her if you have a tricky project and need assistance!

This is my go-to print center in the area for quick turnaround jobs. Customer service is always friendly and helpful, especially when I have a fast-approaching deadline. The team is knowledgeable about printing services as well as packing & shipping policies and always offer money-saving recommendations.

I came here to ship a large item to a Facebook seller internationally. The manager at this shop quoted me $240.I took the item to good ol’ USPS and sent it for $60 with $200 of insurance, priority 3 day shipping.

Not the best... dear Cherie helped save the situation, but still no good. I came in to get a rough estimate of my printing job which was ~$195, but was kindly explained to that I need to submit my files and request online to get a more accurate quote, which I did. Once I sent the design files, Jeremy from the location called to clarify a question I had. I wasn’t understanding how he was asking the question, so he raised his voice with me. Once we cleared that up, I got a call letting me know my job was done and ready to be picked up. When I went to go get it, my total was $214! I never received a quote, it was printed on the wrong weight paper, one side was printed crooked, and the edges were frayed. Not the best situation for a job for my business. They gave me a discount, but still was shotty quality.

The worst people to deal with. It seems everyone working here hates their job and loves passing along their negativity to customers. Its almost as if they enjoy conflict and exercising their inflated power of NO to anyone who walks in. If you disagree with them let the fun begin. They love the confrontation of making the customer feel they are in the wrong. Great work guys! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. This store is the worst!

We went for digital passport photo and it was a great experience with Ramona.. she is really friendly.. they also give you electronic copy of the picture with additional $5.. we tested with one of us and we went next day to take my photo.. it was a great friendly place with Ramona both the days..

Visited another store before before to get passport photos taken, to digitize the photos the scanned the printed photos with a success rate of less then one (1) star.So we had to go to that store in Birmingham - and we got an awesome service here even shortly before closing ....thank you Birmingham.A now happy customer.

I feel like this place has really been more and more disappointing since they took on the fed ex name. They close earlier and earlier. It is disorderly. No office supplies to help with print jobs etc. Only use now out of convenience that there isnt any competition. Used to enjoy coming here.

The experience I had was honestly quite terrible. I had an architectural portfolio printed there and specifically asked for a double sided book and needed it done in a bit of a pinch. When I went home with it, I noticed that the book was not double sided. I had simply asked for a reprint and to speak to their store manager, but the assistant manager that I had talked to fought me over the phone for 15 minutes. I had spent $60 dollars on the print alone, and the guy refused to do the reprint and told me he could only give me a promo deal to reprint the book, giving me a $10 dollar discount, which still meant Id be out another $50 dollar on top of the original $60 I paid. I am incredibly dissatisfied and discourage people from going to this FedEx Print Center. For those that are interested, I recommend going to a local print shop or going to the FedEx off of University Drive near Oakland University. You will get much better service and you wont have a headache.

Not only was she knowledgeable and efficient, she presented options above and beyond what I ordered that would help my presentation shine. She also told me about the rewards program, which I didnt know about and hadnt been presented to me or my colleagues at other locations. Absolutely top notch service.

It gets busy here so I always email ahead and then pick up my project. Tiffany is a great help, always makes sure the work gets done right, and if there ever happens to be an issue, she takes care of it right away so my clients arent left waiting.Update 6.29Theo Coates is an amazing help when I come here. I had to catch a different flight and he made sure I had all my documents ready well ahead of time. He even laminated the address and phone number Id be using overseas!

Rude staff!!! I was standing in line to cut out something that I had just laminated. At the time, a woman was using the cutting station. I was next in line. A FedEx employee TOM, cuts in front of me for another customer and doesnt acknowledge me at all. Starts cutting the other customers items and continues to ignore me. I advised him that I had been standing in line for some time and he continued to cut the customers items. Pretty much, he just said sorry, Ill help you after I help her. I will never come to this FedEx again.

Staff generally seems pleasant, but have regular issues with their ground cutoff time. They dont follow the posted 6pm ground cutoff, plan to be there by 5:30/5:45pm if you want your packages to ship that day as theyre too preoccupied and uninterested in helping, even though the ground pickup driver is still there loading up. Ive gotten there at 5:55pm, seen the pickup driver standing by, but the staff told me flat out sorry, too late as they went about their business at the printers and didnt want to step away to scan packages and help it go out. Southfield and BOTH Troy locations are VERY accomodating, so go there if you have a last minute packages. Staff at those locations have even asked the driver to wait a few minutes for me to unload, and go above and beyond to help with can-do attitudes. The 14mile/Woodward team could care less.

Rude service. After being ignored for 10 minutes with only two people in front of me and two employees in the store, I asked how long it would be. We are working on major projects. I am unable to give you a time right now. I, like every customer, do not care to hear how hard your job is or why you are busy. Everyone is busy. Thats why they go to FedEx. Dont provide an explanation. Just an apology. Customer service is not hard. Just apologize for being rude and do your best to accommodate someones request.

I just popped in at around 8:15pm on a Thursday. I emailed them a graphic file on my way there from my phone. Walked in, talked to Tom. Short story shorter, I was in and out in under 10 minutes and left with a nicely printed cork board graphic printed, mounted, and with an easel and out I went. OH, and the price was around $7. Cant beat that price, quality or service. Thanks Tom.

I called this kinkos for their email address to print a form, I was not advised over the phone to send it as an attachment, never received a phone call saying they cant print my email or to resend it as an attachment. so i show up four hours later to pick up my email that I wanted printed out. Instead of problem-solving the lady gets super rude to me and honestly couldnt have been any ruder interrupting me and acting like I know their store policy, like I work there. I ended up having to use a debit card to rent the computer to print the email out myself. I am new to this town and I will definitely not be coming to this location again.

Incredibly slow service, very poor quality.Had to wait in line more than 15 minutes just for cashier to hand me my pre paid on-demanded printed document. Document was very very faded like the toner was running out despite the high quality of the pdf (that uses a black font). Cashier just shrugged it off and said I could request extra dark printing. After waiting all that time I just took it and left, but I am not at all happy with this fedex.

This a multitasking business that tries to to do too much. My FedEx experience was horrible. I redirected a package here. Although I had an email and phone confirmation I was mis-informed it takes 24 hrs to redirect a package (it doesnt) that since it wasnt delivered today it wouldnt be here until after 4PM the next (it was delivered the next day at 9AM) that if I wanted the package the next AM I would have to go to the holding facility in Southfield and they cancelled the redirect. Of course I drove to Southfield and it was already delivered in Birmingham. Ridiculous. They said we are not the delivery people? and never took responsibility or offered an apology for their obvious screw-ups. PS Just saying the phrase It takes 24 hrs over and over (probably something they learned in a mis-management meeting to deal with delivery errors) doesnt make it true.

Found myself at this Fedex about two weeks ago and I’m still shocked in the excellent service I received! Hands-down best Fedex experience I’ve had. As soon as I walked in, the friendly manager by the name of Steven greeted me. He found out what I needed help with in the printing department in effective and efficient manner. After discovering what I needed Steven was also able to recommend the best printing & paper. Steven took the time to find out more about what I was printing. When he found out it was for my work he did his job, without being pushy of mentioning that Fedex prints banners and signs, as he thought it would be a good fit after taking the time to learn more about what my industry is. Steven was able to complete the printing job with ease, smile‘s and in a quick matter. He was courteous to other clients, as well as to his staff. Cannot recommend this Fedex, Steven and his team enough! I will be back on my next printing job. Thank you!

Come in here two times to ship packages with manufacturers labels both times Ive been given a very hard time by the person behind the counter on my last visit they wouldnt not accept the cardboard box I brought and required me to purchase their cardboard box as if somehow their cardboard is better than buy cardboard. RAMONA is the best!! She is not only spunky and genuine, she knows her stuff. I went in to put together a book for my mothers 50th bday and she helped me make it perfect (helping me pick out the best paper, binding etc)!! I cant say enough about her. While we were in there, there was an unsavory customer who kept picking and picking about the service (petty details just to be negative and mean) and Ramona handled her directly and with a calm and polite tone. I think that says a lot about her. Other times I have went into that Kinkos I have had a fine experience as well, they are all nice ladies. Thanks for the good work and thanks again, Ramona for being thoughtful.

Customer service is great but wifi and services do not work . Tried emailing documents I needed for work within the hour - the signal was low I resent 5 times it never went to their queue . I tried creating a hot spot ( wifi signal was too weak to sustain one ) tried using my own cellular data . Still no document . Throughly disappointed . This also happens at their Dearborn location . This location is a blessing and a curse. The staff members are awesome! They do a great job remembering me, my name, and do amazing work. The trouble with this location is they are ALWAYS understaffed. There are never enough employees to handle the business. I would think management would have more people working during peak times and not just staff eight hour shifts that span the day.If I was a manager at this location I would hire a greeter that could sit right at a kiosk at the door to direct people and set expectations about the wait time. I would also empower this person to offer coffee and water for waiting patrons, and even allow them to pre-screen incoming digital docs for PDF conversion or preview prints. They could also answer the phone and check on e-orders that come over the internet.They do great work - it just takes a very long time to get the projects ordered and completed.
