Really like the store layout. Different than other Staples. Great supply of cleaning supplies for office and home. One doesnt realize there convenient location adjacent to Lowes.

I came in to get a printer. I knew relatively what I wanted, but still couldve used some guidance. The two cashiers were just talking. I walked in, looked at them, they both looked at me, didnt say a word. I walked around the printers for 15 minutes. I saw so many sold out which was understandable. Apparently the only 3 other employees in the store were at the copy center, 1 tech guy that couldnt pull himself away from an old guy, and another setting up a display. I know the last two saw me, because they looked right at me.I left because nobody bothered saying a word, and the lines were really long with people picking up orders. I also would need help getting a printer into my car that I really wanted.

This staples store is currently under new management and it is awesome. If you haven’t been to this store in a while you should give them another try. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable and the print shop has a new supervisor that is awesome and loves her job. She is very helpful with every project and always is friendly and has my order done in a timely fashion. Everyone should really give this store another try if you stopped from past experience. You won’t be disappointed.

They were so helpful and nice. One of the items I purchased was not on sale but display said it was, they willingly adjusted the price. Thanks guys 👍🏼

Not really great on customer service. Every time I come here they’re unhelpful and want me to figure everything out on my own. Also there is almost always a long wait to pick up or print off anything.

I came to print something with a usb and I needed to change the font size so I asked the lady that was there if she had a computer that I could use and she asked why. She said that there were no computers I could use. I left very mad because it was for a project I have tomorrow and I needed the papers, but I ended up leaving with no benefit.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Walked in, got what I needed at a reasonable price and left. THX!

I use Staples all over Alabama and our Company has a national account with them. This is the first time ever (and last) I used this store and found they only had one copier which was in use and I was told it would probably be an hour or more before they were done. I did as I have done in the past and asked if the print center could make me some quick copies since hey only had two customers picking up prints. I needed 60 black and white copies of simple sign in sheet. It took them 10 seconds and then I got a bill for 48$. I was amazed - never have I paid that much for copies and we even have a discount through the company. I noticed a express guaranteed charge (11$) and asked what it was for and was told b/c I didnt email them and give them an hour to print there is an extra charge. Not only was I charged for express printing but custom printing. 😡 I wont be back

I was terribly disappointed! Paid for an order of business cards and poster for same day services. The order was picked up by my business associate a day later (as this business is 3 hours out of Birmingham). There was an error on the order that had to be corrected. Associate was told that the order would be ready in ONE hour. She returned TWO hours later and still had to wait 20 minutes! When she delivered the business cards they did NOT have the premium paper weight and glossy finish that I ordered! Again, I was terribly disappointed with the services and Ive been a loyal customer for quite some time!

Always get my displays printed here they do a very good job on them.

I had the worst experience at this location. Attempted to load Copy Card with credit card and was told they do not have a way to do that then taken on a frustrating 30 min charade of excuses and questions for why I need copies. Pathetic customer service.

Staples always has what I need and the workers are always helpful and friendly.

New ridiculous policy that you cant come into the store for printing services and must do online. Completely ridiculous to not help customers in store. I have used staples regularly but I wont be back.

Prices are over rated this is not the ideal place to shop if your building a new business
