Somewhat helpful. Seems if you ask where something is... Do not give a general direction, TAKE THEM TO IT!! Also, just a tip.... How are customers supposed to know where your break room is. So my suggestion is do not say oh that is over by the break room.

Great location. Usually very clean and orderly and usually easy to find most things. Not easy to find someone to answer questions if you cannot find something, however. Cashier line usually seems to take a bit longer than it should.

The better office depot in the area. Usually more organized, clean and better staffed than the others peppered around Birmingham. Even during school supply season its not terribly messy or too crowded.

Conveniently located for the Crestwood & Irondale area. Apparently they have theft problem because they follow you around the store. Some cashiers notify other employees with their intercom system when customers come in and what ailes they are going down. When you are not a thief you should not be treated like one.

I was VERY disappointed. No!! 2018-2019 Calendars, REALLY!😯I picked up a Portfolio for a gift which was placed on the shelf marked $19.99. Unfortunately, when I got to the register it was $30.00. Left disappointed. No one in the store to ask questions. Where are the helpers? NOT SURE IF I WILL RETURN.

I Spoke to an employee by the name of Josh in the printing department. He was extremely sarcastic over the phone and he also was not customer friendly. I live one mile form this store location and I will be traveling to another location that provides better customer service.

Good selection of office products I was looking for a mouse pad with a gel wrist support, they had several to choose from. Also bought my Brother inkjet there at a good price.

Choice in stock was slim but had what I needed. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Derrick in the print area is always so courteous and helpful...

Walk in and was greeted by sales rep waited on right away.

Get Print jobs done reasonably for good price and always friendly.

I was able get my desk calendar for 3028. All personal were friendly.

Just a office supply with better than average supplies in stock.

We use this spot mainly for printing things for the restaurant. The service is good and the people are nice and try to help as much as they can!

If dont no other store have what I need of school supplies, I can rest assure that Office Depot has it!

Maybe its a back to school thing but I must have been asked if I needed help once every ten minutes I was there. So if you need help, you about be able to find it.
