I really wish I could remember her name, but the young lady was very helpful with deciding the supplies I needed for an unexpected move. She made an extremely stressful situation so much easier. She went above and beyond what I expected.

These folks over charged my card for a 15in truck. I put a 27in truck on hold only to not get it the next day. Then I was told I would have a 20 in that next morning that wasnt there. So I had to end up with a 16in truck. Now they talking about mileage on. This is why I needed the big truck . I will never use these MF again. Bad service to use...

The facility was clean inside the outside had litter on the backside of the facility. Has only one bathroom. My biggest complaint is there was no signs directing to the bathroom I had to look everywhere before I found it. It was a very tight drive through area and not much parking to unload and be out of the way for the other cars to drive by.

Good group of employees. Busy location. Has boxes, tape, shrink wrap, tow hitches, trailers and trucks.

The worker was helpful and super nice. Got there just in time because I took the last truck. Was the exact size I needed too. Customer service was excellent so if I need to conduct business in the future I will be returning to this location.

Whatever you do, do not hire top of the line moving and labor services to help you move. They do their business/evil through U-Haul and will damage your stuff when they move it. They will then follow that up by coming back to your property to destroy stuff. In my case, they broke into my car. Uhaul trucks are also bad news bears and mine overheated and killed my cat. I think its fair to say I hate U Haul.

Moved reservation without notification. Stuck a note at the bottom of the check in on line message after had already checked in. After several positives experiences this one really sucked, making me late for an engagement. Should be eligible for 50 reservation guarantee

Brandon was extremely helpful! Had a minor issue and he was so quick to resolve and go beyond my expectations. He had my truck ready to go when I arrived for pickup so I could get a quick start on my day. Would highly recommend this location above and beyond any around birBirming.

I reserved a truck at 2:25pm for 2:30pm and it was ready when I arrived. This location had a walkie talkie on the desk, so you could notify the attendant that you were there. (At other locations, if they’re helping someone, sometimes you kind of have to wander to find someone, so I really appreciated that convenience.)

This is the best place to rent a U-Haul from. The people are friendly and very helpful. The managers are the best. And so are the workers. Go here to rent U-Hauls. Also dont forget about renting storage units from here. Service is excellent.

Sent me a bill months after I had closed my box with no explanation. Customer service number was useless, kept kicking me to different departments. I will be filing a claim with the AL Attorney General for deceptive business practices and fraud if this is not rectified.

This is a great place with nice people. expecally 540 location.. if you know what your doing when renting a truck and the policy and how things work with the compay you would find that it is the best company to work with. i enjoyed it will use again.

One of the worst customer services Ive ever experienced. They were rude and very impolite decided not even rent with them.

Kim was the worst person Ive delt with in a long time. She was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. Im sure her unfortunate appearance is a large factor to why she feels the need to inflict discrimination and judgement on others.
