Loved finding this space to store our small RV. Paved road and parking spot with security cameras. Rayshaun, the manager, had us on a waiting list and as soon as it became available, she called. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

I needed a Unit ASAP, Because I closed on my house sooner than expected! I visited the location and was assisted by Rayshaun, she was soo helpful explaining everything from the agreement to the insurance. She personally walked me to my unit to see if it was a match for what was needed. They keep the facility really clean and safe, for all of your storage needs please choose them!

Sonya is great!!! She was very helpful!!! She went above and beyond!!! A customer was having car trouble in the parking lot. The tow truck driver was having problems pushing the car by himself. Ms. Sonya went outside and helped the tow truck driver push the disabled car!!! She is truly one in a million ❤ 💗

They are a ripoff and constantly increasing in pricing and Blame the Term changes on the company and can’t explain why they try charging for everything. They plot to get you a space in and start slick talking. Thank GOD I am leaving there property next month. and I have seen better rates elsewhere and paid in the past a lot less for bigger space. No I do not recommend this company. GOD did not tell people be a Damn Fool.

On 2/27/2019, I went in to inquire about a storage unit. Danny was very pleasant and he helped me tremendously. Every questioned that I asked, he had an answer for it and it was very acceptable. The also accept military discounts that was a big plus for us. The unit is also Climate control and it is literally 5 mins from our house. We will be purchasing a unit on today 2/28/2019.

From my experience with other self storage providers, I can say your company is the best by far. In fact, Uncle Bobs is much, much better than everyone else. The property is meticulously maintained, the staff is friendly and personable, well prepared and easy to reach. I only needed storage for a short time or so I thought. I rented for about a year. The place was always clean and the staff was courteous and friendly every time I called or stopped by the office. They are genuinely kind and considerate. I will definitely use them again should I need storage service again and I recommend them to everybody. I had never heard of Uncle Bobs until I rented a truck from Penske & they suggested Uncle Bobs. I was not expecting such a modern, clean and all around nice place. The man (cant remember his name) at the front desk was super helpful & very nice. The entire property is spotless. Honestly, the whole place looked brand new. When I asked, I was told that it had been here for years. Could have fooled me. I also love that it has tons of monitored cameras & a locked gate that requires a code to get in. I am very happy with it all and would highly recommend it.

Happy to have Uncle Bobs Storage in my area. Manager Danny is very nice and they even had a move in special for the space we rented. Have recommended them and will definitely store with them again if needed. The best part is the use of their moving truck. Only Uncle Bobs for us.

This locations has some great employees. I used their rental truck and unfortunately it died on me just before I got in it to make the final trip to the storage unit to drop off the washer and dryer I still had left after moving all day and to store at Uncle Bobs. Not once did they blame me, try to point fingers or threaten with any bills such as a late return of their equipment, engine damage, etc. They remained extremely helpful and made me feel like a very valued customer. They even drove to my house to see if they could help fix it themselves to help me out.In the end they had it towed away to be repaired. I still had my washer and dryer in it, but they took full control over ensuring it would be well maintained and safe while getting repaired.When the truck finally came in, they even off-loaded my washer and dryer and placed it into my storage unit.I cannot say enough about this very well ran site. I always see them cleaning and patrolling their property, always extremely friendly and helpful, goes out of their way to value their customers. This is a great location.

Used Uncle Bobs Center Point for their Free Truck with rental of a unit and Jennifer was such a help. I had to go to Center Point location to borrow the truck when the truck at the location I rented from was in the shop. Jennifer, at the Center Point location, was such a help and went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with the service. She even brought my drivers license back to their Greystone location when I accidentally left it at their office to keep me from having to drive back out there. Couldnt ask for a more courteous and helpful staff.

Both store managers are professional. I talked to Danny and he reserved my storage and also gave me a tip to call or go online to see if i can save some money. The guy at the call center was nice and professional as well. called the store back and talked to a woman named started with a R(sorry i dont know how to spell it) she was nice to save me some more money by pushing my move in date back since i wasnt going to be moving stuff in there for another week. Went back today to pay and got an additional 20% off my lock. all around great experience
