DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY CONTINUE TO CHANGE MANAGEMENT, THEY FAIL TO KEEP UP WITH RECORDS, THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUSE TO RIGHT THEIR WRONGS. I am sure Morning Star Storage is great but I had a package stolen from the fedex box outside / I could see other items because it was full am my package was on top in view / some one small or with long arms must have seen it and reached in so be aware if packages or letters are in view

Morningstar Storage Eastwood is the best storage facility I have ever used...and, I have used a few over the years!We had to store some of our furniture when we moved from our home to an apartment! Then, because my wife was very sick with end stage liver disease and doing chemotherapy with her having cancer of the blood and the start of Covid-19, my wife and I lost 70% of our income! With that, we only had my SSD check! On September 9th, 2020 we were evicted from our apartment exactly one week after celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary! Then, 3 weeks later on October 1, 2020 my wife passed away!!!I want to say Thank You to the current Manager Craig Harrison and the previous Manager Bo Reynolds!Both of these gentlemen have always been helpful in what ways they could, even if it was just listening to me ramble on!!! Thank You!!!

The facility looks state-of-the-art to the best of my knowledge. The rates are fair, and the service is fantastic. Im a new customer, but so far I couldnt be happier.

Have been a tenant since November of 2018. Bo, Jennifer and Jensen are an outstanding team who provide excellent customer service. The facilities are amazingly clean. The well furnished conference room and convenient media center are a huge bonus. Oh yes!! The cookies and coffee are both hot and delicious. This is a great place to do business.

Awesome experience. We ended up getting much more than we were expecting. The free moving truck sealed the deal! I highly recommend Morningstar Storage!

Nothings changed since my last review, still happy

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I cant think of another time that my family and I have had such a consistently positive experience with a business EACH AND EVERY VISIT, regardless of who was working. The most OUTSTANDING service, attitudes, amenities, ease of use, willingness to go above and beyond, safe, clean facilities Ive ever used. My toddler even always asks to go visit the boxes and the great people there didnt go unnoticed. Thank you for making this seemingly simple piece of our lives extraordinary.

I do not recommend Morningstar storage unless youre prepared to pay triple the amount of your rental each month. In other words you can get ready because there are so many hidden fees aside from the rent by the time my $285 per month 10 by 12 foot space was due the amount was closer to $400. And they will quickly put a lien on your property and sell your belongings quickly which seems to be a hidden agenda. Dont expect help from the anonymous district manager because she will not respond to any issue you may have. Im still waiting on my prorated rent check from December 12 and was told it mailed Dec 23rdNot sure were it was mailed from but Im pretty sure by Jan 2 its had plenty of time to arrive. Not really counting on it anytime soon.Terrible experience as well as costly.

Amazing experience for a storage facility. Coffee, cookies, free wifi, extremely nice bathroom and conference room. Very secure and clean facility. Staff was great. I feel good about storing all of our personal items here while we are building our new home. The climate controlled storage units are very nice.

Professional, prompt, clean, and they care about their customers . I actually came in 5 minutes prior to them closing and Bo helped me to get a great deal on a storage unit so I was able to have it for overnight moving! The staff is professional and friendly!

Customer service and amenities were beyond top notch. My only concern is that I wish that the facility were kept a bit cooler.

The whole facility is extremely well-maintained, the staff is tremendous and Bo makes you feel like family! Doesnt hurt that there is always complimentary coffee and warm cookies in the front room!

Clean, secure and a friendly moving crew helped us unload a 230 pound box from our delivery van. Perfect.
