We LOVE this Publix!!! The employees are very kind and helpful and everything is well stocked!! This store is clean!! Love their flowers and balloons!!! Also love their deli, bakery, and fruits and produce. Everything and employees are awesome!!

After refusing my mother a covid vaccine I observed no staff wearing masks and no one is cleaning between each person. It specifically says on the front door quick free covid boosters with no appointment needed.

I cant believe how expensive this place is! It seems as though you have to pay more because of the good customer service. Thats not fair. A family pack of 10 wings for 26 dollars is ridiculous! Their customer service does go above and beyond, but that is not enough to make me shop here when I am on a budget. I shouldnt have to pay you extra just for you to treat me right. Wal Mart has the same quality chicken at half the price.

I love this Publix. Close to the zoo and botanical gardens. They have a restaurant and cafe inside. It’s kind of tucked away from the main road, and this location is nicer than most.

Overly friendly and super clean... The fruits/vegetables/nuts looked amazing and lots of different choices of exotic imports.

The store was very clean and organized. All of the product labels were facing out. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.Very good place to shop.

Trey assisted us with an exchange at the Customer Service desk. He was extremely helpful, polite and considerate of our request. He handled our exchange flawlessly and didnt once act like we were inconveniencing him.

The first time that I post it less than 5 star for Publix experience, and this time is really shocked me when the experience was with deli manager.He’s struggling with preparing what we request, staff members are faster and more dedicated, he didn’t ask us in the steps we like for our things to be prepared and he gone back and forth with the same gloves.The rest was ok.

Customer service is very warm and welcoming. The employees make you feel valued, not loathed. Store is always cleaned and stocked.

I wouldnt normally take the time to write about a grocery store, but the clean store and friendly employees got me to give this place 5 stars. The cashier was super nice to my 4 year old son and even he talked about how nice she was.

Its definitely a good option for those looking for fresh produce, variety and gourmet items, but not the best in prices.

They dont train their baggers how to bag things properly, its an issue EVERY time I go and if I try to bag myself they are constantly trying to stop me. I used to work for a grocery store, so I have already done the work for them loading the belt with everything that should be bagged together grouped together. Its like they go out of their way to mess it up and load bags poorly.So the bags end up overloaded or loaded very unevenly, which causes them to tear open and drop my groceries everywhere. They also keep trying to put raw meat products put into bags with non-raw meat items; I have to correct them on this almost every time. They also keep putting delicate produce items such as lettuce, green onions, etc under heavier items, which bruises and/or ruins them.As an example of overloading the bags - they tried putting two 3 liter jugs of juice in the same bag (and didnt even double bag that). Even if Publix didnt have the thinnest bags of all the grocery stores, this would be an issue. Not to mention its so HEAVY that way!Nine times out of ten I have to stand there in the parking lot rebagging my items so they dont get destroyed. Please teach your employees how to bag or at least use common sense when doing it.

I am there at least three times a week and have not had any issues.

Always a very clean and well stocked store. I can always find things here that I can never find at other grocery stores.

Always an excellent service. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. And I pay attention to the BOGO items. Veggies and meat are always fresh. Patrons are always acknowledged with a smile.

Checking out takes a while as they needed backup cashiers other than that it was a good experience.

My favorite grocery store, Ive yet to run into an employee that was not friendly and helpful.

The shopping experience doesnt live up to Publixs standards. No welcoming greeting, no offer to help, and no smiling faces. Atmosphere seems a little cold and distant to customers. Though, the store itself is always great to shop at.

I have enjoyed Publix fried chicken for years, and always thought it was great, but tonight I had probably the worst Ive ever had. Ill have a really hard time trying it again.

I love Publix...great customer service. I as running late & did not check out until 10:10pm when they close at 10pm. The manager himself helped me with my groceries to the car and carried on a pleasant conversation. In Dave money & love the food diversity, and many buy 1 get 1 free sales (& you can buy 1 and get half off in most cases). I typically save about 20% off total bill by buying many items that are on sale....the good brands...

The deli employee that sliced my Publix roasted turkey was a super nice man I did not get his name I wish I had 5 stars for him

I don’t appreciate cashier “Michelle”, making smart remarks about how I’m in the express lane with more than ten items to other customers. All together there was only four lanes open, and it’s not like a had a cart full either. Plus, she didn’t bag a single thing for me.

I prefer this Publix over the Hoover Place location. The staff are attentive, kind, and present. The hot bar always had good options. The sales are great too. The seafood counter can steam food while you shop. Such an easy grocery trip here! The girl at the second counter seemed distracted and not as warm as Ive come to expect but overall the experience here still beats the Hoover Place location! The cashiers and attentive staff throughout the store made up for the poor attitude at the seafood counter.

Reliably good produce here. This is the best place in town to find fresh herbs. I keep getting burnt by Whole Foods and Sprouts regularly not having staple herbs like fresh basil and mint in stock. Meanwhile, Publix always has plenty.The store is bright and clean and the staff here are very helpful and friendly.

They have a good selection of food, though a bit expensive. The sales are good. We have always received excellent customer service here.
