Bought a “24 inch” human hair wig and when I put it on I looks no longer than 12 inches..... I wish I could get my $274 back they tax on these short wigs.

Very disappointed! I went into the new Homewood location today to get some hair bows for my daughters birthday. I dropped a pack and I guess they assumed I was trying to steal. They followed me all around the store. I asked did they have sodas and got a smart reply about how they are a beauty supply store. After I PAID, I saw a scarf and ask the worker who was standing right there would he pass me one. I received a weird look/ignored and got it myself. This is definitely a great store if you want to be treated with disrespect and like a thief. I work to be able to buy the things I need! It hurts to be treated like this for no reason. I was excited to check them out since I had heard so much about them.

This place does not honor it’s exchange policy, has a limited selection of products and not worth the trouble when you can go across the street to LUX BEAUTY supply that offers better customer service, wider variety of products and the cost is the same or similar. NEVER going here again.

DON’T shop here! They are con artist that sell cheap hair for ridiculous high prices. I was charged 350.00 dollars for some hair just because it was tax season and the hair was terrible!!!!!! The hair was tangled as it was being installed and I had purchased it that same day. It only lasted me a few weeks and I had to throw it away when taken out because it was so matted. I am so disappointed in the service we received because they were speaking in another language when we questioned their prices as if they were plotting to rob us of our money but charging us more! I would like something done because this is awful!
