Very nice store with a great selection, especially on skin care lines and Jo Malone Fragrances. What keeps me coming back is the great service and amazing gifts with purchase! I recently was helped by a lovely young woman named Gabriella and she helped me pick the perfect fragrance!

I am beyond disgusted and disappointed, I have shopped this location many times and have had exceptional service. Unfortunately this visit was not the greatest. I worked with an associate named Heather. She greeted me in the most unprofessional way and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. “Did you need something.” No hi, welcome, or how are you? She then proceeded to walk away after I said I was just trying to get some ideas for the holidays, as if I was a waste of her time. She then grabbed her cell phone and was clearly crouched down behind the cash wrap texting. I then had to ask for her help she proceeded to have a bad attitude and pushed me to a point where I ended up just saying forget it I’d go somewhere else. Unfortunately I will not be returning back. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Incredible customer service!! We dont have any stores that carry Jo Malone here in Grand Rapids, so I called Gabriella and she is doing everything to help me try and get the fragrance Im looking for. Customer service is above and beyond here!! Thank you, Bluemercury!
