I am super impressed with this location. They were already closed (by 45 minutes) this evening and we stopped by for cookies with our two kiddos. We realized the doors were locked and our kids were super bummed and began to cry. A sweet lady from inside hear them and came to open up the door, offered them cookies, AND a ring. It’s things like this, going out of your way when it’s not necessary and no one is watching, that makes me want to give you all my business.

Had an unfortunate experience at the Gadsden Highway location where they claim they did not get my order. The ladies at the Pinnacle location were able to get my cake together and decorated quickly and were a pleasure. Renee did a great job decorating and making up for the experience at the other location. I will order from here only from now on!

To the lady working who made my cookie cake- thank you! it is a spitting image of my friend’s pet dog. i will definitely be coming back to this location :)

Its ok, but half of the cookie flavors arent correct at all. For example, the mocha salted caramel cookie has absolutely NO mocha taste whatsoever. It just tastes strange and extremely artificial. Same for the liquid chocolate cookies they just taste like artificial sweetener. The double chocolate tastes great as it should, its just some of their cookies are strange and artificial.

This is like my third time coming to the store I keep ordering chewy pecan supreme cookies and instead of them saying they don’t have the cookie they keep selling another type of cookie I used to love this place I’m never going back

I was craving cookies and found this location at the strip mall but was quickly disappointed by poor customer service today (9-20-19). The woman working today at 3:30pm seemed annoyed and reluctant to assist me in selecting a cookie. When I told her I had changed my mind altogether about purchasing anything she proceeded to roll her eyes and walked away. This is the first time I have ever experienced such poor service at a Great American Cookies location and I do not plan on returning if she is a reflection of how customer service is handled at this location.

We showed up at 8:58. I had my daughter pull on the door to see if they were open. They were. I got my other daughter out but before I could get to the door, they walked up and locked the door. They saw us, they knew we were coming there. I walked to the door and looked in and they just stood there and stared at me! This is absolutely unacceptable! Management will be notified.

Great place, had a nice sale going on and even had a gluten free varient for my mom who has a gluten intolerance.

All of the employees are very nice, ive been doing construction on the new dental office next door and these ladies have been great! We are over there at least 10+ times a day getting our refills and cookies!!! Thank yall so much.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!! Was there earlier today, had the best customer service. Cudos to that manager for training their people right. They could use a sign at the end of the road saying theyre there. If I wouldnt have drove up the hill I would have never known.

When I ordered the cookie cake I asked for a small cookie cake. When I arrived it was a large one. When I told her I ordered a small she said they only had large at that location. I feel she should have told me that when I ordered it. I also asked her when it was baked and she said that morning. No way had it been baked that morning. It was pretty dried out when we ate it. I will go somewhere else next time.

When we first arrived the lady working in the back sneezed in her hand and continued preparing cookies. I ask the lady in the front does she have any chewy fudge Supreme and she told me yes we do and the lady in the back shouted and told us that we cant have them because they cant serve hot cookies. The employees in the front was about to give us the cookies and the lady in the back raise her voice saying we couldnt get them. I feel like the lady was being rude and disrespectful and I will NEVER return to spend my money.

Pretty amazing place with great staff. I wish they would make more peanut butter cookies they are always out.

My granddaughters cant pass it with out stopping in for a double sugar cookie with icing in the middle. Their cookies make a sweet little surprise gift for someone on your special list.

There normally good but this day there horrible cookies are hard as a rock. Disappointed in them..😭😭😭😭😭😭 I might have to go to the galleria to get the best cookies. But they are way to far just cookies but I have to do what I have to do....

How in the world can I order a cookie 24 hours in advance if you all never answer the phone at the Trussville location. My Groupon is for Trussville and I don’t need to set a reminder to call you back ANSWER THE PHONE!

The service was terrible I asked for strawberry and coke and she gave me something other than what I asked for and she handed me a watered down icee. I came in there to take the icee back and the other girl took the icee back didn’t even say “Sorry ‘bout that” and didn’t hand me the icee just sat it on the counter just like her co-worker did🤨 talk about rude

Never have any cookies cooked and they never cook any more. I always walk out without.

The woman had no idea what i was saying the entire time i was there. I had to repeat myself several times and she got rude when i had to keep saying it over and over. I hope the cake turns out well when we pick it up.

Cookies are great especially if you have a sweet tooth.
