Awesome location with the best ice cream and cookies. The customer service is awesome!

The lady was very rude and was mumbling and then just left and told the other lady to serve us. They closed 30 minutes before closing time.Bad experience won’t come back here

Just had a really disappointing experience at this location. Pre ordered a cake a week ahead of time and they claim they never got my order. That’s fine I understand things happen. He suggests I go up to the other location down the street and order one there. I ask him if he can call and he says he doesn’t have their number. Neither do I?! Super disappointing experience and very little concern to try and fix the situation. So do yourself a favor and order from the ladies at the Pinnacle location instead!

Arrived an hour before closing and they had already stopped using the slab so they would not do any add ins for us. Also acted like the milkshake machine was done for the day even though I think they would have made a milkshake had we ultimately asked for one. We ended up just getting 3 cones and 1 cup, and good thing we did because there was only one spoon left. Can’t figure out how this place can’t keep plastic spoons but apparently they can’t by reading the other reviews. It would have been bad had we all got cups instead of cones. Also smelled horrible in there from chemicals maybe. Maybe they cleaned the floors and countertops for the evening an hour before closing, I don’t know. Chairs where already up on the tables like they were closing. It seemed apparent that they were all ready to get out of there as fast as they could and we felt the same way. We almost left without getting ice cream but didn’t want to be like. Ice cream was pretty good so 2 stars instead of 1.

We came in almost an hour and a half before closing time and were told they were not serving any ice cream because their board was draining. We were very disappointed, especially since we had our grandson with us and he had been looking forward to ice cream all day.

Horrible customer service! Would have pick ZERO stars!!They only had about 5 flavors of ice cream to pick from. Said they had to make more and theyonly had about 10 cookies made. We expected a much better experience. Very disappointed and will not be back!

Awful service, ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. They were out of spoons for a woman with her 3 children ordering ice cream in cups, then after the women left they were making fun of her for asking how they could run out of spoons, unprofessional service

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Service was horrible, the people behind the counter were incredibly rude, and they were out of spoons. How do you eat ice cream without spoons? I will 100% or be back!

I want to love it. We used to get this all the time living in Tennessee. Went here tonight and I felt like my hands were tied. The sweet lady who did the mix has some things that make it a little more difficult to complete orders. I asked for a waffle bowl - sold out. So I asked for a waffle Cone and they had that. Gave my order and she’s not able to do a true mix because of her limitations. Once “combined” I was given a cardboard bowl instead. I didn’t know what to say... and the card machines ask for tips and again didn’t know what to say... I feel like it was a lose lose situation and I wouldn’t feel that way had my order been correct and things mixed like you expect. I’m just torn.

Stopped for some ice cream with my family on 2-19-2021 and we had great service and delicious icecream! Can’t wait to go back!

My wife 5 year old and 1 year old love this place for a quick weekend reward snack! The staff has always been pleasant for us and I personally recommend an Ice cream sandwich with the oatmeal cookies and sweet cream. Yummy!

Ordered a cookie cake multiple days in advance. Went to pick it up and surprise no cake. They had the order, just didnt do the cake. Then explained well they could put some words on a blank cake, not make the cake I ordered if I was willing to wait 20 minutes.

Girls are extremely rude in this facility. Got an attitude when I told them I had asked for cone instead of a cup. Then gave me my cone with ice cream melting all down the cone. Asked for the same thing in a cup and she was going to just scoop the ice cream that was melting all over the cone and put it in a cup. I said no I would like fresh ice cream please. Rude and horrible customer service. Will not return. Spend your money elsewhere for better service and ice cream.

Had a good experience tonight but it was really crowded and nobody was doing social distancing. Everyone was right on top of each other. The ice cream was awesome and I’m looking forward to coming back many more times.

Disappointing in all facets, from the incorrect hours of operation to the incorrect orders.

I have ordered twice and both times they sold me the wrong cookies no chewy pecan supreme if you order them they’ll give you chocolate chip with pecans instead of saying we don’t have that flavor anymore and of course with everything going on you can’t return them I won’t be going back that’s horrible service
