Alabama Cabinet Company is amazing! I love my new kitchen. Jacob Pollard was super helpful when I was choosing my cabinet style, color, hardware, and countertops. And all of the employees who came to measure and install the new cabinets were friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company!

Very good to work with during design and installation. the quality of cabinet is much better than big box home improvement stores at a competitive price. Of the subs used for my new house they were one of the best.

As a project manager, I have worked with this company on several large projects and we have been so pleased with the communication, scheduling, and time management of each project. Alabama Cabinets did a fabulous job helping us upgrade our 40 year old kitchen. All of the workmen were a delight to have in our home. You will not go wrong if you chose this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We are going on FIVE MONTHS and our project still isn’t complete. My husband and I built our home and our entire project was held up for several weeks because of cabinets. Communication is awful. The guy we have been dealing with takes days if not weeks to respond to any emails or phone calls. The wrong color was ordered for our pulls even though we confirmed THREE times on what colors we wanted. And on top of that they didn’t even order the entire amount of pulls we needed so we still have cabinets with no pulls. We have mismatched pulls in our master bathroom because, again, they failed to order the correct color or number of pulls. But my biggest complaint is that they installed our cabinets for the wrong size oven so we then had to return the oven we already had ready to be installed and buy a bigger one which ended up costing us $5,000 to fix their mistake. We have a vanity cabinet in our master bath that is the WRONG COLOR and instead of fixing it themselves they dropped off a can of spray paint for us to fix it. The fact that they are willing to let a customer fix their mistake is beyond me. We even recommended this company to other people (before all of the mistakes) and after talking to our friends we find out that their cabinets were messed up as well! I’ve never had such terrible customer service in all of my life.

I got to know these folks because I won the job to replace the roof on their shop. It was clear to me that the experience of their clients and customers was priority 1. They were mentioned several times in every conversation we had and it’s something that stuck in my head because it was so genuine. We had a great overall experience with the design and install on our beautiful custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Chris was very responsive and attentive to our requests and questions. 100% recommend.

They took over a month to create a simple drawer and then i asked them to leave the old drawer so I can use as a reference, they failed to do that. I probably wont use them again. I would rather drive a little further and use someone else who wouldnt take as long and can follow simple instructions.

We purchased a fixer-upper 7 years ago, and have been slowly renovating it since, and from pricing/communication/professionalism/quality Alabama Cabinet Co. has been the *best* vendor we have worked with throughout our entire home renovation. My husband and I both have demanding jobs where scheduling is often somewhat complicated, and Jacob was so great with communication/scheduling, their contractors were ALWAYS on time and there when they said they would be. They made the entire process very easy. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. We are so thankful to have worked with Jacob and ACC for our kitchen renovation, and will be using them again in the future. I was very pleased with my experience with Alabama Cabinet Company. I ordered new countertops and they were delivered in a reasonable time frame and installed quickly. The whole process went great. I would say the showroom could use some cleaning and organization.

Janice is absolutely awesome!!!! She helped me out of a tough spot after terminating a contract with the company who had originally purchased cabinets to install in my home.
