Excellent selection of parts and tools for professionals and do it yourselfers like me. Make sure you have the right part and test the old part before you install the new parts and they will accept returns IF YOU HAVE NOT USED/INSTALLED the new part you got from them. Very knowledgeable staff also. If you are doing repairs yourself ask them for tips and special tools that will make the job easier. When it comes to appliance repair, the right tool is worth the price in time, bruised knuckles, and cussing.

Over the years I have picked up several small parts, belts and what not for different household appliances. When I shop here they always make sure to explain return policies as well as make sure I get the correct part. Not to mention how kind and respectful everyone is when I come in. We will continue to bring our business here as they continue such pleasant service. I have even ordered parts via telephone from them and that went pretty smooth as well. We’re a service company who has been buying from Servall for several years. They were great in the past but over the last 6 months their service has plummeted. I’m no longer buying from them. It now takes 2 months to get credit for returns, we’ve had orders sit there 3 days before shipping and customer service hold times have been as long an an hour recently. In the past I would recommend but no way now.

As an appliance repair professional for the past 12 years I have relied on 1st Source Servall for in stock local manufacturers recommended appliance parts. They have more parts in stock than any other company in town. If you call before you go they will tell you if your part is in stock. It is common practice for no returns on electrical parts.

Had refrigerator issues so looked around online for my part, found a few places with it. And 1st Source had the lowest price at 27 dollars an some change, well when I got there last was very nice to find my part. But when she give me the total was a big difference. I figured 27 an change with tax would be around 31 dollars. NOPE wrong ended being over 43 dollars. Online shows lower price then after driving down there you get jacked up. Showed her their online price but got the run around, so had to pay inflated price instead of wasting more gas riding across town. Live an learn I guess. I learned wont refer anyone their.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Called two different days and remained on hold waiting for someone to answer for 10 minutes. Finally gave up and just ordered the part I needed online

You get great service from friendly people. However, the customers frequently overwhelm the small staff. The prices on items is very reasonable

You absolutely cannot get anyone to answer the phone here, not by pushing any one of a number of choices. I held one time for almost 20 mins for a real person and called back the next week to hold 15 mins. No one ever came to the phone, just a repeated recording.

I went to purchase a part for my mom stove because the stove went out on Nov 21. And i went and got the part it cost 135.00. The part did not work i took it back they wouldnt give me my money back. They said that the invoice says no refund it dont. Its a day before Thanksgiving i have no stove or money because they would not give me a REFUND!!!!! A very unhappy customers my mom 73 years old she cant afford to give money away.

I needed a part for a dishwasher. Online, it was $16 with free shipping (genuine, not generic). Retail was $18. Servall listed it on their website for $27. When I went to the store, they charged $38. Ripoff.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a part for my dyer that I thought would fix my problem but it was the wrong part. I tried to return it but they told me it was now a used part and they couldnt take it back. That would have been nice to know before I purchased the part. On top off that they charge you $6 for a lifetime warranty even when you dont ask for it. Will never go back and strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere.

It drives me crazy when I see amateurs give bad reviews. I happen to know which part Im looking for most of the time but when I dont they are more than ready to help me troubleshoot the problem and find a solution. I dont go anywhere else. Thanks to the whole staff!
