We placed a service call with Jones McLeod and Ken came out to diagnose the problem we were having with our drink cooler here at the office. He let us know exactly what the problem was with our cooler, he called the manufacturer and found out that the defective part was still under warranty. He suggested that we call the company who we purchased the cooler from, which we did, to have the defective part replaced. After we received the replacement part in from the company, we called and placed another service call to have Jones McLeod come back out and install the replacement unit. Ken came out earlier this week and got our cooler back up and running again.We wanted to let you know that Ken is a great representative of your company. He is very courteous, has a wonderful personality and is very, very knowledgeable in his line of work. He did an outstanding job in replacing the unit in our cooler and getting it in working order for us in a short amount of time. Not only did Ken do a superb job of knowing what was causing the issue with our cooler and replacing the defective part, he went above and beyond what a service technician usually does, as he took the extra time to thoroughly clean the inside of the cooler and remove the layer of rust particles that had collected inside the cooler. After Ken completely cleaned up his work area and returned the defective unit back inside the box for us to return to the company for warranty credit, he completed the warranty return tag for us with the required information.Too often in the course of everyday business, we always hear about problems. We wanted to break from the norm and let Jones McLeod know what a SUPERB job Ken did for us, as well as what a SUPERB employee you have in Ken. Two thumbs up to Ken for an OUTSTANDING JOB WELL DONE!

We hired them to repair and high temp dishwasher. They were just asked how much it was to fix it. We were given a bid of $1500 and decided to go ahead. About 3 weeks later they Fixed it and 10 days later it had catastrophic failure. They took no responsibility and the machine had to be thrown out and replaced. I would never use them under any circumstances

Jones-McCleod came to my business a installed a new thermostat on a refrigerated work station. They installed a thermostat that did not work and had to come back and install a correct thermostat. I was charged nearly $300 for the first thermostat and nearly $300 for second thermostat. I called several times to try to resolve this issue and was told they had to call me back. Obviously...I WILLNEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

2.5 Hours, 1 part ($156) and they charged me $1230. Asked for a detailed invoice, nothing. Never again.

Had the tech drive 50 miles to and 50 miles back .My pizza oven was out and he looked at it for 15 minutes and said the problem was a blower motor and fan failure.He then left me a bill for 424$ .The problem was actually a bad capacitor and it cost 65$ installed .The tech from Jones McLeod wanted 2700$ .Only reason I give one star is for Cindy in service .She was the only one there that seemed to care.
