Plenty of Appliances To Chose From.But, WE Checked Other Stores As Well.I Returned For An Plastic Cover For My Egg/Butter Bin For My Fridge.I Passed On It For $35!I Brought 2 Fridge Bins At Dollar General $4 Each! 1 For Eggs (Shelf), The Other For Butter, Boiled Eggs, Cheese, Etc. (Top Door). Otherwise, I Will Replace It On Line, Its Probably Much Cheaper!

A large family who all left reviews is one thing Westwood has going for it. I know as sure as I live and breath they didn’t get these reviews from customers . Maybe 4-7 but not all those, they are the rudest most unprofessional bunch I’ve ever ran across .When I walked in to the backyard garage appliance store I was struck by the snarky faces of the reps that I thought tend to be There to help you out in decision making, but not so at this establishment. Atop of the Jeers and snarls I received It just amazed me that this joker has been in business for this long, and to still be adding business when they are so bad at what they do.Go anywhere else but this dive. Lowe’s I have absolutely no respect for you dealing with this clown college

They had exactly what I needed. Needed a dryer belt. They gave me exactly what I needed quickly, even though they had several customers.

Excellent knowledge, service, and lots of good prices on used appliances,, but sometimes certain parts can cost 3x-4x more than online and theres no reason for this. A drain/water pump for our Whirlpool top loader washing machine was over $40+ at Westwood but i ordered the same identical brand and part number for like $8. Its not that way on all parts, but if you need it now, Westwood will probably have it in stock and I know Eddie has the best knowledge on everything Ive ever asked him about and thats hard to find these days.

This business is very awesome all the way around. They are so honest and truly want to help even if that means they dont make money from you! This truth is rarely seen in this day and age and so Im giving a huge shout out to Eddie and Westwood for being so amazingly honest and having the superb integrity they do! Also, Eddie was super knowledgeable and helped so much over the phone on having me check things to determine the correct part that was needed. I highly recommend Westwood over any other appliance store!

These guys are super helpful. I called to see if they had a part for my dryer. I drove almost an hour to get there because they were so helpful on the phone. When I got there he actually put the element in the housing for me and told me how to blow out the dryer vent at home to make sure it wasnt clogged. While I was there I saw they had nice used appliances they had fixed so Ill definitely be going back when I need to buy other appliances in the future. Thanks guys!

Excellent service, very respectful

They had the part I needed and were open later than anyone else on a Saturday. When I arrived they had the part ready to go and provided a 90 day warranty which I am sure I will not need. The service was quick and courteous. I rarely write reviews but felt the need today because I got something here that was not available anywhere else in the Birmingham metro area today and now we have a functioning clothes dryer as a result. Well worth the drive. Thank you!

Service was good, the prices were affordable. I was in and out within 15 minutes. The guys were even nice enough to load it for me. If you need an appliance and cant afford a new one, I recommend you try these guys first.

I dont have alot of experience taking appliances to be fixed however hands down loved this experience not only did they fix it but the gentleman that helped me was super welcoming and happy for our business with them. He also explained what broke and the causes for it possibly breaking so we can fix that so it doesnt break again. They had it fixed, wrapped and loaded back on my truck within 15 mins. Ty!!

By far the worst experience I have received from a appliances store. I would never recommend anyone to spend money here. I purchased a washer and dryer set in February 2018. My washer didnt even last a full year. I was told it would take $200 or more to fix. In the same breath he told me they have a washer for sell for $225. Needless to say I will not be purchasing another anything from them.
