Great Experience. I was looking for a part for my washing machine and Jackie was extremely helpful. This is one of the only parts providers in town with a reasonable return policy which, combined with Jackies excellent customer service, earned my business. The guys who I spoke with when I picked up the part were great too and took the time to help me look up the schematics of the machine. Would certainly recommend!

Great service! Very professional and quick oven warranty repair. They also ordered new burner caps for me on a cooktop out of warranty so I wouldn’t order the wrong ones. The parts were much less expensive than what I found on my own. Highly recommend!

The fan went out on my freezer, and they were able to schedule me the next morning. The part had to be ordered, but they were back at a convenient time for me and my repair was done quickly and efficiently. Service was scheduled for the next day. Tech called before visit and arrived early in the time window quoted. Diagnosis took a while and the tech called for assistance. He ordered the two necessary parts and returned on schedule six days later. Service took a bit over one hour.Tech tested the dishwasher to assure proper operation. Only problem was a failure to turn the dishwasher water back on after first visit. That valve also serves our fridge.

This was a complementary repair requested by LG since my less than 2 year old dryer needed a part replaced that would amount to an $800+ repair. My regular repair people would not accept the repair request. Service Care did and repaired the issue in a timely manner and to my great satisfaction. The service man was timely but was only here about a minute and said the compressor was gone and you need a new refrigerator. My 20+ year old Whirlpool washer decided to stop spinning suddenly. Hearing horror stories of the new low flow washers and smelly front load washers, I thought it best to try to get mine repaired. Also, I heard that it was taking 2-3 months to get a new washer from the manufacturer, shipped to store and then delivered/installed (thanks COVID!). I called Service Care on a Thursday hoping for an appointment within 2 weeks. Luckily, they had an opening on Monday! The tech showed up on time. He was so courteous and informative. He left my laundry room clean and my washer fixed (hopefully for another 20 years). Ill use them for any other appliance repairs that I need.

I was supposed to have my refrigerator fixed today “ 03/23/2021.. My ice maker and water dispenser does not work... The 1st time the gentleman showed up on time to verify the temperature, model and what needed to be fixed and ordered. I was okay with that the date was a week ago. I called Service Care today because at this time I had not received confirmation to verify the time he was coming... There was no confirmation like email, text or no one had called to confirm. I call the company today and Ms Chen states the parts “may” be in on the 25th of March and I explained to her that this was not explained to me she states the technician does not know when the items comes in I explained to her I don’t know his job of what information should or should not have been relayed to me I just know the date I was told the parts would be in and the date he will be back to fix it.Of course, I requested to speak to the manager and of course the “MANAGER” is not here but I will relay the message!!!!Please do not give a date you will fix appliances if it can’t be done.....IN THE FUTURE AT LEAST CALL THE CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW THERE IS A DELAY OF DELIVERY OF ITEMS NEEDED SO THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE TO WAIT!!!!! Brian arrived on time. He used sanitary procedures (gloves and booties). He had the correct parts with him which eliminated the need for a follow up visit. He was very experienced and knew what he was doing. He replaced the water inlet valves quickly. He tested the machine to insure that it was working correctly. I really tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt but after the 4th visit to my house and no resolve Im done ..out of $350 and nothing works my ice maker quit and it was working fine before they started trying to work on my freezer leak ..the freezer is still not closing after the drawer rod and hinges were replaced so that the door would close. it was closing fine and freezing before they touched it...At this point I count it all a lost and I guess I need a new refrigerator sure wish I could have used that $350 on a new one instead of wasting it on all these wasted visits to my house..save your coins and dont call them...

Simply needed the heating element of my 14 month old dryer replaced. Was told I would be called before the technician came however he showed up without notice, ALL 3 times that he actually showed up. The dryer still didnt work after 3 separate appointments, so Matt (the tech) said he would return the following day with a Whirlpool expert tech. Matt never showed up for the 4th appointment and has still not responded to my attempt to contact him.I wasted two entire days waiting for Matt the technician to show up for a mid-day appointment in which he arrived at 4 pm (day 3) then was a now show for (day 4). This company completely WASTED my time yet received payment for a repair that they obviously can not make. Feels like a scam to me. Obviously wont do business with Service Care or recommend them to anyone for any reason.

I requested service on my dryer through Service Cares website. I needed it done today if at all possible. I didnt really expect to be able to get someone out that quickly but I had to try. Not only did the serviceman come out the day I requested, but he was at my house within two hours of my requesting service. Thats awesome. He quickly and efficiently repaired my dryer. Yes, cost was a little higher than I have previously paid, but you cant beat service in two hours. Plus the serviceman was knowledgeable and friendly. All around a great experience.

The whole experience made having a broken refrigerator almost pleasant. Customer Service answering the phone (Christina and others) were very helpful in their instructions for interacting with manufacturer and getting the correct parts sent for repair. Then the service call from Shaye went great; he knew how to make the repairs and was easy to work with. I will be ready to call on them again if I have a need, and I would recommend their work to others needing repairs!

If there was a six star option Id give them seven! Fred and James came out to fix the electrical panel on my washer. It is a stackable unit and in a small closet so this was not an easy feat. They fixed the problem they were called out for, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the unit was plugged in and replaced in its tiny closet. They were courteous, quick and managed a tough job on a Friday afternoon with a sense of humor. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

The technician quickly diagnosed our refrig problem after such a long time and two other companies. I just wish it could be repaired sooner. I am second guessing whether or not my extended warranty is worth the frustration.

I cannot recommend the Service Care team enough. They thoroughly earned their 5 Stars and exceeded every expectation of top notch customer service one could have. Toxey and his team did everything possible to help me find the part I needed, got it to me in a timely manner, and did so at an extremely fair cost. Great experience from my initial call to the company through the onsite service. Damian was very thorough but efficient. I definitely recommend Service Care.

After waiting a week and a half for the repairman to come fix our LG refrigerator cooling issue, he came, claimed that our compressor needed replacing, and left. A week later, he came back to replace the compressor and fix the icemaker. He did and said it would cool in 24 hours. It did, so we put our food back in the refrigerator. THE NEXT MORNING, it was out again. All of our food was ruined. We had to call the actual LG repairman (which there is only ONE in the city of Birmingham). When he came, he had to AGAIN replace the compressor because the job before was so poor. He also had to replace another evaporator line because it was not working. The icemaker STILL does not work. This is STILL one of the worst experiences. After a month and a half, we finally have a cooling refrigerator, but still no icemaker.

Great job working around our schedule and we’re super quick with our dryer repair. Cliff Morgan did an excellent job and was super quick and friendly.
