I love Ace hardware. I really try to buy local.,they are so nice the women are great funny and so friendly. I am new to Lockwood love the little town, hope they dont change the name

Staff is always friendly. I can usually find what I need. They have a small post office inside.

I buy alot of things from here but the staff can be a bit much in asking if you need help one after another. And not all people are stealing stuff but they can make you feel thats what they think. Not a place to just browse after getting your initial item you went for

Always helpful and hard working employees in this store. We have enjoyed getting to know them and are frequent customers. Its nice to have a hardware store in our community with employees knowledgeable in their respective departments. Kat knows what shes doing when it comes to plumbing and she was and has been a great help while we remodeled our bathroom. We are also grateful to have them offer a post office in the store for all our shipping/postage needs.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I go there at least once a week for work supplies. I often dont have much knowledge about what I am picking up, but 99% of the time, the staff is able to find something that works

Cute little Ace hardware on the east end of town, convenient for truckers if you need to hop over from either of the Johnson Lane truck stops and get a part.

What a blessing do not have to run into town every time we need something. We have saved so much time and even some money having this available in Lockwood. The customer service is great and the facility is very clean and organized

Prices are very high. There are two other Aces that I love because of their people - they are miles farther away - I will go there before Ill go back to the Lockwood store even tho its a quarter-mile from home. The high prices can be offset by convenience and a positive environment, but the staff at Lockwood really need to work on their people skills before that becomes true of their store.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They have a lot of merchandise packed into a small store. If they dont have something, theyll try to get in for you. It feels like a small town store but is capable of getting what you need. Plus the requisite popcorn!

Have time to doubt you but not to help you ! We eneded up going to lowes because the the old frizzy grey haired bev. would not price match on cabot deck paint told us you have to have proof of the price but she was not willing to help us get proof .. we accedently thought it was home depot .. well she had time to look that up and to get snotty with us telling us homedepot dose not have cabot .. whoops my bad it was lowes !she was very rude our 333.71 went to lowes who was very polite and helpfull that total will only cover half our deck but trust me we will not take our proof because she was so rude to us ! But we will be going there before they close to get her name . Horrible service miss BEV !
