Charles was amazing! The most helpful, personable, caring professional employee. Helped us with our generator needs. Charles will prob own the company some day with the pride he takes in his job! Way to go Home Depot for having such a great employee. What ever he’s making he deserves a raise!

We usually love home depot, but today we had a fridge delivered from them and Im very disappointed. They broke our bottom step and knocked our light fixture loose & didnt even say anything. Not an oops, Im sorry, just left it broken and didnt say a word. We didnt find out till they left and we went outside. The fridge is great tho, so I guess theres that 🤷‍♀️

I bought 20 2x3x8 and 2 package jigsaw blades and Staples. The lady at the CK out was rude and she didnt give me any help with rap the studs nor did I get a receipt but paid by Credit card. But I thought she should have been more helpful.

This store is HUGE. If I ever win a Home Depot spending spree I am going to ask if I can spend it at this location! I found exactly what I needed right where I thought it would be. The employees were very helpful and friendly. A great overall experience and I look forward to future visits.

This store is very well run, in my opinion. Was getting a new rideable lawnmower for property management, and staff was very very helpful.Selection wasnt huge, but we found a good one, and getting everything written up and purchasing was very helpful.I wish I could remember the name of the worker that helped us, but he helped us pick a mower, buy it, and also loaded it into the back of our trailer, that was across the whole parking lot. Seems to be a very reliable store, staff is very friendly and professional, wish more stores where I normally live could be like this home depot

Nathan in flooring along with the other lady and gentlemen that were working in that area were so helpful and friendly. Nathan was great at answering my carpet questions and helping us order waterproof flooring. We found a beautiful Butcher Block counter for my pantry and one in my laundry room.

I dont think I have ever had employees blatantly ignore a customer as much as this place. Went to the lawn and garden and found 2 employees. We started walking toward them to ask a question, the looked us dead in our eyes and when we got about 10 ft from em.... The turned and walked the other way. So we did the same, turned and walked the other way. NOW they want to ask if we need help. We told them we did until you showed you have no desire to help. Worst customer service EVER.

Home Depot is THE best place in town to one stop shop for you home. The have a great staff that are willing and able to help, and a wide variety and selection of quality products for the home! Thanks Home Depot for helping build our community better!

You can find everything you need at Home Depot for all your home repair needs. And if they dont have it, our it is a custom order, then just order it. They will call you with an arrival date. So courteous. Must have Home Depot if you own a home.

We had a lawn mower issue due to no fault of the store. We ended up returning two mowers that created a rather difficult transaction. The assistant store manager, Charles S and the return clerk Shiloh were absolutely wonderful. They stayed positive, made phone calls and resolved the issue. We appreciate their efforts and will continue to shop at Home Depot in Billings MT.

Curbside takes FOREVER every single time. Ordered a work bench, took 3 weeks to get to our house, and it came damaged. Home Depot refused to give more than a 15% discount as compensation. Ordered multiple boxes of wall slats for the garage. We ordered charcoal black color. One box had broken pieces. Another box was white with no shelving pieces.They are inconsistent with pricing online vs. in-store. They are also inconsistent on whats available and what is sold out.They NEVER have enough associates to help. I will say their associates are usually knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. But it is NOT worth it to buy or even look online.

I was able to find most of what I need. Except the plant stands I needed plant stands with multiple levels. Ordering on line is not good thing for me, I like to be able touch and make sure it sturdy and what I want.The staff assistance made up for the disappointment of the plant stand.

Absolutely awful service. Even when customer service called for someone in hardware, no one showed up. The product I wanted was on the shelf but it was locked down and I couldnt just take it to checkout without an employee coming over and unlocking it. After 10 minutes of waiting for someone, I gave up. Ill just order it online from your competition.

Paid for washer and dryer on June 16. Was told delivery date could be changed so scheduled for July31. Tried to reschedule for an earlier date but only then was told the date could only be pushed back. So kept it for July 31. A few days before schedule delivery date they said the date was moved further out. We purchased for a rental property in another city so it’s not easy for us to be there and need to plan ahead. In trying to talk to someone to get help no one seems to be available. Very frustrated that they have had our money for over a month and did not actually make sure the product was set aside in their stock at the local warehouse.

Checkout staff was very helpful. In-store staff, not so much. Couldnt find what I was looking for until I had been in the aisle for 15 minutes. Nobody came to assist. I should have been able to find it sooner, perhaps, but I also should have been offered assistance.

I usually buy from Lowes because I get a military discount no hassle. Home Depot is inconvenient to do it and now only give discount up to $50 of purchase. I did buy a Ryobi lawnmower because it was the only place I could find that sold an American made version. It is probably just assembled in America but I tried.

While in this store I tripped over the pallets just laying in the aisle. Luckily I was able to catch myself from completely falling into the bricks behind the pallets. Evidently safety is no real concern of this store.

One cash lane! 15 people in line employees walking around doing nothing talking on the phone. Bought threw everything down and walked the hell out. Cash still works home Depot, dont make your customers regret our choice. Next time Ill spend for hundred dollars at ace hardware!

The is a very good homedepot. All the staff are super friendly and always willing to assist. They have a very good select of home DIY goods. When in Billings this is were I always go if I have to fix something.

I shop here very often and Id love to rate it higher than a 3, but besides product, it is the service here that lacks.It seems as if it is almost always terribly hard to find help.When I worked in retail, a company I had, enforced a 10ft policy, that you great any customer you come within 10ft of. I think they have a 1ft policy here, because if you are seeking help, you nearly need to drag them away from their day to get help.

I went in to get a pocket door for my house and the guy that helped me I kept asking him is everything I need is in there he kept saying yes I asked him about 5 times he kept saying yes. So when I got home my husband took everything out of the box so we can put the door on there was nothing in the box except the door so my husband went back to talk the the guy and the guy told him I never asked anything. I will NEVER go back to the home depot

We had to buy a new fridge when ours died. We bought a 4-piece appliance package, but had a limited selection based on what was IN the store. The employee made no effort to help with our predicament of *needing* a fridge right away. We bought Samsung, and just months later the ice maker stopped working. (A common Samsung problem apparently.) The repairman *might* have fixed the ice maker, but we now have to unplug/defrost the fridge for 4 days to find out. We bought a mini fridge so we can have groceries in the house during that time. I bought online, something in stock. It took 6 hours for the store to fill my order. Got it home and unpacked, and found a dent all the way thru the box and into the front of the fridge. Tomorrow, I guess Ill be buying a replacement fridge for the temporary fridge that I need to be a placeholder for the first fridge.
