My daughter had an eye exam and we were in and out in record timing. We love Heights Eyecare! The staff are amazing and super friendly!

Previously I wrote a negative review because I bought an expensive pair of Wiley X safety glasses that after two visits they were unable to make fit properly. I was however pleased with the exams and personnel.I had obviously not made my displeasure well spoken. I received a hand written card to come in at my earliest convenience and exchange my glasses. (after using them six months!) Apparently what happened is what they ordered is not what they received and they were never destined to fit right. The new ones are perfect, and they also adjusted my regular glasses so they dont slip anymore. Yeah, theyre more expensive than WalMart and others, but the adage that you get what you pay for is really true here. And the staff are just plain polite people. Take you in fast and no bums rush to get you out.Thank you.

I felt like I was aboard the starship Enterprise, all of the cutting edge technology that was used for my examination was incredible. The staff was 100% knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I damaged one of my lenses in my glasses and within a couple of days I had a new lens. And when the new lens wasn’t right, they went out of their way to replace it quickly and efficiently. I definitely would recommend them for all of your optometry needs!

Ive been a patient for 5+ years. I chose Heights Eyecare because I have eye complications from childhood autoimmune diseases, and they have a large enough staff to accommodate emergency visits. They have the expertise to understand how my disease affects my eyes, and yet I get treated like I would if I went to the small rural practice in my hometown. I also appreciate that they take lots of different visual insurances, and always help me maximize my benefits.

My husband and I have always had exceptional service at Heights Eyecare. Exams are very complete, personnel are professional and helpful. Dr. Kimball has worked diligently with my husbands many eye problems and referred him to other specialists when appropriate. We feel very comfortable and confident in having our eyecare needs handled by Heights Eyecare!

I stopped in to turn in a pair of my old frames to add my prescription but without the bifocals. You can tell they love their job and know what their talking about. Theyve been able to answer any questions Ive had. Between myself and 3 kids Ive been to more than a handful of Ophthalmologist and this one is by far my best one. Yesterday they had one of the loudest and rudest customers and the staff stayed upbeat and positive and treated him like they did the rest of the customers.

Everyone at Heights Eyecare is so so so nice. My doctor remember a little style I had on my eye from 2+ years ago. Robin, though, was the best part of our trip. My insurance was a mess. I had spent an hour and a half picking out frames that werent going to work. I had to go back to school, and was in a horrible mood. During the day, Robin had called called both my insurances and figured out what was going to work out best for me. I went back after school to get my frames picked out, and she was so genuinely happy to see me and continue helping me out. I found frames I liked, but I wasnt too fond of the color. She not only looked on two of Height Eyecares databases, she also googled for awhile, and then ended up calling the company for me. We found out they came in a color I liked, and we went with them. My glasses were in within four days and I LOVE them. I cannot say enough how much Robin helped make my experience so amazing.

This is a terrific place to take your eyes! I have tried 4 other places and none come close to Heights.They dont just give you a vision check they also look for warning signs of other potential illnesses.

And---they told me it would be 7-10 days until my glasses would be ready and they were done in 3 days! It was nice to have them exceed the expectation. We have been going to this place for years and honestly had no complaints about the individuals who work there until now when one of the techs was rude about me and my boyfriends son going back with him. If she didnt want us to go back and it was an issue she could of just informed us of that in a respectful manner instead of being passive aggressive and rude for no reason...🙄 thats my only complaint, otherwise it is a great place. Just rubbed me the wrong way. All the rest of the interactions Ive had people have been very kind.

Woke up to a swollen eyelid after a day of cleaning in a garage. The Heights Eyecare staff got me into their already full schedule with Dr. Haber. I walked in 30 min early for my appt. and they immediately got me to an exam room. This doc was AMAZING!! She took the time to explain what was going on, perscribe medication, and explain what I should expect with treatment. With my vacation approaching, this professional gave me her direct after-hours contact info for emergency use and even had options at my destination for doctors that I could go see if problems escalated while I was out of town... who does that?? This is the absolute best place! I have been going to them since I was a kid and it has always been a great experience. This last time that I was in I had to bring my son with me and the tech Brenda played with him and was just so kind and funny! Also Salicia helped me pick out a great pair of glasses! I have a strong family tendency toward glaucoma, and through the optomap, we are able to see if any glaucoma is starting. I have gone to Heights for years. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the courtesy front desk to the professionals that walk you through to the Doctor. The whole experience is easy and enjoyable. Dr. Kimball has been great! They have placed in me in glasses, contacts, and did pre/post appts for LASIK.

Dr. Kimball is professional and very good at what he does. The office is nice and their equipment is up to date. The only thing I dont care for is that they seem to be a bit sales-heavy meaning that I feel pressured to buy my contacts through them, purchase advanced-tests, etc. Overall though, Id definitely recommend them.

Dr. Tran is super sweet and friendly! I made an appointment for a Tuesday and arrived a bit early since it was my first time here. It looked quite busy when I walked in. I told the front desk I was here for my 1pm appointment. Immediately, one of the staff turned around and asked Amanda? I was impressed that he knew my name even though I have never been here.The usual checkup routine was fast and the staff was friendly. I needed a new contact prescription because the one I was wearing was giving me headaches as well as blurry vision.One of my eyes was worse than the other one so she offered me one option with the same prescription and the second option with different prescription for both eyes. I like that Dr. Tran gave me recommendations and provided pros and cons. I got good advice on LASIK eye surgery. It was something that I wanted to do but she said I could wait for a while.In addition, she also gave me a spectacle prescription (eyeglass) and my contact prescription. Cant say enough good things about Dr. Tran. She made my first visit so comfortable and welcoming. We also had a nice chat here and there. I like the fact she was getting to know me on personal level and not just as a patient.

I have been very satisfied with the service I receive from Heights Eyecare. I live on the westend, but I drive all the way to the heights to have my eyes checked and to get my contacts and glasses from them. Yes, they are a little sales-heavy as one other reviewer mentioned. However, once you say no thank you, not interested, they move on. Nice people, knowledgeable people, good products, and a nice facility.

Heights Eyecare is ridiculously overpriced. When I went in for my exam, I decided to look at their glasses and found a pair that I really liked. I was told that I had $100 left of my insurance money to spend, so I didnt think I would be paying a whole lot more for glasses ($200 at the most out of pocket seemed reasonable). No.....after the woman helping me added up the frames, the progressive lenses, the anti glare coating and who knows whatever else, she told me I owed over $500. I asked her if there was anything I could change with the lenses (coating, for example) to make it more reasonable and she said that I would hate them without the coating and that there wasnt really anything else I could do. Because I was in a hurry and late to get back to work, I made the poor choice of going ahead with it. I put half down for the glasses and they put in the order. When I got home and thought about it more, I realized how ridiculous it was and I called them to see if it were possible to cancel and get any portion of my deposit back even though the glasses had already come in. I was told over the course of two weeks by three different people that I would get a call back from someone and no one did. As soon as I called again and changed my tone to a much less pleasant one, they put me on the phone with a man saying that they hadnt heard back from the lab yet and would give me a call in a couple of days. A week passed and he still hadnt called back, so I called again. He finally told me that the lab was giving them a refund of 50% and that I would get my deposit ($262) back when they cut checks on Thursday. I asked him to verify the amount for me and he said he couldnt because his computer screen wouldnt load. I asked him for my prescription and he said that they would send it with my check. I got the check in the mail yesterday for $126, which is less than half of my deposit and my prescription was NOT included. I had to call the office yet again today and the reception told me she couldnt give it to me over the phone, so I asked her to email it and she said their firewall is so temperamental that it probably wouldnt work, but she would try. Well, it obviously isnt that temperamental, because I got the email within a few minutes. Working with them has been such a terrible experience that I dont even want to try to get the rest of my deposit back as Im sure it would be another three weeks trying to get someone to give me a straight answer. I will not be returning to Heights Eyecare and I dont recommend them to anyone who cant afford to shell out $500 for one pair of glasses.

I have gone to heights eye care twice for my yearly eye exam. They were excelent about working around my schedule, sent a yearly reminder, and helped me to get extra contacts to make it till I had time to come in. (Even though my prescription was expired) Large helpful staff, and knowledgeable and young staff. Good experiences both times. 4 stars because prices were a little steep for glasses.

Definitely not the most inexpensive place in town but you get what you pay for, the service was great and the staff is very knowledgable. They are great at explaining what and why they are doing. I learned more about my eyes than I ever thought I would.There selection of glasses is very good.

Greatest place on earth for eye care!

I went to Heights Eyecare initially because they sponsored a youth sports team I coach. I cant say how awesome the whole business is from the receptionists to the doctors. Dr. Linde was fantastic as was everyone else. I have been to several eyecare places, but now will only be doing business with Heights Eyecare.

Always pleasant atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door through whole appt. Everyone helpful and caring. Products are wonderful.

Cori at this place is deffinately sub par in her customer service. We waited excessively while she sat visiting...only to be told theres nothing she could do to repair my sons broken glasses (that hes only had 3 months) besides offer an over priced pair of replacement and order another of the exact same ones that broke. She was not friendly or able in the slightest when i aked for her opinion on home repair...unfortunate.

Heights Eyecare does not believe in customer service. Calls go unreturned for weeks at a time. Every time I call I get yet another story as to why my prescription has not been filled. These issues happen every time I have gone to their office. They dont even deserve a one star review.

The exam was fine and the staff was friendly. However, I needed Bausch and Lomb to replace a couple of lens that ripped right away. They had to call Heights Eyecare to ask if it was ok and the lady they talked to said no! When I called to asked to find out what in the world was going on, the lady I spoke with said, Wed like to get you into different lenses. I said, I dont want that! I want to get the defective lenses replaced that I already paid for!! And then I had to call Bausch and Lomb and start the process all over again. I might be wrong, but Im assuming there was an incentive for them regarding the lenses they were pushing on me.
