Best customer experience Ive had in a long time. From the minute I entered to the time I left.Dr Blair Gerratt was extremely patient and explained everything thoroughly. The exam was smooth and stress free.Then I moved on to select a new pair of glasses, the Dr had already handed my prescription to a consultant, who then came to greet me in the exam area as I checked out. Erik was knowledgeable and immediately found a pair that satisfied my likes, style and fit me perfectly. He was also patient and let me try on several pairs, to finally decide to go with the first pair he had pulled for me.The entire staff was friendly, helpful and got involved with my selection process when asked. I was there a little longer due to a computer issue, but the wait was painless and fun.They are the example of true customer service.
Brian at this location is hands down the best customer service I have ever had! He helped me pick out new glasses that were a different style than I’d ever had before and I absolutely love them. Not to mention he saved me the trouble of having to constantly spend hundreds of dollars to replace my glasses that notoriously get broken by getting me set up with their protection plan. The selection of frames was good and all the staff was friendly and helpful. I dont have my glasses yet so I hope I continue to have a good experience when I get the finished glasses. They accept EyeMed insurance which was important to me.
Great customer service at this location. I came in for my appointment, the doctor’s staff was quick to check me in and get me seen by the doctor. Once I was done with my appointment, Brian was able to get my prescription and help me find some glasses that suited me well. I am very appreciative of their customer service and am a big fan of the various options they have to offer for glasses.
Best experience I’ve ever had picking out glasses frames! Highly recommend, especially if you’re like me and struggle figuring out what looks good on you and what doesn’t. I picked two completely different styles than ever before and I love them and have had everyone that knows me say something about how good they look too. I no longer will hate days that I have to wear glasses!

The staff at LensCrafters have always treated me great however lately it’s been even better! After I accidentally stepped on my glasses I brought them in they were able to repair them saving me tons of money and they did it all while I was in town I will definitely be a lifetime customer of LensCrafters!

Im a former customer of LensCrafters (specifically, this location) and would always go there to get my new glasses and contacts and always had a great experience.I happened to move away several years ago but still come back to Billings to visit family. Today, while back, one of my contacts I was wearing got ruined and I didnt bring an extra pair back to Billings with me. I went over to the store to see if they could help me and they gave me a spare contact to match my same type/prescription, completely free of charge.Thankfully, some things dont change--in this case, the outstanding customer service at LensCrafters (even for former customers).
I had my glaases break on a work trip. I called several locations on my route and this place stood out on the phone for their positive attitude and customer service. When I went into the store they went even further above my expectations. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and helped me get exactly what I needed faster than anyone else said was possible.

The gentleman who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the appropriate fit and style. He spent a good half hour answering any questions we had. Although we decided to go look at styles elsewhere, his customer service was above and beyond the other places we went to (Eye Mart and Shopko optical.) I also really liked that Lens Crafters frames have the sizes right on the lens, so you know without having to ask. He didn’t put any pressure on us to buy, and was very friendly and warm. I will absolutely be returning if I need any frames in the future!

I went in for an appointment a few days ago, and it was genuinely one of the most delightful retail experiences Ive ever had. Everyone was exceptionally kind and professional, the doctor was remarkably patient and empathetic in the moments where I felt nervous or unsure, and the 2 associates that helped me choose and adjust my glasses were especially sweet and funny! Ill definitely be going back for future purchases and my annual exams

I bought lenses with all the film, shading,etc. Within 19 months I had to replace them three times because they would bubble around the edges, and once it starts the bubbles get bigger fast. The last time I took them in, the lady said it doesnt usually happen this fast. She also said they would not replace them again because it had been more than a year since my exam and they usually only replace a company flawed lens once. This tells me they are knowingly selling poor quality lenses and then force you to get an exam to get new glasses. Then, the optometrist at the Billings location said I had to get my eyes dilated or mapped because its the law. It was an additional $15-$50. When I questioned this because Ive never had to have one done, he sarcastically replied 1900. I went somewhere else and didnt have to have it done.
Stopped in to get my glasses adjusted and i was in and out in 5 minutes. The employee who helped me was friendly and efficient and there was no charge for the adjustment. I will definitely return if I need adjustments/repair in the future!

We received EXCELLENT service!! We are very impressed! Placed an order of 2 pair of glasses; one clear and one sunglasses. The frames were fitted individually and the salesman applied as many discounts as he could find, reducing the purchase price by over $300.00 Both glasses were ready for pickup within 20 minutes. We will be returning for the next pair. Thanks for making transaction quick and simple.

Dr Blair Geratt is good guy. Had contact issues, walked in, brought me right in, identified and fix my issue (user error). Did not charge me.
Ish. Was not impressed at all! Bought my sons glasses here with the warranty brings he was 8 and 1st time glasses wearer. They broke, I brought them in to get fixed and the gal sits down with them and says, “what happened because usually they aren’t bent like this.” “I said he’s 8 and a boy, and does it matter? We purchased the warranty right?” She said yes, and went on to get new ones that I then had to pay for because the warranty is just a discount program?” Anyways I then ordered my contacts online and when they called to verify my prescription she denied it because she didn’t go and check my actual prescription and the Dr had entered it in their system wrong or something! When I called I said I took it right off the hand written one, she comes back maybe a min later and says, oh you were right. And it was a # that I couldn’t even change if I wanted to when ordering. So I then had to go back again and order so this time she could accept the order? And that’s only mine and my sons experience. My husband has a whole other list! Will NEVER go back here again.
For both my husband and myself, Second time purchasing from Lens Crafters and second time outstanding service. Kaylee was awesome, taking the time to check our current eyewear and answering all our questions before placing our order for new. Holly was just as awesome fitting the new and making sure they were a good fit and adjusted appropriately. Both very professional and highly recommended.

It was the worst experience my wife and I ever had. They misdiagnosed our exams and we both ended up with the wrong prescription in our lenses then they charged us an outrageous price of over $1,700.00 for glasses we could not wear. We will never go to another lenscrafters again and would never recommended them to anyone
I received extraordinary care in both my eye exam and assistance picking out a new pair of glasses. Im very picky and indecisive, so they were so patient through the whole process. I even got to take home 4 pairs of frames on loan to try them with other outfits. Whole experience was very enjoyable.
Okay.. Let me start by saying I love my glasses. I did not love, however, that instead of giving me choices on lenses the sales rep just set me up with the most expensive lenses possible with every feature added. I hardly ever wear glasses, just at night to read and rest my eyes. The lens price, once I said wow thats expensive, was taken down from 220 dollars to 45 dollars. Its not good customer service to not ask me a single question about what I actually need and want. No I dont need blue light filter. No I dont need to high tech stuff. Make sure you ask questions if you choose this store.
I have purchased my eye glasses from Lens Crafters in Billings for years and have been completely satisfied with their products and service. The staff has always been helpful and glad to assist me when my glasses need adjustments or repairs. Thank you Lens Crafters. You have a customer for life!

I had one lens slightly cracked and wanted it replaced. Despite a couple visits to the store and somewhat terse conversations, they would NOT replace only the cracked lens; saying they HAD to replace both. The lens were just over a year old and my prescription was still good for another 8 months. They said the lens price without insurance would be $350!! I had purchased the glasses at another Lenscrafters in Seattle. I ended up stopping by the Walmart Optical who replaced the ONE cracked lens for $55, no problem and very friendly! I was so relieved, I didnt even ask about an Eyemed isurance discount. The local Lenscrafter had provided OK service in the past, but were totally unreasonable and a RIP off price in this instance.
Appointment? Rather a suggestion. Spent so much time here Im sure our prescriptions changed!
