Great experience. The doctor was so thorough and charming that Im now looking forward to my next eye exam. She really puts you at ease and explains things so clearly. They have very high quality and stylish glasses too. Everyone was very friendly.

Not very easy to work with at all. I can see why they were the only office in town that wasn’t booked out for weeks. I’ve never had so much trouble in my life getting contacts. Other opticians in town are more then happy to make sure that I’m comfortable in my glasses and contacts. They don’t seem to care, and are very difficult, unless you’re fine with being told what you need to do no matter how they feel or how much they cost.

Excellent experience. The entire staff was great. Dr. Kim explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions I had.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I brought my son in for an eye exam and Dr. Jenny was amazing. She had us rolling in laughter and my son just loved her. She is also painstakingly thorough and made us feel like we were her only priorities for the day. Well definitely be coming back.

My husband and I went to have our eyes examined. Most of the staff were really nice and friendly. We both saw Dr. Kim. She was friendly and nice for the most part. However, not very professional. My husband had to have the diabetic eye exam. He has also had an under developed retina since birth thus he is visually impaired. She acted like she didnt believe his eye had been that way since birth. When my exam was done my husband asked me how my exam went. She made the comment A lot better than yours She told me I needed new glasses but never gave me my prescription so I could get a new pair.

They only want your money. Definitely not the 4.4 star rating Google has. Unless you have lots of money to throw away. I had a different doctor do it for no cost with my insurance.

I couldnt have agreed more with the fellow bb owens, his review I could relate to very much. They treated us very condecendingly as if they where better than us. They made us feel unwanted, when we arrived, we told the lady that we called. I understand that we where not the only people that called, but she did not have to act like it was not her job to know who checked in when we arrived even though she asked for the reason why we came. The service was horrible and she treated us like we where waisting her time, she should act like its her job to treat the customer with respect. My disappointment is immeasurable.

If you require a specialty exam, Dr. Kim and her staff are excellent! Ive had issues with my eyes my entire life and she covered all of the bases with her state of the art equipment. Staff is very professional and courteous. The office is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. They will file insurance for you, but be prepared to pay the balance before you leave. A good policy if you were in their shoes, right?

The atmosphere here is great. They got us in quick; they were all so friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to help me find some frames I liked! Fantastic service!

Dr. Kim was the first person in a long time to listen to what I had to say. I was SURE I could not see anything near or far and honestly every doctor in Billings dismissed what I was saying. Dr. Kim took the time to listen to what I said and took me through many tests. Know what? I was right. I do have terrible vision And Dr Kim took the time to explain everything. The whole staff at Vision Optical is amazing. I have never felt so welcome at an eye business. Vision Optical has made a life long client out of me.

I have been going to vision optical for years..great service and I always feel like they aim to please. Love the recommendations on which styles look best on my face also..A+ in my book.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everything went quickly, and the receptionist was so helpful with finding frames. Ill definitely be back here again.

My first experience was a bit disappointing, as soon as I said Medicaid i felt the attitude difference. As if I was taking money out of their pockets. My glasses were cut wrong and had to be redone and while they now fit great, feeling as if I didnt deserve them is not good. The ladies I delt with were a tad bit condescending and cool. (Unfriendly) except the brunette .. When I returned to pick up my glasses, with my kiddos the same thing. It was unpleasant. And yes I feel that way. I bought my sunglasseselse where because I didnt want to go back and spend money there. Medicaid doesnt mean you are poor, or dont pay your bills. That is a sterotype. ( 1701 grand, 11:26 am 9/4/19) glasses were 6inches off on the lenses I could not see. They had to be corrected. I. Sure this was the case.(this is the location at grand ave. and no i do not have the wrong establishment... the building has a painting of wings on the front and i can provide a photo of the recipts thatshow they were redone. )

I went to see the eye Dr. recommended buy co-workers, in that following months they had split both taking my information. Now if I need something I have to go to two places one to fix my glasses and one to look at my eyes. I can only get my Rx from one place but the other already has it. I had no idea when I first went that the place I was in was in fact two places. Maybe I misunderstood or overlooked it but now its just a pain.

Awesome setup, closest to professional overall one will get in town. Storefront is great, only downfall is they need an overall IT Assitance in a general way. Simple technological & IT issues caused things to take alot longer then one would think it would take.

The staff was friendly, i like their different options.I went to them because they were near to me to, and i didnt like the service at the eye doctor that i went first. Vision Optical took longer than they said to give me my glasses even thou they knew i needed them ASAP, they did reduced the price on them as a compensatiom. But i had problems with my frames from the time i got them, they were too loose and i constantly had to go in and get them fit. Not just that but everytime they will adjust them they will adjust the end part of the legs and not where it was loose so they will rub behing my ear and create sore spots but if i got them loose they were too loose. And momths after the leg started getting too loose that was hard to fit back, and now, 7 months after my purchase my frames are unrepairable and have to get new ones.

Too expensive not worth the cost can get the same exam anywhere else for a $100 Wheres they charge you $200
