Went in to swap out a phone. Took a minute but thanks to Fred it was a very pleasant wait. He was very patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend working with him. He puts in 200%. Had a problem that I couldnt figure out he worked with me and got it done and wasnt impatient or dismissive. He the best.

Our family just moved over all our lines from Verizon to T-Mobile. Colton was such a big help and walked us through every step! We had multiple things going on in this switch over and he did it all!!! We will definitely come back into the Grand store for all our phone needs!

Dillon was great. His approach to my questions was true and exact. Didnt interrupt while i was asking questions. Have me the best offers available. Was not pushy or bossy. Dillon is the reason I would keep tmobile over any other provider. If all customer service was a genuine as Dillon life would be so much easier. Here is 10 stars to Dillon.

Dillon was the most professional and informative. We changed from another carrier after 6 years and returned to T-Mobile. The other team members were also very professional and up to date on their products and plans. Fred also worked with us, and the same applies.

I had an awesome experience at this location. Matt was awesome in getting us set up with two new lines and getting the third for free. We went to check out the T-Mobile store on grand and Dillion helped us we were just going to look but he was able to beat our straight talk price for our monthly bill plus get us into new phones!!! Very satisfied with out experience!!!

For being a phone company you would think they would have a working telephone number. You call it goes straight to voice-mail with no message set up.

Incompetent. They will sell you garbage. Stay away. Verizon is much better.

The guy that waited on us his name was Fred n he was totally awesome n very much noticeable n he great answering all of our questions n he was very helpful in understanding what we wanted n what we do.The T-Mobile is also very pet friendly was we was able to bring in our dog . I would totally recommend this store.

I was helped by Katie and another member of the staff. They go above and beyond expectations, making sure I left with everything I needed. I had a warranty issue that they got fixed for me immediately. I couldn’t be happier with this team, especially Katie. She is such a sweetheart.

These people will lie to you to get your business then when it doesnt work they pass it off to someone else that will lie to you.. dont bother with t-mobile and especially this store. The employee that I will leave unnamed for the moment will make things up to appease you then stop.. 2 weeks Ive waited, and now I get told its another several days.

TMobile is simply the best. I have waited years for their product to come to Billings. Their stores are clean and the staff is phenomenal! I have a stellar experience each time I enter the building. The team at TMobile is always up to date with the latest knowledge and are super easy to work with. I love being a TMobile customer!

I visited this location on July 22nd of 2019 to replace an S8 active that had an issue with the screen. Im an over the road truck driver, so I needed to get in and out quickly. I believe the 2 representatives names were Curtis and Jasmine. They were very professional and efficient with getting me set up with my new phone. I was in and out within an hour.

These guys are incompetent. Lied about stock at nearby store. Promised to have a tablet shipped to me in 2 days, but it turned out to be 5 days. Told me they would give me account credit for activation fees, but did not follow through. Dont go to this store, call TMobile directly if you want honest answers.
