The guy working in the office on Sunday afternoon was clueless. I went in to get a data only activated on my tablet. He proceeded to tell me that wasn’t possible. I pointed him to the sign in the store which said it’s possible as well as the cricket wireless website. This guy said I don’t know how to do that let me call my district manager. He called and came back and said well we can try. I said your cricket wireless that’s the best you can do is try. Anyway, don’t waste your time go by your Sim at Walmart and activate it online.

So I can say when it comes to customer service one place I will go to pay my bill is hear with Steven Hill. He was a great help... Thanks

Purchased a new iPhone two weeks ago. My Cricket customer-service rep was Alibek, who was highly professional, knowledgeable and affable. Good guy. Best customer experience in a long time. In my book, Alibek, who I recommend to anyone shopping for a new smart- or cell-phone, deserves an A+.

The guys were incredible, they helped me throughout a process that was very difficult, even for them.

Sales rep was very uninformed about products and services along with how I am supposed to obtain my upgrade for my phone. I left completely clueless and with a downgrade phone that I am not interested in.

After spending many hours comparing post and prepaid plans between many different companies then cross referencing my service needs my girlfriend and I chose cricket. The sales experience and knowledge of the product Kobe had us sold after an hour of comparing in-store available phones. With me being a delivery driver my service requirements were a bit more than a local to Billings customer would require. Kobe and Cricket were able to meet and exceed all my service needs. The Cricket branded phones were just under what my perfect phones specs would be. However, Kobe was able to point out some of the beefier phones his location offered. All in all, I left Cricket with a tremendous monthly savings (several hundreds of dollars) in comparison to what I normally pay for my cell service. Thanks Cricket!!

Visited this establishment seeking a more cost effective cell phone/internet plan for my family, and the service representative (Nick) was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Pretty sure Ill be switching to Cricket in the near future.

Very Friendly staff helpful

They messed up what should have been a fairly easy and straight forward change to my service and told me I needed to drive all over town looking for a new SIM card. After that, calling customer service became a nightmare of extra charges because of the screwup at the store, that they tried to blame on me. Ive been very happy with Cricket Wireless for over 6 years, but this experience was horrible.

Sadly i cant remember tge guys name that helped us but he was the only one in the store today 6/23/19 and was a great help! I came in all grumpy from dealing with verizon was not in the best of moods and he was paitent and kind to me left with a GREAT PLAN not even 1/3 of what i was paying and all the same things i had. He made it a great experience! Very happy i stopped in today.
