The mall location has always been the most convenient AT & T location for me to go to. Desmond took care of me on my most recent trip. I had a lot of questions about my bill and was really confused before I went in. I left in high spirits with my questions answered and everything taken care of. I really appreciated the excellent customer service.

My experience at AT&T Billings was phenomenal. Desmone was very funny, creative, and gave us an over all positive experience. It made waiting 1000 hours for my phone to backup my messages less miserable
