This is a review of their Camas location and their failure to deal with a problem that their poorly trained employees failed to deal with.Train wreck 2019. They sold me two phones on a buy one get one only to call me 4 days later to state that they couldnt honor that deal. Then they tried to force me to upgrade to an iPhone 10 at higher cost. I asked them to simply pay me the difference in exchange for helping them out. They refused. I tried to work with them at the cost of 10+ hours. They claimed they could only give me $100 in store credit which later proved false and then asked me to change my phone number so that they could help solve the problem. This has cost my non-profits countless hours and dollars. I had to take them to small claims court to resolve. They would rather pay their legal department to deal with a $2500 small claim than pay for their initial mistake. STAY AWAY! There is a reason that their employee turnover is so high. I cannot imagine what would have happened to someone who didnt have the ability to stand up to them. I offered not to write any negative reviews if they simply resolved the issue. Nope. Just avoid this place. There is a qualified Verizon store nearby. Go there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CELLULAR PLUS!

Had a great experience with Scott Howlett at the store in Billings Heights. He is very knowledgable and spent extra time helping us to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it set up. Thank you to manager Branden and the crew at this store - you have always made our experience a positive one.

Is there a negative rating yet? Do NOT EVER deal with any cellular plus anything!!!! They are dishonest and bully customers into keeping items within the 2 weeks allowed saying the charges for unbundling and restocking are high and this was an awesome deal.....etc. I called Verizon and they said Cellular plus never documented my attempt to return jet pack and tablet with in the 2 weeks allowed. Verizon got rid of items and credited me for some of the costs and early termination fees waived. I am now in COLLECTIONS with Cellular Plus !!! DO NOT USE THEM, YOULL BE SORRY!!!! Verizon on King ave is the ONLY Verizon facility and wont bully you or lie. l;

Is it even possible to give this place no stars?! What a joke of a company, not only are they terrible to their customers but also the people that work for them! This company needs to be shut down!
