I thought they would be able to help more at the store. They just pull up my online account (been there and done that, this is why I made an appointment) and go through same struggles I had. Did not know promos and best options for me and my family phone upgrades and I ended up walking out. Hopefully when I call customer service they can help decide best upgrade options. Or maybe Cellular Plus? Like Verizon services but they make phone upgrades a pain.

Worked with a nice young man. Bought a new iPhone; absolutely none, of the loaded apps worked, data gone and unable to be reloaded. Spent over 5 hours the following day attempting to set things right. Dont do business with Verizon- sub standard

Absolutely atrocious customer support, horrible with their billing aswell, sent off a payment and for whatever reason they didnt get it,so they slapped me with over 100$ in late fees.i called their billing department because THEY CANT HELP YOU AT THE STORE FOR THIS!!! and that was a complete WASTE OF MY TIME!.got nothing but a computer generated answering machine asking for prompts then never sent me the stupid link to view by billing cycle. I whole heatedly advise everyone to go else where.i have been with Verizon since 2005 and Im looking to go to a different carrier as Verizon has no care for their customers and has gotten incredibly greedy.

Im Interested in switching but got a rep who didnt listen and in my opinion couldnt care less. I just said Ill go somewhere else. Staffs a complete joke, guy told me to leave an hour before closing because thye were too busy to get to us before they closed. god forbid anyone stay 5-10 minutes after closing. no big deal I went to AT&T and spent my 1200 dollars at their store. mediocre doesnt even describe this crew. called Verizon and they told me the store manager would be in contact soon and sorry blah blah blah, still waiting on that call from the pathetic manager. once commission based sales go away so does the work ethic

Very disappointed in the manager. I set everything up over the phone with Verizon head office to get an Iphone today. The Verizon representative on the wrote notes, specifically that I would get a $150 rebate which would allow my monthly payment to be a bit less. When I came into the shop the sales person saw the notes saying I would get a $150 rebate over the course of the payment plan. Unfortunately the sales person saw no rebates on his system, despite seeing the notes from the phone representative. The manager in my opinion wasnt willing to be helpful. Had no interest in calling head office and seeing if that offer was valid. Basically said if I called and they would honor it ok but he wasnt wasting a minute out of his day to be helpful. I found the manager on this day, August 3, unfit to truly help a customer. The sales guy was more polite. I walked over to AT&T. Verizon lost a customer because of this one manager.

I placed an online order for two upgrades on my lines, one being a phone, the other a smart watch that I needed for my son due to his phone being broken beyond use and him having a potentially life threatening medical condition.It was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd. On the 3rd the tracking updated to delayed, with no updated delivery date. As of this posting it still has not updated nor arrived. It has been in Memphis, TN since the 2nd. No one can tell me where it actually is, or when it will arrive.I went to the verizon store today to see what options there were to correct this issue as it is a safety issue for my son not to be able to reach me in case of injury or heaven forbid an emergency. They spent 30 minutes in the back looking at the ticket information on the ticket put in on the 3rd. When they finally came back they told me that my options were to purchase the devices from the store at full price, or upgrade other lines. Neither of which were realistic options.I was told that Once FedEx has the package there is nothing Verizon can do, it is in FedExs hands. So apparently FedEx runs Verizon now, not Verizon themselves.How long is a customer supposed to wait in limbo before Verizon actually provides customer service and offers realistic solutions for the average customer, especially when there is a safety issue involved? Indefinetly according to their general manager, which is who I dealt with.

Got my line switched over to verizon to get a smart watch with cellular data. After I bought the watch and got my phone line switched, i asked for the guy to help my set up my smart watch to make sure the cellular is set up properly. The guy Christian said I cannot sit here and help you with that, feel free to sit here by yourself to do it yourself. I left and tried to set it up i had to call verizon and a customer service lady said the guy completscrewed up everything to where my line wasnt even showing up on verizon as working. I recommend going to the Shinobu Crossing verizon in billings q0 minutes in there and Im all good.

Clean store. Friendly staff. The manager was super helpful when I asked if I should get a new phone. He didnt push me to get one like most people do, and said I should probably wait a bit for something new. Ive been cheated before by phone companies, but I havent had much complaints with Verizon. They have some great plans for people like me who are single.

STORE SHOULD BE OPENED DURING ADVERTISED HOURS! Checked on the web site for store hours, CALLED the store for store hours... Knowing how poor the customer service is at this location, I arrived a half hour before the advertised time in case there was a line. THEN... Sat outside waiting for them to open for an hour PAST the advertised time, thinking maybe they changed it from 11am to Noon... at 1215 when they still had no one there, I walked up to the door in and very small LIGHT GRAY print, it said CLOSED! IF YOU ARE CHANGING YOUR HOURS... MAKE IT SO WE CAN READ CLOSED IN THE SAME SIZE PRINT THAT IS ON YOUR DOOR THAT STATES YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN! I do not live in town and do not appreciate wasting my time due to your incompetence.

Staff was polite. Wait time was horrible. The online agent, Lacy, provided me with incorrect information regarding the Iphone 11. Super disheartening. With cellphone companies making a trillion dollars in sales a year, where are the kick backs and accurate customer assistance? Also, each individual store never has never met my likings. Staff keeps trying to push using 611 who, when called, cant answer the questions asked. Also did not inform the requirements of a mask at check-in (which was at least 30 minutes prior). These people will do anything to not have to do their job and are always slow.I have NEVER been impressed with the staff at this location in all the years of being a Verizon customer. This is a VERY poor representation of the company.

Verizon customer service is notoriously bad. I was not overly impressed with the staff at this location, not only did it take forever to find someone to help us but they could not help us with what we needed help with. We were brand-new customers at the time and it instantly made me regret switching. I feel like you do not get the level of service that you paid for in your monthly bill and I feel like it is ridiculous to pay as much as we do for our cell phones when there are much more affordable options out there. I cannot wait until our contract expires to switch back to Straight Talk.

After years of debate my mother finally decided to try an iPhone she had her husband have been using this location for several years for their flip phones. An employee by the name of Chris was the one at the desk at 6:30 pm last night 6/18 and treated them horribly he would not answer their questions and he informed them he did not have the “machine” to transfer contacts, he acted annoyed the entire visit with her questions. This was supposed to be an upgrade for her into a nicer situation and instead he made this an awful encounter for her! This is outrageous in customer service which is what these people are supposed to be there for he does not belong in customer service if he cannot greet people kindly and make their experience enjoyable, and useful to them!!

The staff here are extremely polite and helpful, and have a wide range of products/accessories, unlike other local Verizon retailers, where the staff dont bother to ask what you need and are quite lazy. The staff at this particular location, however, open the door for you and immediately ask you what you need. This location obviously recognizes that customers dont want to wait for a long period of time for assistance. All in all, this is some of the best customer service that I have ever seen and I will be back as soon as possible.

I used to hate having to go into the corporate store. They used to create the illusion of being busy even on a slow day. Therefore you will ALWAYS have to wait. ALWAYS. In recent month things have changed and for the better. The waits have dwindled drastically. Very helpful staff. Rating moved from a 1 star to a 3.

This Verizon posts it’s hours on line. However when you come here... during there posted open hours they tell you they are closed. I have made 3 attempts to come here when they are “open””.My advice... Don’t bother coming to this Verizon!

Verizon Store - Theyre doing a pretty good job. I stopped by to make a payment and get hands on with Pixel and Pixel 2. Payment at the kiosk was a breeze. Staff at the store are friendly as always and were really helpful when I started up my Nexus 6P back in 2015 and received a faulty SIM card out of the box.The Pixels are nice phones but my Nexus 6P still rocks and with no VBloatware from Verizon. Still glad that I bought the 6P from Google so I get security updates on Day Zero. Many other shiny devices and accessories to tempt you. I am amazed that all these function properly.

Poor customer service. Manager met me at the door to check me in. Told her I needed to speak with her about Verizon service I received earlier over the phone with foreigner reps who cant understand the English language. Obviously the manager has a hard time with comprehension of the English language also. Instead of coming over and servicing me as I had requested she sent over a salesman. This location is a corporate office. I explained my complaints to her and she smiled and told me there was nothing she could do. I explained to her she could notify the higher up managers and CEOs of the unqualified foreign countries service reps they out source jobs to who work for much lower wages. When will corporate America stop out sourcing jobs to foreign countries and unqualified inept workers who can barely speak English and definitely dont comprehend the English language.

All I wanted was a screen protector for my phone. I had to log in with them to get some help. I got a message on my phone that said they would get to me when they could. 1 hour later I got a message that I was next in line. As I sat there, I watched 3 other people go ahead of me before they helped me. It took me 3 minutes to finish my business over an hour later. After being a Verizon subscriber over 10 years, Im looking into a new provider. My visit was the worst experience I ever had in ten years and I would never recommend them to anyone!

Poor customer service. My upgraded phone was suppose to be ready Friday in store pick up. They said because the computers were down or something, they could not give me my phone even though it was ready in the store... Today the computers were still down and Supposedly there was nothing they could do again, then I asked for the manager/supervisors name.... and weirdly the guy (Chris) said he could not give that info out???? Please get your issues figured out so I don’t have to wait any longer for my phone. I’d greatly appreciate it.

Bought a brand new Google pixel 3 full price (over priced) that had speaker distortion right out of the box. Every phone call I have to listen to a buzzing like electrical sound that gets louder and then quieter then louder for the duration of the call. I was told to wait for the December update and that it should be taken care of. Installed update and the problem remains. Now Verizon is telling me I can warranty the phone to get a refurbished one. Yeah right nice try. You smile while taking my money and sell a product and then do not stand behind it. Sh***y business!

We upgraded three phones the other day and we were pleased with our experience. Kelly E. was a pleasure to work with. We had fun and understood everything we were going into. The only thing I would suggest is faster internet in the store. We were there for a couple of hours getting our phones set up. Faster WiFi would have expedited the process.

I used to dread having to go to Verizon because the experience was awful. However, this store has really worked on strong customer service. You still have to deal with over priced Verizon items, but the staff is helpful & very communicative. I dont feel like confused or frustrated when I leave the store.

Have been here a few times, hate the feeling like a number thing and having to trade in my note 7 twice after driving an hour to get here. And selection is limited on most things . Need more selection of items in stock. Service seems to totally depend on who is helping you as it can range from not good to great. Anyway, good luck.

Well I dropped my phone in the lake and needed to get a new phone very pleased with the service I received so I took my wife up there the next weekend and received terrible service my wife is currently handicapped due to a broken ankle I was told that I needed to stay in the car when I needed to get her wheel cart out of the car so I told them are they going to get it out for her the answer was no so I proceeded to get out of the car to get the cart and guy checking her in told me that she has to wait and there is one person ahead of her I told him to just relax Im getting my wifes scooter ready so she can just go in and another thing why is the handicap ramp go to a door that you cant enter you understand that the handicap ramp is for people with mobility issues and its hard for them to get into your facility Im very displeased with that I hope to receive better treatment in the future hopefully thank you for your time

Use to be great customer service that stood by their work. Wife and I spent just shy of $2000 last week upgrading phones and accessories. Our service specialist put her screen protector on wrong with large air bubbles, saying they will go away in a day. A day later the bubble was bigger and the curved portion had broken. Went back to the store and was told it wasnt his fault and just have to pay the warranty replacement cost or buy a new one. Not impressed at all.

I dislike dealing with this store. Went in to change service and it had been so long since I had done so, I was asking a lot of questions. I felt like the sales rep was not being very nice about it. If I can go out of my way, I will never go to this store for anything. I have had much better luck with the Verizon store in the heights or the on way out on Shiloh. They have never treated me like I was stupid, and have been nothing but polite and helpful.
