I called for a continuous cord loop replacement for blinds that were not purchased from Murray, and Kevin gave me some for free. He even helped me thread them through which wasnt the easiest puzzle to take apart and put together. We were just thrilled with our experience with Murray Floor and Window coverings. They were here installing exactly when they said they would be here. Our home is older and below the rims where a lot of houses have some settling and the installer was amazing. He worked so hard to make sure the floor was level and ended up having to do more work than we thought it would take but they did not charge us anymore than their quote. They were so nice and professional, I would totally use them again and plan on doing so. I love our finished product. If I am able I will post pictures as soon as the rest of the remodel is done.
