Our new carpet job looks great. The laborers did a fabulous job of removing the furniture, laying the carpet, replacing the furniture and cleaning up. Attention to detail of the seams was flawless.Our sales person, Cherene, was also very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Pierce Flooring.

Having had some recent contractor experiences that were truly awful, Im even more impressed with how Pierce handled a mismatch with carpet we ordered that didnt quite match the same carpet from a few years ago. Pierce fixed everything at no extra cost to us. This is why we go back to them, over and over.

3 starts for install, 1 star service: Im not one to grind my axe on the internet, but Im really disappointed with Pierce Flooring. Theyre impossible to get a hold of, both the install scheduler and representatives alike. Ive been calling for weeks! I had a job started 4 weeks ago at my residence, and it is still incomplete. Ive called numerous times to have the remaining transitions installed to no avail.The install was ok. I had to have them reinstall some boards, as they were chipped. Im still finding chipped flooring around the house. Some boards stick up. Im not sure if that voids the floors warranty, but its unsettling to say the least. baseboards were caulked awkwardly back into place.Needless to say, I dont think Ill be going here again; which is sad because Ive heard great things about them and theyve been in the community a long time.

Dont buy on your first visit, Go home and study what they have written up, make sure what is written down is exactly what you want, verify the price per square foot agrees with your calculations, check on the quality of the flooring through another source, dont trust them one bit.

Bought new flooring for several parts of our house. The experience was amazing from start to finish. There were a couple little hiccups with a defective batch of flooring but Jeff fixed it right away and the installers were back the next day to get it done. The installers were absolutely amazing! We plan to go back to Pierce for more flooring when we finish our basement!

We had purchased luxury flooring from Pierce about 2 years ago and had someone else who claimed to know how to lay flooring do it. Let me just say dont hire a secondary floor guy go through the flooring company that is the way to ensure you get a professional job done. After dissatisfaction with the previous floor guy we went back to Jeff Pickins at Pierce and he helped us redo all of our flooring the right way. The floor guys were outstanding- Bill had the best advice for doing it the right way by removing the old floor and putting in the right staples to the subfloor to deter lifting of old staples ( the wrong kind by the way used by the “claim to be floor guy”) - truly a great guy! Sam was another guy on the crew a very meticulous and kind person really knew his stuff and did a outstanding job with every piece - so glad he was on the job! Justin the third guy that helped fill in where needed was also very precise and meticulous and excellent at his job too - GREAT crew! Jeff came out a couple times to check progress and check in. I’d recommend Pierce flooring for future flooring installs - Very happy with the customer service, product, and installation! Thank You Jeff and crew!

Weve used Pierce Flooring for projects over the years in more than one of our homes. This last go-round was refacing a brick fireplace that had been refitted with a gas insert. Jeff Pickens was friendly and professional in helping me find the tiles I was looking for, answering all my questions, and making sure all the accessory items were chosen to go with the tile at the time of ordering. He also arranged the for the installation of the tiles, giving us a comprehensive estimate for the job. Despite circumstances beyond all our control (the covid-19 pandemic), he stayed on top of our delayed tile order, keeping us informed to the best of his knowledge as to the projected installation date. The project was completed to our complete satisfaction. The new fireplace looks gorgeous.I would like to add a special note about tile installer Paul Kleinsasser and his assistant Fred. Paul was meticulous in his work, careful and neat, never skimping on a step which might result in a more perfect outcome. Paul and Fred were also delightful to have in the house, friendly and polite and a pleasure to be around. We would be most happy to use their services on any future projects we come up with.

Worst experience ever !! They will not finish the job that was prepaid. They will not fix or warranty the work they did. They did not order enough tile because they measured wrong to begin with. Then over a month later we are not even on the schedule. The tile is done incorrectly, the staff is rude. No one will tell me when they will come back and finish the job or fix what was done incorrectly. Whatever has happened to Pierce flooring, they used to be good. They take your money in advance and outsource the job. See reviews on facebook that if anything goes wrong they drop you!! I feel taken advantage of and it feels awful. We own three houses in town and this is the last dollar Pierce will see from me.

Flooring prices are good and great installers however the sales staff did not return phone calls or stay in touch as much as they should have and this did cost them a complete kitchen remodel.

We recently purchased tile from Pierce Flooring and want to commend Bonnnie on her super customer service. She was helpful, efficient and kind throughout the entire process and we felt lucky to work with her. She made the drive from Cody very worthwhile for us. We will be back.

We needed to replace the carpet in our office so I called Pierce Flooring and met Cherene. She came 83 miles to measure our office and show us samples. She drove back and worked us up 4 quotes. We chose one and and she ordered the flooring and everything we needed to install it. It was on time and she always took my calls or answered my emails. We picked it up and had it installed and it looks AWESOME!! We did not use some of the material that she sent with it and there was not problem taking it back and getting a refund. The flooring is perfect and the help and dedicated customer service that we received from Cherene was unbelievable. Bonnie was great with helping find a good carpet. The installers did a great job. I did have trouble getting a return phone call a couple of time from the person scheduling the time to install. Left messages and never got a return call.

They have so many choices its pretty fantastic! I know you can get almost anything online, but I like actually seeing the real thing instead of just pictures so you know its what you want and having someone there to help when you need it is even better! We went to all the other home improvement stores and I have to say Pierces prices are more affordable, which really surprised us actually! Definitely will recommend to others!! Oh ya, and the boxes of tiles we ordered, their packaging wasnt damaged or roughed up, makes us feel better knowing we wont go home with damaged goods.

Although I didnt end up purchasing my carpet from Pierce Flooring in Billings (they didnt have the right color I was looking for), I was very impressed with their service. Jeff was extremely professional, discussed many options available, and thoroughly explained the entire process to me. He provided me a quote shortly after leaving my home late on a Friday afternoon, much earlier than I had anticipated. His quote was very competitive. What impressed me the most was the level of detail on the quote. These details included seam locations, % of waste, and the option for 12 or 15 carpet. No other carpet store bid came close to this level of detail. Many of you have likely experienced my frustration since carpet stores make it difficult to compare bids. Some stores quote in square yards, some in square feet (not too hard to convert), but some dont provide a breakdown of the price, or only provide a single total cost without explaining how they got that number. A few wont even provide a total number of square feet or square yards. If that is the case, I highly recommend that you check out Pierce Flooring because they are not like that. I will definitely consider Pierce for any future projects I have.

Is Pierce more expensive, yes probably, But the customer care makes it all worthwhile. Plus this is a Billings Family business, I shop local so our local community thrives.

Nice customer service to start the sale off. The after sale service was sub-par. After waiting a month, I called to see where my order was. Took 2 days to get a call back after leaving the sales manager a message. Learned that my order had been there waiting. Said high turnover in warehouse was to blame. Not going to be returning for any other projects.

We chose Pierce for their huge selection and combination deals of cabinets, counter tops and flooring. The sales staff was attentive, and knowledgeable. The problems started when it came time for actually delivering what they promised. Cabinets that were custom measured (twice) came in too small in some rooms, Counter tops that were to take 3 weeks took 5 weeks. When change order material arrived we had to call them to get the install scheduled. The material sat in their shop for two weeks until we called to ask about scheduling the install, and then had to wait another two weeks for the installer. It just felt like we had to hound them to get things finalized. I would rather have paid more somewhere else and been guaranteed delivery as promised. Great sales staff and selection... HORRID follow through and communication.

Bought our basement carpet from Pierce Flooring and LOVE LOVE IT!! Pierce was so helpful with the thick padding and the sweet carpet. We just love the rich beautiful color. Love that we got to bring pieces home to match to our wood floors. Christina lined up our installer and what a relief. She worked with us and our insurance company after the flood and things just went so smooth, and that was a relief as I was a mess.Thanks Pierce Flooring I will be back to see you again. Id like to say that we are extremely happy with our carpeting. There are a few things we think could use improvement, the timeframe in getting the carpet installed, for us was a little over two weeks. Another improvement would be better follow thorough from the sales person, we had to call a couple times to get a date scheduled for the install and after the carpet was installed there was no follow up from sales person to see if everything was okay. The installer was prompt and very professional, called before coming out to confirm the time of his arrival, he worked diligently and did a wonderful job, cleaning up everything and was very careful not to damage anything. So other than some areas of improvement due to lack of communication, we are, as always very happy.Sincerely,Mr. and Mrs. Mike Ventling

Pierce Flooring was so easy to work with on my grandmother’s flooring project! Cherene gave suggestions but was never pushy and we found the perfect carpet and vinyl tile we were looking for. Absolutely horrible experience and we will never use again. Lazy Susan was damaged upon being delivered and decided we would just use it since it was still in working condition. We didn’t want to wait another 3-4 weeks just for a new one to be made. We asked for a discount since we were accepting a damaged product but were denied. Once cabinets were installed, we found out they messed up the measurements on them, so inevitably, we had to wait 3-4 weeks anyways, to get them made correctly. Asked if we could just get the lazy Susan remade since we were going to have to wait the 3-4 weeks on cabinets, and was denied this at first, but eventually was told they would. Not only did they mess up the measurements on accident but PURPOSELY took off over 3 inches on our counter space because they thought it “ looked better “ having it shortened. ( we were using insurance and they were told to do it EXACTLY like it was before ). Had to argue with them to fix this.Finally our countertops were delivered. And they were the WRONG ones! So yes, we had to wait another 2 weeks for this to be fixed.The flooring guy never would call us back and eventually had to go through someone else to figure out when our flooring would be installed. With all these mess ups they did, you would think they would offer us a small discount. But no. We will never use them again and will never send anyone to use them either.
