Trying to get ready for a long trip in the Motorhome. The dash AC went out. Jim was great gave the RV a once over service check, made sure the AC was working. We had a wonderful trip thanks to his care before we left.

Ive never had a bad experience with this mechanic shop even though some say their prices are on the higher side I would have to say that Id rather pay the extra dollar and make sure the job gets done right then to get cheated. Heights Automotive has always done a wonderful job on anything I have brought to them without headaches and hassles and the owners are very very very wonderful people.

Worse experience Ive had making a purchase! I spent good money, and within 24 hours was unable to drive the vehicle. When I contacted them, I was mocked for expecting them to look at the vehicle the same day. After taking it somewhere else and was advised of all the issues, I returned to Heights Automotive, and had them look it over and was told there was nothing wrong with it at all. Ive since taken it to 3 places and have been quoted between $5000 to $11,000 dollars of major repairs. These repairs should of been noticed on any basic inspection, they are crooks! Big Lesson Learned On My Part!

They got me right in and I was out in 45 minutes. Oil change and tire rotation. Friendly professional services, great price. I will definitely be back with them. Thank you so so much guys!!!

I did not have my car serviced here so I cannot comment on the service. They sell used vehicles here as well. They have a very low/no pressure sales technique which I greatly appreciated. I believe I purchased a very nice vehicle for a very good price.

I recently purchased a vehicle from them and have been very pleased with my purchase. Jim in the service department has been extremely helpful. Had a wheel bearing, cv joint, alignment, and transaxel replaced 3 months ago, had to take it back to them twice, once right away because there were light on the dash that was not on before they worked on it. Found out they used the wrong bearing, and they supposedly ate the cost for it and got the right one, and now three months later needed the same wheel bearing changed, and it looked to be the original one still on it!! Wont ever do business with them again, $1300 down the tubes, and its still not right....

We just bought a 2007 van here and I have seen all the bad reviews out there for this shop so I thought Id add my experience... me and my husband went in and they all were super nice and helpful. He gave us the van for less then he was asking cuz it was what we could afford. He also let us drive it for as long as we need to make shore everything was running good. When we went to do the paperwork they were all ready and it only took 10 minutes to sign and get the keys. I recommend this please to everyone.

I just bought a 2005 van from them. A week later the transmission starts to fail on me. I am a mom of 5 and they are asking $3200+ to fix this van. They play Christian music in their lobby but dont trust them. Still have not got paperwork after 2 weeks.

Made an appointment to get some tires swapped for winter. They told me it would take about 35 minutes. Ended up being there over two hours. When I got my car back the radio was off ( how I left it) but when I turned it on it was set to static... ok weird. Then i found a flashlight the tech left in my car. So that raises a questions what was he doing to my radio and why did he need a flashlight? The only thing that he should be doing in my vehicle is moving it. The steering wheel, shift knob, and parking break were covered in a thin layer of grease. Greasy finger prints on my hood. Once again not sure why they were in there. They dont advertise a fluid check and I specifically said I just want the tires swapped. They were not very careful getting in or out of the vehicle either. Long story short... if you have a nice car that you care about go somewhere else. I now have to attempt to inspect my entire vehicle to figure out what they messed with.

BEWARE!!! Get a second opinion! Our $70 diagnostic was the transfer case needed replaced for a cost of $2300! Took it to another mechanic it was the bearings in the right wheel hub for a charge of $550! Very disappointed! I had used them on several other occasions, will never use them again! BEWARE!

To clarify. bruce south called at 5:20 saying he wanted to look at and purchase a vehicle. the business closes at 5:30. he said he was on the red lodge side of rockvale and would be there as soon as he could. the rude old man said he would wait and and told the gentleman that they accepted cash or cashiers checks on the used vehicles. the man said he could write a personal check and was informed that this could not be accepted. he is the one that then went ballistic! his check was as good as gold. (probably was) but that is the business policy, period. i was listening on speaker phone at the time. the extremely rude one was bruce.

Told me, my overdrive was not activating because of a faulty mechanism on the shifter. Estimated the cost to be around $250.00. I went to get a second opinion and found out that the wire was disconnected and just needed plugged back in. No new mechanism needed. Thanks for trying to shaft me.

Worst experience. This company is usually fine to go to as I have in the past, but just recently I went there to get new pads for my brakes. They said I needed whole new rotors and everything so sure, the car is old so I just get them... $800 later (which is a price I was expecting) I have EVERY BRAKE ERROR POSSIBLE. STOP CAR brake failure service Manuel abs error EVERY ERROR YOU CAN THINK OF. So I bring it back. And the mechanic dosnt charge me but says he fixed the problem. wrong. He cleared the codes and didnt fix what was wrong so the second I start my car it starts dinging with every brake error possible again... I did notice they had much put much larder rotors on then I originally had but I just figured it was something they didnt plug back in or whatever. Anyways I call and set up another appointment because I needed a new starter and they said they would fix the brake thing finally when I brought it in for a starter. $900 for a starter???? Yeah I know. Its a shop. Its expensive. But I didnt know Id be going bank rupt... plus they told me I had a horribly bad alternator that would definitely go out within the month and I needed a new one. BUT as soon as I got the new starter my alternator was suddenly perfect again? Hm weird. SO I get my car back and it starts fine BUT EVERY BRAKE ERROR CAME UP AGAIN AND THEY SAID ID NEED A NEW COMPUTER WHICH WAS $1000. YEA. RIGHT. its a 17 yea old car. Anyway you can agree or not with what I think about this company buy they arnt professional at all and I would highly not recommend going here as they are pretty shoddy and not pleasant people to be around :)

Took my vehicle here while visiting family from out of town. I was concerned about a possible transmission leak on my vehicle. Long story short heights automotive charged me $75.00 to have my vehicle pulled into a bay and have a mechanic pull the dipstick. They then attempted to tell me that my transmission was going out. Attempted to convince me to stay in town a few more days so they could repair my vehicle. I would like to let anyone who does business here stop!! Im still driving my pick up with no problems, i had a mechanic in my home town look at the vehicle as soon as i returned free of cost. Heights Automotive will rob you blind

This place cost me $300 to replace my account be blower. The part was given to me and all they did was remove my glove compartment assembly. I thought it was the part that was so expensive. No it costs $150. I was charged almost $500.

Im sure there was more to it than that and you cant expect a business to spend time on something for free. they do good work and are fare.
