Great bunch of guys. Honest & hard working! They apologized for the cost,but I knew how much my diesel fuel filter would be. They are up front and get work done in a timely manner.

Were not able to finish a job due to their scanner being broken. Said they would call back next day when they got it fixed. They did not call, so I drove around with the problem for 4 days.I finally called, and then came in because they had gotten a new scanner. What was supposed to be a quick fix ends up taking 2 hours, because halfway into working on it, they realize they were using the old broken scanner.Then, after all of this, they added another $50 to what they said the cost would be. Didnt lower it until I asked why it was higher.Will go elsewhere from now on.

Very happy! They fixed up my 98 Honda, treated me VERY well, this is why I sent my daughters Prius to them 2 days later for full exhaust (which had been stolen) I knew theyd treat me right! Cant remember gentlemans name but same guy did both, id give him a 10/10! Treated me right, daughter right, and VERY nice guy! He will ALWAYS get my business from now on!!

I made an appointment for an oil change, and from now on I will only do appointments. It was fast and easy and I didnt have to wait for them to finish cars ahead of mine. Convenient location for me.

Cheaper oil changes then master lube. Friendly staff. Would recommend them for oil changes as Ive never had them work on my vehicle. Will definitely go back

Very sketcy shop.... my 2015 honda pilot was straight up pad slapped but they had no problem charging for front pads and rotors.

I have used Midas for two cycles of brake repairs and It is funny how my calipers and rotors needed to be replaced even though they had half of mileage recommended for replacement. If you are thinking of using Midas please do a web search and check to see what a repair cost should be and compare it to what they charge. You will be shocked. Also, do not get sucked into believing their lifetime warranty will save you money. It will never happen.

Walmart stripped an oil plug, midas covered the oil change and ordered a part for it. Not too shabby.

Good quick Service

Super great customer service. Was on a 10 day road trip and making the final stretch home when my wheel bearing siezed up. They got me in and approved for their credit card and with exception for the Napa delivery driver being delayed, Midas techs had me in and out in no time and stayed a little after they closed to make sure everythjng was done right. Appreciate everything!!!

Took a used car I was looking into buying in for a quick pre-purchase inspection. They advices against buying the car, saving me so much money in hassle and a bad investment! They explained and showed me the problems to watch for. I REALLY appreciated their inspection.

They are always friendly and explain what they are doing befor hand. If they have a dale they mention it so I dont have to keep track of coupons.

Brought my vehicle in for warranty work only to find out that they never actually replaced the part that was bad the first time I brought it in to them. Hit me for close to $1000.00 the first time and just about got me for $1300.00 a second time. Be wary of this business.

Good car repair

As of 9/11/19 stopped in and Ryan took care of me 100%. Had a bunch of issues and they solved it all. They are full service and very affordable. Welded exhaust, replaced gaskets, greased u-joints fixed leaking axle seal and got me in ASAP when i was on the road doing 3000+ mile trip on and off-road. Very happy with the price and office personnel was great too!

Great atmosphere and good work. I went in for an alignment check and while there, the person working behind the desk gave several children treats, let them choose cartoons to watch on their television, and was so kind. They made sure my truck was good to go. Will be returning when I need work done for sure! Super impressed!

For the past few years, Ive been going to this Midas location for any routine or maintenance work. I keep going back because they have excellent service all around. Also, they have never tried to take advantage of a sale. I appreciate their work and integrity!

Best place to get oil change. They rotate the tires for free and they noticed my new plates on the seat and asked me if I would like them to put them on. Best Customer Service. Thanks Midas! I WILL be back!

Took my car here last week because the heat went out the it was having idling issues. They told us it was the starter and needed a new radiator hose as well. $500 later it dies a block away from their shop. Won’t start, can’t even move the shifter. The guy claims it’s a fuse and tows it back to the shop and said we could pick it up the next day, after he tried to convince us to split the tow bill with him! Get the car home and same problems. Have to change a fuse any time the headlights are turned on. Now it blows that fuse no matter what and won’t start. Herald on the phone tells me it’s probably electrical and it’s not their fault, even though these things never happened before we took it there. With a nasty attitude he tells me they won’t even look at it again without charging us AGAIN!! Taking it to a different mechanic today, I wish I would’ve known how awful this Midas has become before I wasted the time and money only to be treated terribly and end up with more problems and headaches and expenses than I had before. I recommend going literally anywhere else before here!

Charged a little more than quoted. End the end worth it though... Ryan the Mechanic, cant say enough good. Attention to detail, verbal with customer. Listens, yet give correct direction when needed. Keep up the good work team...

We were new in town and needed some work on a rig with pretty short notice. These guys got it in right away for a diagnosis and fit it in for repair in plenty of time. Quick work, excellent service, and I didnt feel like we were being squeezed for extra work that didnt need to be done.

We are new in town and needed a hose fixed on our vehicle. My husband was told that they were going to have to take the whole front end of the car apart to change said hose and that it was going to take an upwards of 4 hours to do the job and at an estimated $630.00-$650.00..so as my husband is going to get the money he figured hed pull into Tire Rama to get a second opinion.. the whole front end did NOT need to be taken apart..the only thing taken off was the hose and replaced, the job took them 2 hours and was only $400..its not ok to try and take advantage, we will be taking our vehicle to Tire Rama from now on!

Took an hour to change the oil in my truck with no one in front of me and to top it off, the left the oil cap off the engine when they were finished which I didnt discover till I noticed the engine was running weird and opened the hood to check... Terrible.

I took my van in to get an oil change and tire rotation. 45 minutes later i get a call that my van was done, also got informed that my tires were bad and wipers and air filter and axle seals all needed changing. I refused the extras and picked up my vehicle. After arriving home i realized that my tires had NOT been rotated. So my question is this, how do you find out that my front axle seals are bad without taking a tire off? I would NOT recommend to anyone that doesnt want to be told extra things are bad on your vehicle so the mechanic can make a extra buck. Will not be returning and will tell everyone to stay away.

I took my truck in there to get the oil change and tires rotated they left a flap open that covers my oil filter they didnt torque the wheels down I lost a cap on one of the lug nuts when I brought it back they were just plain smartasses about it I will never return

First and last time I went to this business...1st they said I needed a bunch of work done on my car totaling over 1,500$! I left in tears knowing as a single mother there was no way I would be able to come up with that kind of money! They said I needed a tranny flush...which seemed odd to me cuz I had just had one done.then they said My rear differential was low and needed work,they said all my other fluids were great.even on the paper work I left with it said my Coolant was full.i told them the next morning I was going out of town so it was important that I know all my fluids were on point and they reassured me everything was fine.i get 80 miles outside of great falls and I smell oil buring...IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE MIND U WITH MY CHILD!!!!! I WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF COOLANT!!!!! THERE IS NO LEAK...NEVER HAS BEEN SO HOW COULD SOMETHING LIKE THIS GO UN NOTICED???!!!! ALMOST BLEW THE MOTOR IN MY CAR!!!!Then returning to Billings I took my car to my mechanic to confirm the work Supposably needing done and u know what my mechanic tells me??? There is no way they checked your rear Differential ...the seal hadnt been broke in a long while..not only that but my transmission fluid was fine! The only work needed on my car was tires...SO I SPENT MY 525$ AT TIRE RAMA ON CENTRAL AND GOT GREAT SURVICE!!! SO DISAPPOINTED THEY WOULD TRY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF NOT ONLY A FEMALE..BUT A SINGLE WORKING MOTHER.SHAME ON YOU!!!! MASTER LUBE ON GRAND ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB AND ONE TIME THEY EVEN FIXED MY RADIATOR HOSE FOR FREE! I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AS LONG AS I AM IN BILLINGS!!!

On a cross country road trip. Needed an oil change and stoped here. Was the last oil change of the day and the mechanic didnt put my oil cap back on half way, didnt put the screws all back in the undercarage protecter, didnt reset main reqd light, broke passenger panel and left another one on floor and spilled oil on engine! Josh at the counter was nice but the mechanic was a jerk with an attitude. If you want it done right, just go across the street to penzoil. They fixed the undercargde for FREE WITH A SMILE!
