Car troubles stress me out a LOT, and Auto Works 360 made my car troubles so much easier to manage. I was desperate. My car (Saab 9-5) would not idle, and Dana Motors (the Saab dealership and mechanic) was unavailable. These guys were the only other place I knew that could work on Saabs, so I called and they said they could at least look at it! So I got a AAA tow from Costco to Auto Works 360, they took a look at my car, plugged in a loose hose and it was fixed! They were quick, and didnt charge me a dime! I am so so grateful for their kindness. They were so easy to talk to and made me laugh, calming my nerves. They will be my go-to from now on! Thank you guys so much!-Samantha

I wanted to jump on here real quick and thank Will and the team for working on my car today. We had a wheel bearing go out on us while we were in town visiting family. I called numerous shops in town, and everyone was too busy to help although Auto Works was busy, they didn’t hesitate to help us get us back on the road safely. They also gave us a loaner car so we wouldn’t be stuck at the shop all day. We are incredibly thankful for the kind service and hard work.

When our AC stopped blowing cold and the drivers side window wouldnt go down I called and they were able to get in my vehicle in next day! It took them only 24 hours to make the repairs (needed to order a part), and the price was really fair. They kept me in the loop the whole time and made me feel like I was heard! I highly recommend them for all your auto needs!

The employees here are very helpful and professional. Even when I couldnt be there to drop off or pick up my vehicle they were happy to not only talk with and help my wife understand what needed to be done as well as give me a call to explain it all to me! The entire staff is very knowledgeable and professional. When I took my Subaru Legacy in, for all of the dash lights coming on and it over heating, the owner and a tech came over immediately and pretty much knew what the problem was. They did the test on the radiator and confirmed it was the head gaskets. They did the repair in less than a week and I left happy and confident. Overall a super friendly and fast experience. My car battery turned to toast in a crazy cold snap, and they got me back up and running the next day. It would have been same-day if my schedule had lined up, even with ordering my particular battery! Great staff and a comfortable and clean lobby for the ~15 minutes I waited, and all with no appointment needed (though the sign on the door said Saturdays do require appointments)

These guys are Great!!! I asked for a diagnostic which they did for me at no cost but when leaving my car wouldnt start. Jr the owner came out helped me get the gas in found out that my battery was the issue and is now replacing it at a very reasonable price!! Brought my car in for overheating, mechanic couldnt figure out what was wrong but told me hed have to order a new part for it (module) and a fan which would leave me without a car for a week. I thought he said he didnt know what was wrong with my car?? Hmm?
