Impeccable customer service! I had my car in for a detail, and while they were washing it my clear coat started to peal, keep in mind it is a older car and already had some cosmetic issues, which was the underlying reason the clear coat started to peal. Larry, and the team at MARS, took full responsibility and took in on their own to repaint the side of my car that started to peal as well as a quick interior detail to make sure I was a happy customer walking out. Would definitely recommend MARS to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to take their vehicle to get some TLC.

I took my Honda CR-V to MARS to have the headlights polished, remote start installed, and windows tinted. Im from AZ so I have some knowledge of tint!!! MARS did an outstanding job on my car!!! Ill go back for more upgrades later and would recommend them to anyone that was window tint or anything else!!! The gentlemen gave me a quote over the phone and we set an appointment. The end bill was $8 more than the quote. That was awesome!!!! I loved that there was no surprises!!! The staff is very courteous as well!!! I wasnt able to pick my car up the same day due to work commitments so they kept it there for 4 days without any issues!!!! I am far beyond pleased with this experience!!!!

Called about PDR, gentleman on the phone was somewhat helpful but at least polite. He says I can email him some pictures to make sure they can do the job. The email I sent had the dent photos and my contact info. Never heard back from them. If you cant do it just let me know so I can look for somewhere else.

I will return to have any work done on my vehicles that they do. It was a wonderful experience. Friendly, efficient, well priced.

In the past 6 months, Ive used MARS twice. First, for adding the SharpShield windshield coating as my welcome present to Montana was a new windshield. And more recently, I had them install a new bottom driver seat cover in my truck.On each visit, Toby and the staff took care of me quickly and did a professional job taking care of my truck.I look forward to continuing using their services.

Today my husband and I drove from the heights all the way out to the West End to Mars in a 39 ft rv,because I had a reservation to have our RV looked at to have the carpets shampooed in it and they told me anytime between 9 and 1. At 11 we showed up the open sign was on all the doors were locked no sign on the door stating maybe they had gone to lunch or something and when theyd be back, nothing whatsoever. I called the phone number to see if somebody would answer and I got voicemail so I left them a nice little message. If they were not going to be there they could have called me or left a note stating where they were or why it was closed but to drive a huge RV all the way through town for this to happen was extremely unprofessional of them. I guess they think their special now. Needless to say I will not be going back and theyve lost potential customer. Your loss someone elses gain.

MARS did a paint protection film and ceramic coating for me that turned out great! Spencer was helpful, thorough, and helped me find the right services to match my budget. Service was fast, and everybody was friendly.

As you can tell from the 2 stars, Im not entirely happy with my experience on MARS. I have a truck that I bought from a construction company, it was dirty. I cleaned it best as I could, vacuumed, wiped down with soap and water, but just couldnt get it as clean as a detail shop can. Having worked at a couple of dealerships that used MARS for one thing or another, seeing the results of the vehicles that my boss had them do for him, and I admire Devons work ethic that he built his business from working out of his van to being pretty successful. I decided to take my truck there. I made a 8am appointment to get the interior detailed. I showed up at 7:45, showed the gentleman that checked me in that I was mainly concerned about the little dirt and crud in the texture of the dash, all of the crevices, and the dirt in the carpet. That was when I started having my first misgivings, he told me that they will do what they could, but it may take longer and be more expensive than the quoted price... so... they are trying to upsell me to get my vehicle clean? mind you I already cleaned this outfit. its cleanish. Its just dirt. No dog hair or lolly pops. with the right equipment its a 2 hour detail and it will glitter (as much as 10 year old plastic and cloth will glitter). I told him that I wasnt interested in paying above the $180 quoted price, he said they would see what they can do. I told him that if the interior of the truck is still wet, I wouldnt mind at all, I had some minor mechanical work to do on it, and it could dry just fine while I was doing my thing. He told me that was fine, and to give him a call at noon as it should be done then.At noon I gave him a call on his direct line, I didnt get through so I called MARS number, asked the chap on the line if my truck was ready, he told me that it wasnt going to be ready until 4:30 to 5:00! I told hi what the other guy told me about noon, and that I wasnt interested in waiting for it to dry. he said that they normally tell people 4:30-5:00. after I was off the phone and was stewing on it for a minute, I decided that if they hadnt started on my 8:00 am detail, I would pick up my truck. I called back and asked if they had started cleaning it yet (I am a courteous even toned person, so I am polite), he said that the guy had been working on it all morning Trying to get all of that dirt out. After that call, the chap that originally checked me in called me, he told me that my vehicle would be done at 2:30-3:00. I wasnt terribly thrilled, but whatever. at 3:15 I got a call that said my vehicle would be done in half a hour. When I picked up my vehicle, they gushed over how filthy it was, and how much elbow grease their poor little chap had to put into it (my words lol), I figured if their detail guy did make it satisfactorily clean, I would tip him a $20. He probably didnt have anything to do with the garbage at the front desk that Im completely unimpressed with. I am sorry to say, I did not tip him, in my opinion, tips are earned, not given. 90% of the texture in the dash was clean, the A pillars were cleaned halfways, the carpet was... cleaner than it had been... can actually see dirt streaks in it. say what? yeah, thats what I said! the tops of the seats were cleaned... how about the front of the cloth where your legs sit (or dangle depending on stature)? nope! Either it was a lazy guy doing a 2 hour detail, or it was a really good guy doing a 10 minute detail! He didnt get around the radio screen (not a big nav screen), or around the instrument cluster edges. going to have to go around it with q tips and glass cleaner.My bill was $184, so $4 more than quoted... no, 4 bucks aint diddly squat, but its not what I was quoted.In my opinion, there is good customer service and bad, I wasnt impressed. there is clean and dirty, I was not impressed

MARS did an AMAZING job detailing my car back in September. I have 3 dogs who rode to work with me every day, so I have a TON of dog hair everywhere! it was SPOTLESS when they were done with it! Then my husband surprised me with custom black and yellow seats for my steelermobile for Christmas! Theyre so beautiful! I highly recommend them!

Initially I had a rough experience during my first visit at MARS and left feeling like my questions werent important. So I left a review on google and the owner responded. He asked to talk with me about the situation. I called and we talked about what happened and he was extremely helpful and very kind. He was able to recommend solutions for my vehicle and offer insight into local business that could do body work for my vehicle. I appreciated his apology and advice for my vehicle. I will be reconsidering them for future vehicle sevices!

Just picked up my 9-yr old car from MARS yesterday after a full inside and outside detail. I hardly recognize it as the same beat up car! The interior looks brand new again and the exterior actually looks clean instead of perpetually dusty. Staff is incredibly friendly, and it was also quite a bit less expensive than the original estimate. I will definitely recommend them to friends!

I just got my car back from MARS. I couldnt be happier with the finished product! Ceramic coated the entire car, expelled it and tinted the windows. It looks like a different car. I only take my cars to MARS, and there is a reason why. Devon and his entire team are top notch! I always appreciate how the team at MARS goes above and beyond for me!!

Had my 17 Midnight edition ceramic coated with Gyeon and I loved it. Truck looked amazying most of the time.I recently had my 2021 Duramax AT4 cermaic coated and it looked amazying when i picked it up, but i dont know if change in product is less superior. I have noticed water that does roll off and leaves spots all over the hood. Its a lot more work to keep the truck clean. Previous experience my hood was always spotless and shiny with very minimal wiping.Overall these guys do great work. I am curious about the new products vs old. Maybe I need another coating to get the results i am wanting.

I went here to get hail damage repaired after a hail storm we had not that long ago here in Montana, they were able to get the dents out but when they repainted my roof they left bubbles in the paint. When they reinstalled the headliner and everything back on the interior none of it was put in correctly, these people need quality control something bad...I would recommend anywhere else in town to get your work done regardless of what it is because of how bad the quality of work was from these people

I’m so pleased with my Platinum detail on my 6 year old SUV. Seriously looks like it just rolled out of the factory! Also, a big thank you to Pascal on the crew at MARS! He found my teenage son’s wallet full of birthday gift cards and cash on the floor under the backseat, and turned it right over to the office. Larry called me that very morning to let us know the wallet was safely inside his office. Really grateful for the honest and hardworking crew over at MARS. I’ve been showing my friends and neigbors what a beautiful job they’ve done on my SUV, especially with the carpet. Just bought a new F150, needed some accessories put on the truck. I had a slight issue with it, so i called them to have it fixed and they were right on it, no hassle or anything. i definitely recommend MARS for all of your off road and cosmic need, very professional and good quality work!

I was having such a hard time working with another place in Billings to get my car in to get hail damage repaired. I walked into MARS on a Thursday, they had me drop my car off on Monday and was done with it on Thursday! They were AWESOME to work with and my car looks great!!!!

Ended up calling last minute, but owner said they could fit me in for vacuum and interior wipe down. Initial customer service was great so I was hopeful. When the car was done it looked like Id just paid $75 for a vacuum and windshield wash. I actually went back in and asked for a cloth to wipe interior down. Corners, cup holders, door handles, gear shift, even vents were all still full of dust or had spill drops. Vacuum job was great. Windshield was clean. Owner explained that they slid me in, so their best job couldnt be done? Why did you accept my vehicle for an appointment? Probably wont go back, was temporarily excited to find what I thought was going to be a good resource for our truck aftermarket parts, and details. :( Maybe just an off day for them. Im out $75, and now have to go spend more to finish it. Bummer.

So what has been a couple weeks since I have had my detailing job done with Mars and they did do a good job on the exterior paint correction but I have noticed that at some point during the cleaning process of the interior who ever clean the interior impacted my GPS screen and have caused it to spider crack which now Im having to get it replaced which will cost me about $6500. So make sure when you pick your vehicle up that you do a thorough Inspection of it to make sure that they did not do any damage

It’s rare that I’ll completely rewrite a review but Mars really did turn a frustrating problem into a positive experience.I bought a product new to their lineup and we ran into some reasonable problems. Being the first time I’ve interacted with this business I was on edge because they had my money and all I had was a few promises that they would get to it when they could. Driving back and wasting a day was not on my fun list of things to do, but honestly they handled it fantastically.They fixed the problem right away the next day, and even set me up with a loaner since I was in a pinch with my family. They made it a priority to ensure everything was great. They did this all without any big complaining from me. I didn’t make any scenes or go in yelling. They just saw I was frustrated and they made sure it was resolved immediately. Bravo to them.Despite the initial mixup, Mars really came through and I have to say I’m very impressed. I get the feeling this is a business where 99% of the time everything goes perfectly and the few times someone has a problem they resolve promptly. I’m happy to join their long list of 5 star reviews.

They did a leather repair on my seat. Mars did a fantastic job, cant tell there was a hole or that it was repaired. Fast, professional, definently recommend them for all your cars blemishes.

We gave our daughter a car detailing for Christmas. She just graduated from college and has an older Highlander. Her vehicle literally looked brand new when she got it back!! They even took the seats out to get at a stain under the seats. Truly, the job they did was amazing. We will definitely go back, and highly recommend them.

I went to Mars to put leather heated seats in my rav4. Jim there was super friendly and easy to work with! They were estimating about two days to complete the installation, so I was happily surprised when they called me later that day saying they had finished early and I could come pick up my car! I highly recommend them and will be excited to try there detailing service next!

I took my car in for a detailing, mostly to have scratches removed, they got a lot of them out. They needed to keep the car overnight, so when they were done, car sat out all day, then was covered with dust, not their fault. But for what I paid, I wasnt that impressed, I will say the staff was very good.

Had a third row DVD player installed that began having screen issues about 6 months later. Brought the van back in and they had the unit replaced in about half an hour all under warranty! We are impressed!

My family finally got me into Mars of Billings and Let me tell you that I HIGHLY recommend this place! My Honda pilot was 5 years of pure gunk and smelled like rotten milk everytime I started the car. I called them up and Toby answered with a kind and optimistic manner. He gave me a rough estimate on how much it would cost with the Gold package. Once I dropped it off they warned that I would be charged extra ($25-$50) due to it being REALLY dirty which was understandable. They had my car for 8 hours as told and it was a completely different vehicle! It was like they bought me a new Honda Pilot as it had no smell and no trace of gunk in any of the crevices between the seats, all my floor mats and carpets were professionally degreased and cleaned! Even the little pockets and seats were cleaned meticulously. Also, no more rotten milk odor!I am SO GLAD I contacted Mars as they were kind, professional and wanted to help me in every step of the way. My experience was perfect and my car is enjoyable to drive again. Thank you Toby and Staff!!

Dont get window tint done here, lasted a month and pealed from both windows. Any tint Ive done before was on outside of windows and they for whatever reason put in to the inside of windows?? The bed liner looks great but window tinting is a joke

My son and I found Mars while passing through Billings on a cross-country road trip. We hadgotten some ink stains on our leather seats and wanted to get them repaired asap. Devon and Craig checked out the stains, fully explained our best alternative, and offered to repair the damage for a great price. But when they found out we hadn’t been to Beartooth Pass, they convinced us to use our one and only day near Billings to go see the mountains instead, and deal with the relatively simple repair when we got home to Florida. We are so thankful to Devon and Craig for putting our minds at ease about the damage to our car and telling us about Beartooth Pass, which turned out to be one of the absolute best parts of our 3-week road trip. These guys demonstrated that they put their customers before profit. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks very much Devon and Craig!

I took my car in to be detailed so I could sell it. I was expecting them to do a fantastic job! To have it look better than if I had done it myself! (I own a buffer) I mean, isnt that why we go to professionals? Theyre experts at what they do right? Otherwise we wouldnt need to invest in people like hairstylists or painters etc. right? Well I spent the 250 and was assured it will look new when I get it back. I was somewhat excited! But then when I picked it up they had only washed it (not even underneath) and cleaned the interior. I would have done better myself, they didnt even polish the TIRES! There was obvious dirt on the bottom of the car and the engine was still dirty! The windows had oil streaks from the stuff they used on the interior...I was sick that I had spent that money. Well they seen my disapointment in my face because I wanted to cry at this point but then they said, Hey, heres what we can do. You can pay us 314 and well polish the headlights and steam the engine. At this point I felt I had no choice. Those were the 2 things I wanted from the beginning. I just tried to be polite and hoped theyd fix this mess. I wish I would have just had my headlights and engine steamed to begin with and thats it! I could have just went to my favorite carwash and had a better job done, then had money left to do something worthwhile. Lesson learned.
