Eddy is the go to guy helped me set up my new phone and ran me thru everything with ease, great guy and would send anyone his way if they wanted to get some help or become apart of the family
Eddie Guel was so amazing and very helpful. He was the only staff in the office and had five customers waiting on him. We was very courteous, never got flustered, never rude, he continually apologized for the long wait and explained he would be with us as soon as he could. He offered more comfortable chairs for customers. He took his time with each customer, answering all their questions. It was amazing how he did it with such ease. Me, being a manager of a physician clinic, know how that many customers can weigh heavy on you as you try to take care of each persons need but trying not to make the wait time too long. Eddie did amazing. He is a true asset to Verizon! He was so thorough and helpful when it was our turn to be waited on. He continued to apologize for our wait. He was exceptionally pleasant. As we finished up he informed us if we have any issues do not hesitate to come see him, he will take care of us. That meant so much to us!! Thank you Eddie for your time, patience and gracious attitude!!

I went in to get a sim card problem fixed and there was one employee trying to do his best but after he fixed my phone I lost a bunch of apps that I used for my business and when I asked him what happened all he would say is he only removed the Sim card and did a settings rest. I continued to ask him and of course I was upset and he then started to slam drawers and we both ended up in each others face. Personally I dont blame him cause that store CANNOT keep employees. I knew I should of went to the corporate store in midland. Whom ever owns this store needs to figure out how to keep employees cause its not fair for one man to have to multi task between 5 customers and have others walk out due to the lack of employees. Honestly I will never go back there. My advice is travel to the corporate store in midland.
We were extremely pleased with our service at Big Spring’s Verizon. Our rep, I believe Katie was her name, was very helpful (and patient with us)! lol.

I had to get my new phone activated and had great service! Not only did they activate it they also made sure all my contacts, messages etc. transferred, they also put my new screen saver, cover and other accessories on for me! Very nice staff working at this store!
I have put off upgrading my phone for several years, but Destinee assured me that she would transfer all of my photos, messages, and documents to the new phone. She was as good as her word, spending several hours getting everything moved. She patiently answered all of my questions and explained the new elements of the phone. After all that, she told me to come back in with any other questions. Thats why I bought my phone at the local Verizon store, so I can have help with any questions or problems.
It’s Sunday 3:12pm the Store Hours are 12-5pm on Sunday and yet no one is here! I need a replacement phone ASAP! I usually order online due to lack of customer service, but I need a phone today. Verizon in Midland here I go.
Girl that helped me was on her own with a full store helping multiple people. One customer was being very rude and she never lost her cool. She did great.

Right when we walked in, Lester Herrera, got up to greet us and was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and really took the time to make sure we didnt need anything else. Going off by their reviews I was a bit cautious but was pleasantly surprised with his level of customer service. He even stayed past closing time to finish getting us set up.

After having been told by a separate corporate store that there was nothing my mother-in-law could do to get my ailing and incapacitated father-in-laws account into her name so she could make necessary changes, we went into the Russell Cellular Verizon Store in Big Spring for a second opinion. While the first store told us we had to get a power of attorney, Naomi in the Big Spring Store was very helpful telling us instead of a power of attorney, we could call the Assumption of Liability line with Verizon and get the information transferred over. We did this and it took us about 25 minutes. We went back into the store and within less than 45 minutes, my mother-in-law had transferred the information over, made the changes necessary and gotten the upgrade on her phone she desperately needed. We asked why we hadnt been told about the Assumption of Liability at the other store and were told that they were a corporate store and probably didnt have time to help us. I appreciate Naomi and the staff at Russell Cellular in Big Spring helping us do what needed to be done! We will use this location as much as possible instead of the big corporate store in Midland who doesnt have the time to help customers properly.
I am an existing Verizon customer. I went to Verizon to upgrade my families phones. I went from a Samsung Galaxy S7 to a Samsung Galaxy S9. My son went from a Motorola Droid Turbo to a Google Pixel Three. My daughter went from a Motorola Droid Turbo to an iPhone XR. We are all three very pleased with our service, our phones and the care and attention we received during the upgrading process.

Do not trust what the employees tell you here they have no idea what they are talking. Last incident involving my husband done it for me. After explaining to me what they told him to do I had to go up to the store myself to find out what was going on. I was taken back when the young lady told me she had him get a prepaid phone somewhere and he could then replace the sim card with his. I told her Honey even I know you can not do that if u could everyone would be doing it . I could not believe it I really thought he completely misunderstood but nope.. she tried to say will I thought he would find some cheap phone somewhere. I said You just told me u told him to get a prepaid phone. How does that translate into getting a cheap phone? You can not simply buy a prepaid phone or even a cheap phone and use it with your contract sim card. With prepaid you will have to use it for a period of time before you can and with some cheap phone u get somewhere you have no idea if its going work for several different reasons. She gave no warning to him on what could happen if he bought prepaid or cheap phone . This isnt the first time something like this happen. I hate giving a negative review but this one did it for me.. know what your talking about. if you dont know dont pretend you dont ..
Went on the 1st of February and replaced my screen protector. Got outside and left when I noticed the protector was bubbled up on the bottom causing me to have issues unlocking the scree . Took my case off and the whole protector came off with it. Store was already closed so i went back the next day and they told me they couldnt replace it or do a refund and to register with pure gear . I did that and since have not heard back from pure gear either. Spent $50 on junk

I needed a SD card for my MOTO Z and then needed pictures moved over to the SD card. The tech was finally able to insert the SD card but was at a total loss on how to move pictures, etc over to it. She kept going here, then going there, just kept pushing buttons. I finally said, you have no idea what youre doing do you, youre just pushing buttons!!!!!! I left the store and transferred the pics, videos, etc myself, it wasnt that hard.
I love Verizon and dealing with them online, this store is a different story. I avoid using them if I can.
Theyre Just guessing at the problem with my new phone.. reset didnt work, still have the problem. These people did not sell me the phone so they cant warranty it like Verizon says you can within 14 days. I have to take it where I bought it 630 miles away.
Rude, unprofessional and untrained employee working this evening!!! Management needs to watch camera footage around 1600hrs 02/03/19 and watch the employee slam her phone and grunt for whatever reason. Also instead of taking care of customers she was to busy on her personal phone doing personal stuff....fb, messaging etc.
Sammy was fast and very proficient. He took the time to explain all we needed.
