I told them I had just had a phone stolen and all I wanted to do was purchase a new phone. I wanted a lower cost phone because I wanted to get the new iPhone when it came out. They told me I couldnt by a phone cash with out using my upgrade so I said fine I will do a prepaid. They tolde to go to Walmart and purchase one there

Went in to talk about new services. As I have T-Mobile and looking to switch over. A guy by the name of Dane saw me walked in and didn’t even bother to approach or welcome me. It wasn’t until I walked to the counter did he say hello. I asked about deals and online deals but he couldn’t give me direct answers about plans and services. So I left and I will be going to Verizon to see what offers they have. One person can ruin your business and this I guess manager is yours. Good luck.

1 to 1 ratio for employees and customers? Great that yall are taking precaution but i got rejected at the door when my father and I tried to upgrade his phone. I went to try and make sure my father didnt get fked over, but he didnt even want to business there after that. I dont think 2/1 or 3/1 ratio would hurt in all reality...

I believe the employee thag helped us was named Ray. He was an amazing store associate. A great help, and super friendly. Plus well, at&t is obviously the best choice haha.
The wait is long but you get that at any At&t store. The staff are a pleasure to deal with Ray is great and does everything possible to resolve your issues, April is wonderful and always smiling . They are all eager to help you anyway they can

Yaws workers at big springs try there best to help everybody in there in take a little while but they do there job and they do it real good and there pretty damn friendly.

Dont go here if you need any information about anything other than phone sales. The girl didnt even suggest other ways to deal with technical issues of any kind, she couldnt even switch out a sim card...
Customer service is terrible. I waited an hour & no one came to help me. Even when they were done with their previous customers I still didn’t receive help & left without ever being helped. There was 4 people working & no one knew what they were doing.
