I picked this piece because it is unique in its design, masculine with a touch of fire and flawless. When I received it, I was blown away by the presentation and packaging. This is the definition of luxury to me, from every angle. The materials and selection are phenomenal, but what got me was the service. Ive been to both locations in Los Angeles. Im not a high roller, and you can definitely tell at first glance. It did not stop anyone from giving me a full experience and answering the billions of questions I had. Quality isnt about keeping your nose high, its having nothing to fear or hide when it comes to owning yourself and your product.

Disappointing customer service. I went there with my fiance to look for wedding bands and as soon as the representative realized that we were just beginning to shop for our bands and may not complete the purchase the same day, she dismissed us very quickly by giving us her card and left.

Its hard to go wrong inside a David Yurman store. This location went through an upgrade/remodel a few years back, so it has that new store feel to it. The space is well laid out, the staff are very professional, attentive and friendly. Me and my husband went there to buy a wedding band, the sales representative there was so rude, I tried one ring on and want to try another one, then the sales was like: oh, let me give you a catalog, you can give me call when you are ready, we are about to close, bye! The store close at 6pm and the time we went there was only 3pm. The sales were just talking with each other and doesnt care about customers at all.David Yurman has good design on ring but you guys should really train your employees properly, I own a retail boutique store and if my employee treat customer like this Ill just fire themBvlgari and Tiffanys customer service are way better than David Yurmans. Bye Ill never buy from this brand

Let me start with saying I love my rep at the BH location. With that said, I walked in last week, was greeted, and I started to look around. Once I was ready, I walked to the counter where a gentleman sales rep did everything he could to ignore me, hard to do as I was standing in front of him. He shifted things around, looked around and finally said is there something you need.I thought, is this guy kidding. Clearly I was not standing there for my health, I asked for my sales person, who graciously helped me purchase several bracelets..Word to the other sales rep: the color of money comes in any shades.

Service was wonderful but very disappointed with selection. Seemed as though every item I chose they did not have my size of bracelets 🥺

I love their jewelry...bought an Onyx Bracelet absolutely love it...and a matching necklace...the sales staff were very helpful...highly recommend to all friends to come here for their accessory or jewelry needs.
