I can’t say enough good words about Mike and the manager Robert here. I had a great experience working with Mike regarding the purchase of a Rolex Submariner. I first inquired with the store manager, Bob several months ago and expressed my interest in a few different models. Bob connected me with Mike and I am so grateful for their professionalism, knowledge of Rolex and excellence in sales. Mike was super helpful in reviewing the different options of metal, dial and bracelet for the various models. He is also a very genuine and friendly salesperson - which as we all know isn’t always the case when inquiring about a Rolex these days - so it was also fun to stop in the store and catch up. Fortunately for me we kept in contact and eventually the watch I was most excited for became available for purchase. I am beyond grateful and appreciate everything Mike did to help me acquire a Submariner. Definitely stop in here if you’re looking for Rolex, Tudor or Hermès watches, jewelry or luxury home goods. They’ll treat you well and you’ll have fun shopping. And for those of you waiting for your own Rolex, just be patient and it’ll work out :)

Danica brought the joy back into shopping. For the last several years, I simply stopped shopping for anything in person. Frankly, I have hated shopping for the last decade until I met Danica. She is amazing. Everytime I have needed anything at all - from a cute trinket for myself to a variety of gifts, she has always helped find the perfect goodie and made the experience flawless. Everyone else at Gearys has always been wonderful too. Really lovely and friendly people. They are the very best!

Gearys is where you go to turn dreams into reality. I went into the store and was greeted by Michael L. I always knew I wanted a Rolex, but didn’t know which one, Mike went above and beyond with his customer service. Not only was he thoughtful and personable he was incredibly patient. He took the time to go through each of the options Rolex let’s you customize and then took it one step further, but I helping me design my dream watch. What I thought would take months to get came in weeks. I am so grateful for Michael’s help and highly recommend not only Gearys, but working with Mike he won’t let you leave unhappy.

Great people work there, the only issue is that they don’t have anything I want in stock.

Robert Robert we love him ! very nice general manage. wont judge you even your wearing a casual tshirt entering there luxury store.My wife and I was in a hunt / looking of buy a Rolex watch then we came across with Robert and show us the collection of tudor because Rolex is out of stock and waiting time is like 4-6 months tops just to get one. so purchased my first blackbay GMT and was very happy. overall our shopping experience was over the top from start to finish. huge shoutout to ROBERT LUGARI. this is the only luxury store im getting my ROLEX with the help of my MAN ROBERT, will be waiting for his call when the time comes. he knows all my watches will be pass on to my kids. Was just there wanting to purchase home items, however, was treated with prejudice. Apparently they ONLY check your temperature IF YOU’RE ASIAN. The Caucasian customers that entered before and after us were not asked to check temperature upon entering the store. Disappointed to see.

Gearys got it right with Carson M, the young Rolex sales consultant at 151 North Beverly Drive! I have been a watch purist for years and knew I could not just walk into a Rolex boutique and ask for unicorn pieces. Carson kindly took my information down on a subby 116610LN, that I have patiently been waiting for and asked what other piece I would like. I replied a Yachtmaster Bluesy with red seconds hand 126622 would be nice. Also very rare piece to find. Carson picked up the phone, made a phone call and called one of his 4 stores to grab the piece just to show me. I purchased it immediately! Obviously the watch is stellar and I am over the moon, but customer service was very exceptional and you just do not see this at other authorized dealers. Thank you Carson! I thank you and the team at Gearys. Ill be back again. I am very happy!

I’ve spent thousands of dollars here. I had my wedding registry here and I have the worst service in the store and even on the phone. One of my spoons came with a dent in it and they told me it was my fault and refused to help me. I used to love this store but every time I come in or call they’re so rude I don’t think I’ll ever be returning sadly.

Bought my first nice watch yesterday and received above five star service. Rodney helped with the watch selection and Mario prepared my watch and when he saw my old watch had moisture in it he fixed it. Really great service!

Best customer service in Beverly Hills for Jewelry, Watches, Rings, China and everything else your heart desires. Fine China, Crystal, Silver servers to watches such as Rolex or Patek Philippe The service is impeccable and so are their selections of goods. Mario and Rodney are so helpful. This is Beverly Hills at its best.

In 2017, purchased a platinum Rolex Daytona with the caveat I could get a stainless steel Daytona. Salesperson said they could accomodate but I would need to wait until 2018. Gerrys did nit deliver and avoid emails and phone calls.
