Screen was replaced within the hour. However, they did not replace the adhesive gasket that is supposed to sit between the screen and the frame. This gasket is very important for water resistance.

Went in to get my S8 screen replaced and was greeted with a friendly staff that right away started assessing the kind of damage my phone had. I went in on Sunday and was told they didnt have the parts but would have the by Tuesday. Tuesday morning I called and they confirmed they had the parts in. My girlfriend dropped the phone off and was told there were 4 phone repairs ahead of mine. Only took two hours to complete the repair and they did a fantastic job. The screen was well placed and responsive just like it was out of the box. The price to fix was fair, it was 350 and every other phone repair place I checked wanted about 450. I was extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend to anyone that needs a phone screen replaced.

Cracked my iPhone so bad the screen was almost completely black and I was unable to do anything, including uploading photos to my computer that I wouldve lost. Thankfully they able to repair it, plus side was it was quick and reasonable. Took about 45 minutes and cost $90 which is a a steal when I comes to phones and loosing precious memories. Along with all the numbers Ive uploaded in the past two years as I havent done a backup in that long. Just wish I wouldve know about them soon for my old cracked phones. Very nice people as well!Also the offer 60 days warranty on what they fix. Thats good business!Highly recommend!

Had battery replaced on iPod Touch. From what I found online, this is much more work than many phones and involves some soldering so I didnt want to order a part and try it myself. They charged significantly less than everyone else quoted (about $10 more than buying just the battery online) and had the battery in stock. I almost took off 1 star because the job took a day longer than they originally promised. Apparently they had an employee that was sick or something came up and he had to be gone for a day or two. Im willing to overlook that and support a small local business (with limited labor pool) that charges a fair price than always spend more at the big chain stores where you sometimes wonder if the kids in the polo shirts actually know what theyre doing. I had seen people going straight to this shop in the past which is pretty good considering that this mall has very little foot traffic. Im fairly confident they were repeat customers. I know I will be.

My time spent here was time waisted.I took my phone in for a screen replacement. The guy (never said his name) said it would be done in 1hour. Thought, awesome! Never called me. Showed up 3 hours later. Oh our screen is defective so we are ordering more, it will be done Thursday afternoon. Okay. No phone call. Show up Tuesday. We never ordered the screen. The lady behind the counter (never got her name) was alot more help. She asked us if we just wanted our phone back. The guy said he threw away the old screen. She tolled him to put the defective one on and give us our phone. 2 weeks and not 1 phone call letting me know whats going on.$85 for a screen on a $200 phone. I wound up ordering the screen for $24 and had it put on for $20 in Mishawaka. I will not be back.Reason for 2 stars is because of the lady who was nothing but helpful

My kindle screen was cracked, I dropped it off they told me they had the part and would have it ready that day or the next. I went back 4 days later they said it wasnt ready and they would call. Two weeks later I call them they put me on hold to check, I waited over 15 minutes before hanging up. I then called again tonight (week later), spoke with a girl, to check on it, was put on hold again decided since I was out doing errands to drive there while on hold and just pick it up. Get there 10 minutes later, Im still on hold, get into the store to them sitting around. The girl gets up and comes to check on me. Give her my name and that Im there to pick up my kindle. The guy tries to tell me that he couldnt get the part. Which I rolled my eyes to, because my husband found the part in 5 minutes online a week ago and the fact he told me he had the part in Stock when I dropped it off. Awful service! Do not go there.

Horrible, my tablet sat in the shop for over 3 weeks.... Battery replacement was needed, absolutely nothing was solved.... Apparently they kept receiving the wrong battery...Tech: Sorry my friend, I ordered the wrong batteryMe: Did you check the serial number of the current batteryTech: No, I just thought it would be this battery because it looks the sameand this is supposed to be a professional business...?I do not even mind waiting for a repair, but the main problem is that they kept telling me 3 days over and over again.

After 3 WEEKS of me calling them and their excuses on why it wasnt done, I finally told them to put old screen back on and I would pick it up. I did and then the tablet Wouldnt even boot up.No communication from these guys not even an Im sorry. Her unprofessional !!

Absolutely terrible service. I had them fix my xperia Z3 phones broken screen. They had my phone for 7ish weeks because they kept receiving the wrong part. when they finally fixed it the phone had dinks, scratches and the back wasnt even on all the way. The best part was the new screen they had on wasnt even down in the phone all the way the glue was half dried and they told me to clamp it to press the screen down into the phone. By that time it was to late and the glue had dried to much The screen brightness and resolution is now messed up and not like it was before as well.Terrible service i would never recommend to anyone.
