Store manager Raul was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient in dealing with my elderly mother and switching phones. He is a kind soul. I would even drive in from Chicago to go to this store if I ever need T-Mobile help again. The other staff members seemed helpful, too.

I went into T Mobile this morning to purchase two of the I phone 12 pro max phones. When I left and came home to set my new phone up I couldn’t make calls or send text. I called T Mobile back and the manager of the store was very helpful walking me through steps to try and resolve the problem. He ended up thinking it could be a defected SIM card so he offered to drive to my home town to try and resolve the issue. He switched the SIM card out and had my phone fixed in minutes. He went over and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer! Thanks so much for you’re amazing customer service Raul!
In and out, super quick. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and I got a super good deal on a prepaid plan. Only issue is the nail salon next door needs additional ventilation - smelled like all kinds of solvents 🦨

They usually don’t seem to know what they are talking about, I’ve just started to go to the south bend one, much more helpful and knows what they’re talking about. Today I came by because I don’t have time to go to south bend and wanted to see about iPads, and they’re not even here an hour after they’re supposed to be open, fedex delivered there mail to the people at the sprint store. I love T-Mobile but they should get their franchise stores in line.
The salesperson lied and said I couldntuse my I Pad without their service. I was leaving due to bad connection.They wanted to charge me $80 for the chip to take video which only cost me $13 on Amazon.
T-mobileso store was organized and clean. The customer service was amazing. I switched from AT&T. I saved money on my monthly bill & gained a network thats 6x faster.

I cam into the store to get some help with a bill issue. Not only was i able to get the issue i came in resolved i was able to save a few bucks on my bill. i would recommend the T-Mobile of Benton Harbor to anyone.

Came in to store in benton harbor because my phone lost its spellcheck ability...frustrating! In a short time Rihanna was able to retrieve my spellcheck AND show me how to access it should I have difficulties again. .all while multitasking with another customer AND remaining cheerful! Thanks Rihanna! !! LOVE having this store location and its helpful employees!
Do not shop at the T-mobile store locate @ 1976 Mall Pl, Benton Harbor, MI 49022. Worst customer service and if you are expecting a replacement phone through them, they will steal your phone at this store. Be Aware!!!! A chubby dude there tried to steal my phone and act like they never got it.

After my two transactions with this location I was ready to cancel my tmobile service of 15 years, and back the business that I consult for out of their tmobile plan.... this store is that bad.My first encounter, they refused to honor my Jump on Demand JOD despite my fully executed and legal binding contract with tmobile. Their reasoning, that I was not opening a new line of service. Having sold tmobile in another life, I know they make more comission of new lines of service, however they should want to keep existing customers satisfied. I called customer care who had to apologize on this franchises behalf and ship me my new phone.Flash forward to my second encounter with the stores manager I received my new device and had to return the old one. I called customer care ahead, who called the manager and requested for them provide a trouble free experience. (Apparently you have to take the old JOD phone physically into a store and this is the closest location within an hour) the manager was condescending and rude. He tried for like 20 minutes to find something wrong with my pristine old phone. He also never checked my ID to access my account...... SCARY! He then told me he could not help me because he didnt know how to do the return in the computer..... I requested he call customer care, he refused. I called customer care myself and requested they call him and walk him thru the process. While on hold with customer care, he slammed my old JOD phone on the counter and told me to get out of the store. I requested that he let me finish the call with customer care so we could reach a resolve. He told me and my twin toddlers to go do it outside, or he would have the police called...... really..... all for calling customer care. I was not loud, belligerent, nor threatening. Obviously they are conducting shady business if they dont want to call or have their customers call corporate. He refused to awnser the phone when customer care tried to call. My 2 year old, then started saying we go mama to which this manager had the odassity to say you should listen to your son who is obviously smarter than you needless to say, I stormed out.I ended up driving to the tmobile corporate store in Mishawaka. They were nice, and helpful and reminded me why I love tmobile.If you read the reviews below, most of them are obviously written by owner Vincent Cox and staff. I plan to leave negative feedback every way possible on this store. I have complaints in with corporate and my business sales reps.The manager was obviously holding a chip on his shoulder from my original negative reviews. I told him when he brought it up, all he had to do was change my mind by providing excellent service and I would change my review. He could not even do that.Do NOT go here if you value your sanity. Take the extra drive and deal with real professionals in Mishawaka and not the TURDS at this location.
