Aidan in the photo center is excellent! I needed to print out some pictures today. I went in here and Aidan walked me through things with excellent customer service which is hard to find nowadays. Not only did he help me be successful, he printed them out right away.

Worst Pharmacy in the Milky Way Galaxy. Even on an interplanetary scale there is no worse pharmacy than this one. Its exceptional, that is to say the staff is exceptionally rude, The lines are exceptionally long (Ive waited over 30 minutes for them to help 2 people in front of me, if theres more than 5 people in line in front of you expect to wait an hour and a half), and their system is exceptionally inefficient. They will unapologetically waste your time. Id give it an even lower rating if I could. NEVER GO HERE.

On Friday evening the 22nd of October I received a call a call from Sierraa technician at Walgreens. She called to give me an up date on my AARPinsurance. While on the call I reminded her that my Glaucoma eye dropswere ready for refill. She told me she would be in the pharmacy over theweekend. She would make a note to fill my prescription. On Monday the25th I waited line for approximately 45 minutes. Ian, at the window told me that my prescription was not ready. I asked Ian to check on twoprescriptions for my wife. She had received an email stating that both were ready. Neither were ready. I asked Ian if he would check with thePharmacist. He did an told me all three prescriptions would be ready in10 minutes. They were filled immediately. The Pharmacist, Jennifer brought them to the window processed the sale. I am very thankful forthe service provided by Ian and Jennifer. Very disappointed in the very poor service by Sierra.

I have been using this pharmacy for about 2 years now, and it has become so understaffed that Im afraid I cant use it anymore. I just spent AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES on hold with the pharmacy to ask them to fill a prescription that has been in progress for 11 DAYS. This is not the first time this has happened. Since May I have been spending at least a half hour on hold for each prescription I fill there, just so that I can tell them I really do need it, at which point they tell me they can have it ready that day. I try to wait as long as I can before calling, but my prescriptions will go weeks unfilled until I call. I get times are tough for staff - this isnt on them. The staff has always been very pleasant when I do talk to them. But Walgreens as a company needs to get its act together and hire enough people to keep this place running or, alternatively, start turning away people they cant help in a timely manner so that they can get their prescriptions filled somewhere else. Im going to have to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere which is unfortunate, because I really liked the drive through.

This pharmacy has gone downhill. Sept 11 put in refill request. It’s now Sept 15th and still says “In Progress, expected to be ready Sept 12 @ 3pm” I was on hold for 45 min Sept 14 with “more than 3 people ahead of me” then it switched to “the staff is taking a 30 min meal break”. Ugh! I call back today, Sept 15. On hold for 40 min with “more than 3 people ahead of me”. Then it finally switched to “2 people ahead of me” and I celebrated. Yeah! 1 minute later, “the staff is taking a 30 min meal break”. Grrrr! No way I’m hanging up now. One hour & 15 minutes of hold and I finally get a person. “My prescription will be ready in 30 minutes”. Great. However, this happens with every single refill I request. It stays “In progress” until I talk to a person who then moves it up to actually being completed. If they filled the prescriptions in the order that they receive them they wouldn’t have customers on hold for over an hour taking up their staffs valuable time. Unfortunately, I will now be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. I liked Walgreens, but this is ridiculous. I have lived all over the country & never had this issue at any other Walgreens location. I would give zero stars if I could. This pharmacy bullies customers and is very aggressive, boarder line hostile. My parents doctor was on the phone with the pharmacist stating that there needed to be a correction in the prescription, my parents were at the window trying to get the correction resolved. Pharmacy threatened to call the police on my parents because they wanted to wait for Rx. They close at random hours and act as if they are dictators of all humans.

Honestly I think that this is the worst pharmacy in this town. The staff are always very snappy and rude. This makes it really hard to work with them when they have issues filling my prescription every month. I have to call them every time to figure out what issue they are having which is a process within itself. Half the time I call I will be hung up on or I will be put on hold for hours and forgotten about. This will be the last month that I will be going here for my prescriptions because I cant go 2-3 days without my meds every month because these guys cant get their act together.

Not once has my prescription been ready on time (often times this is 3-4 hours after it’s been filed). Today I decided to call to verify when it would be ready to avoid multiple trips. Prescription still wasn’t ready when I arrived and was told it would be another hour.This will be the last time I rely on this Walgreens and I’d encourage you find another pharmacy as well.

Actually zero stars for the pharmacy. They are understaffed and have probably taken on way too many prescriptions. Expect to wait in line an hour or more for your meds and forget about calling them, they do mot answer their phone. The store manager should be there to help out. A pathetic place and I am moving my prescription elsewhere.

So this is the second month in a row that my meds are not ready when theyre supposed to be. I take meds for addiction and going 2 or 3 days with out them makes my life a living hell. If you cant fill peoples prescriptions when they are supposed to be filled stop taking new patients. Thats unexeptable..Ive been with Walgreens for years. I will be switching pharmacies next month.

Worst pharmacy workers. So easy to just brush you off and ignore your needs. Been waiting 3 days for my medication I need, for them to tell me a different thing each time I call. Will be ready in an hour, we are out will be in by tomorrow or next week, no one made an order for this medication….now I have to call a 4th time to make sure they are doing their job.

Horrible service, phone system is a joke. Ran out of my prescription two months in a row resulting in withdrawals and other health issues related to my medication. Only excuse the pharmacy could give was that COVID-19 vaccines took priority and they didn’t have enough staff. I understand being understaffed but it’s unacceptable to not have people’s vital medications available to them which means leadership in this building is to blame.

This location ran out of a family members prescription. When they went to check they said they had gotten the meds in last week but never refilled them even though its been waiting to be refilled for weeks. This is a completely unacceptable level of care. I understand a drug shortage but I do not understand completely neglecting to refill a waiting prescription for a drug that can cause withdrawals.

Wow, we tried to schedule here for our vaccine and they are so unorganized. Plan on waiting at least an hour. We also were told that the brand we signed up for was not available anymore and had to take a different kind, well that didn’t fly w me, but my husband stuck around. When he returned in three weeks for his second shot, it was another hour long wait. The nurse was checking people in?! This place is supposed to be medically oriented? Yikes! As a comparison I went to Fred Meyer, no line everything was scheduled on time and they had the brand I wanted. You guys really need to step it up at this location, its embarrassing.

Walk in to any Walgreens in Bend Oregon and it’s like you are in a ghost town. Products very rarely on the shelves and good luck finding an employee to help you find a specific product. The customer is more aware of what is available in your stores than the managers.

When i order my perscription the website said it would be available at 10am friday. At 2pm neither were available. The clerk said 25 minutes. Returned at 4pm and one was ready. I would have been fine if they had said tomorrow at the beginning. Under promise is a much better approach than not meeting your own stated deadlines. This is a management issue.

Never has my meds done on time, which is something that is necessary for a pharmacy. Everytime I go through the window they are never finished regardless of calling to check the status of them. And if you do try calling, you will be on hold for at least 30 minutes. Need to find a new pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever! Came here for years because they were great but over the last year they are terrible!! You will likely wait 30+ min every time you come to pick up if they are even ready! This last trip is my final straw as they told me to come back 10 days ago and it still wasn’t ready! Then told me they were 30 days behind! Unacceptable! They have lost my business!

I ordered photo prints from Shutterfly and they never arrived, so I went to Walgreens to try to get them printed at the photo center for a gift, and the computer in store told me after I’d already ordered that I wouldn’t receive them until several days later, which would be too late. I asked one of the associates and they said it was because they had been out of 4X6” paper. They’d just gotten the paper in and there were over 100 orders waiting. I obviously seemed stressed, and the associate (PJ) made a special accommodation for me and printed them right then- so nice! Thanks PJ!

So slow!!! Inside or at the drive through it seems like everyone is moving at a snails pace. *****Edited to add more info. I transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens to BI Mart because they are super fast to fill prescriptions and are very friendly-and a hometown pharmacy. Unfortunately I just read an article that said Bi Mart Pharmacy is being taken over by Walgreens😑😑😑 Soon BiMart; our hometown store will be in cahoots with a national chain. Goodbye personalized service. Hello call center people who know nothing about you or your prescriptions-if you can ever reach them😑

The store is poorly run, every time I go to pick up a prescription, there is a long line, but only one window open, and its usually the same guy with long hair that only has one speed, extremely slow. This last time I was in, There was a long line, he wasnt calling for help, then was allowing people that just walked in, to cut the line. They then tried to tell me that a prescription, that I watched my doctor send 45 minutes earlier had just been received, and that it would be a longer wait. I need to find a new pharmacy.

I attempted to use a store credit card to purchase some merchandise last week. The staff person couldnt make the card work. She said she couldnt call the manager and asked if I had another way to pay. I said I stood in line to use the store credit which I had already stood in line earlier for the credit, after returning some merchandise. So, I said I would be back since there was a long line waitimg behind me. I left the card and merchandise with her. Upon returning, the same clerk called the manager. He picked up my card from the garbage. I asked why my card was in the garbage. He said because the clerk said I left the store. There was no apology from the clerk who was standing right behind him. The manager at the very end of the transaction gave me a half-hearted apology after he treated me very rudely. Again, I will NOT be back there again! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Dear God bless these peoples hearts! The staff are well meaning but the pharmacy is undoubtedly, hands down the worst Ive ever been to. Wait for minimum 20 minutes in the line, prescription not ready when I go to pick up, wait longer for the script to be filled, charged for prescriptions my insurance pays for in full, etc etc. This happens every.single.time. Finally switched to a different pharmacy which is a shame since I live walking distance from this location.

I made a photo order on 12/19 for literally only 6 photo prints. I was called on 12/21 to be told they were out of 4x6 but get more on Thursday. Theyve just called today to say they are out of 4x4 paper? How is it possible they have not had the 6 bloody pieces of photo paper? I know it is the holidays but why not just advise me to cancel my order and suggest I go try elsewhere? It feels really greedy and I am incredibly disappointed they were not just honest with me about not having paper for weeks.

I have never waited less than 20-25 min I. The drive through pharmacy. Inside, is not much better and have dealt with less than friendly staff who seem to move the speed of slow turtles. 100% will be moving all prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I made an appointment for a flu vaccine. After waiting n line 15 minutes I finally saw a clerk who told me it would be 45 minutes. I explained that Id mad an online appointment hours earlier. She then explained that making an appointment is not really making an appointment. It was meaningless. This is how Walgreens treats its customers. Ive also never been to the pharmacy when there wasnt a line.

I do not want to go into a pharmacy during a pandemic. This is why I use the drive-thru to pick up critical medications. Each car in this line, on AVERAGE, sits WELL OVER 5 minutes at the window. Why are the prescriptions not ready? Why are they seemingly filling them as people sit at the window? I get texts and emails when my prescriptions are ready. I realize some people probably dont sign up for this. But if their prescription is not ready why can you not have them park and perhaps come out with the prescription rather than fill them while six or seven other people wait in line for over a half an hour. Perhaps you can call or text them in their car when their prescription is ready and they can get back in line. There are at any time about six people working in this pharmacy. Why is the capacity of this drive-thru so terrible? The VW in front of me at the window has been sitting there well over 10 minutes. This is the 6th car now. Its not rocket science people. Do better.

My daughter ordered pictures to be picked up for Fathers day. When she got there the lady working that area treated her with disrespect, belittled here, was condescending and was more then rude to her! If I had been there the exchange between them would have been so different this woman should not work at Walgreens. Weve never had an issue with anyone else in this store ever. But Walgreens on Franklin in Bend Oregon definitely needs to get rid of her ASAP!!

I certainly feel that this location is nice enough. service at the pharmacy is satisfactory, not at all frustratingly slow. The one aspect I do not like is that their prices on items that are also sold elsewhere are, by comparison, significantly higher. Also if youre paying out of pocket for prescriptions, their drug prices are different enough to encourage shopping around.

I flew into Bend and forgot to pack by morning meds for high BP and hypothyroidism. Being diabetic, this was pretty serious. Keith and his staff went above and beyond to take care of my needs. My decision to make Walgreens my location for my pharmacy needs 7years ago has save my “bacon” more than once. This is just the latest example of wisdom of my decision. Kudos to Keith and his staff. They are great.

If youve ever been in a standalone Walgreens buidling, you know they are all built to a standard foot print. I just have to say that this location is built backwards. The entrance doesnt face the intersection like usual, but is off to one side. It feels so strange to me since their buildings are always so identical in location and placement.That being said, this is a very clean and organized store. I dont see a lot of turnover in the staff and they all seem to be pleasant people whod Id feel comfortable approaching on the street. Both of the Walgreens locations in Bend seem to be well run and managed. I prefer them to their competitors.
