The staff at Bends Sephora are AMAZING! I think I have been helped by almost everyone and they have all been A+Last visit, Sasha really stood out. She was cashiering and I kept bugging her for help because I was near the checkout. She was beyond wonderful.I always leave the store feeling happier than when I entered.

After working in cosmetics, and visiting multiple Sephora’s in the past.. I have NEVER had a worse experience in a makeup store. Walked out in tears purchasing nothing.

Visited Sephora store in Bend for the first time. Due to poor customer service in other Sephora stores, I usually dread shopping there. But today was different. I was greeted by a very personable employee and allowed in the store after I was told of all COVID precautions. The second employee who helped me was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though people were waiting in line to get in due to COVID restrictions, I never felt rushed. The check out process was prompt and professional. If you’ve had a bad experience with Sephora give this store a second chance. I will definitely return !!

First time in new store. Unlike Ulta, you cant touch/smell anything in the store. No samples. Just too hard to shop, left without buying. Shopped at competitor.

Employees are very knowledgeable, and they did help me find someone amazing products for my skin. Absolutely will be back again.

Both times I went into this store I found that the employees were disingenuous, fake and overly aggressive. They don’t listen to the customer needs or wants and lack the knowledge, sensitivity and education needed for a high end beauty store. I would not recommend.

This is the nicest Sephora Ive ever been in. It has a great selection of brands and products and the staff is really attentive. Everything felt clean and well organized. I hate to say it, but this store is way nicer than Ulta for high-end makeup and skincare.

Honestly I dont know why they put one here, none of the employees have any actual answers to any questions, they give false info (such as telling me I can only get something Ive seen physically in a different store online only so I know what theyre saying isnt true or theyre not educated enough about it) I even applied to work there and have more knowledge about products then half of their employees but they can trash my app idgaf Ill just drive to Portland to established locations where the employees actually know something from now on.

Covid-19 craziness!! They actually take your tempature before entering. Then follow you around the store making certain you dont dare touch anything! Chill out!!
