I love this store specifically. I have a pretty alternative style, and because of this I am used to being followed around most stores like I’m stealing. However this Sally’s doesn’t treat its clientele like they’re all criminals. They see me and they treat me like I’m any other customer, and that is the reason I give them my regular business. Every employee I have spoken to has also been VERY knowledgeable about hair dye, and hair bleaching. Their employees have never steered me wrong when it comes to picking a new hair color, and how to apply it; no matter how wacky my next hair project is:)

I moved to BEND for Vision therapy I had a very bad TBI almost four years back and we finally found top 12 drs in word to help me after about 4 months I felt confident enough to venture out to try and do something with my hair - ( I WAS AN ARTIST) i know all is is different my point is i just needed to get my hands on something and well hair is all i could do really at the time. ( feb-may 2020) these girls Maddie and Jessica wow. I had been mia for 3 years prior then covid and well- they made it so fun for me- never judged me on my distality ad speech or questioned my ability to work with color. They knew how to convert my hair and help keep it healthy. MAN these girls deserve something special. please i hope sallys CEO reads this. thank you ladies, as you never know the trama people may have been through and well I used to be so social and these girls heled me a lot even in such a way as just being sweet and patient and friendly to allow me to regain my confidence .pss si keep up with my lavender color - finally got it LOVE LUX to keep up with the color . ladies you are awesome.

Very well stocked and the staff was super helpful and was able to answer all my questions and even point me to the correct product I needed.

The manager in shift this evening was a breath of fresh air. Welcoming, knowledgeable, polite, easy to speak with, helpful and just plain nice!! Was also able to offer information on another sister location where my daughter is moving. 2 thumbs up and an Awesome Sauce Award.

Great place for great brands for hair. Unfortunately they are currently out of quite a bit of dye product. Again. There is sometimes product that you can adequately substitute, which is good because you must not count on always finding your regular fav, or them having available the same brand volume with dye. You must often mix match brands. Employees are very friendly.

I would like to give a huge shout out to your employee, Taylor. I went in yesterday because I box dyed my hair from Target and it turned orange. I tried to correct the orange with some stuff I found on Amazon and it only made things worse. For $5, she found me a product that would take all the craziness out of my hair and kind of start the hair from scratch so I could use a dye from Sallys. I actually love the color that my hair turned out after using the color remover and may not even need to dye over this. I just want you to know how much I appreciate her fixing my hair, offering multiple solutions, and overall fantastic customer service.

They are letting you come in the store. They ask you wear a mask. So not actually curbside pickup.

Love this place for products but the store hours say it’s open at 9 am and I’m here at 9:51 and the store is closed. It’s Friday so why is the store remaining closed?

Awsome professional beauty supply. As a professional Cosmetologist for 28 years, love going in there and giving profesional advice to shoppers. As well as learning a few things my self from the Staff.

Not a happy guest when you drive all the way to get what you need and the store isnt open when it says it is. It is now 40 min past and your store is still not open. Horrible way to manage a business.
